Two days passed like a passing wind. Yuuki enjoyed her calm and peaceful days with Ely.
Ely crafted and forged many artifacts, talismans, magic items, and more to ensure everyone’s safety. Everyone was helping out as assistants, including Yuuki.
On the first night, Yuuki went to visit Ely’s humble abode. However, Gabriella was already there.
The next day, Gabriella and Rafaela were there as if they didn’t want Yuuki to be alone with Ely. And, on the night before they needed to leave for Human Realm, Jophiel joined the fun and made the already small bedroom even more cramped.
"..." Yuuki went to wake Ely up when morning ca. However, she was speechless when she found the three sleeping girls on the bed’s corner and carpet.
’They feel threatened because of my presence? Are they afraid I will take Ely from them? How cute.’ Yuuki muttered in her mind, then blew a cold air into the room.
The cold air passed like a breeze. Ely and her three sleeping disciples soon shivered on reflex. They were awakened by that fleeting cold wind.
"Good morning. We will be leaving for Aubourus Empire in a few hours. I have prepared a special breakfast for you." Yuuki stretched out her hand and helped the half-conscious Ely out of bed.
"Uhm, it’s not even dawn... Yuuki, you are so diligent." Ely rubbed her eyes.
"You didn’t stay up all night, did you?" Yuuki held Ely’s cheeks to inspect whether there were eye bags.
They were pretty busy the last two days, and Ely was quite exhausted because everyone needed a lot of preparation. Many helpers and assistants made everything more manageable, but it was still exhausting for the physically weak Ely.
"No, I still sleep seven or eight hours a day. Uhm... Do they play cards late into the night? Why do they insist on staying the night in my room? They don’t even use the futons or blankets..." Ely heaved a subtle sigh as she found her light-headed disciples. They looked a bit flustered, having just woken up from sleep.
"It’s getting cold. Don’t sleep on the floor even if there’s a carpet." Ely gently poked her three disciples’ cheeks in turn.
"Uhm, we are fine, master. I’m awake." Rafaela imdiately got up.
"Huu... huu..." Jophiel pretended to be asleep, but she rolled over to the side to inhale her master’s fresh scent from the bed.
"It’s okay if you want to continue sleeping again. Please take care of yourselves. You might catch a cold." Ely put a blanket on Jophiel.
"Master, are you going with only Elder Yuuki?" Gabriella asked with a concerned tone.
"Mm, this is not a dangerous mission. I’m just seeing an old friend. We will be back in a day or two. After that, we will continue preparing for the ancient secret realm." Ely stroked Gabriella’s head.
"..." Gabriella closed her eyes to enjoy her master’s gentle touch.
Actually, she felt their preparations were excessive. It was as if they would go into a large-scale war at the risk of death.
However, since her master was so worried, the ancient secret realm exploration event was more complicated than everyone could understand. A dangerous plot was brewing behind the scenes.
Ely and Yuuki departed for the Aubourus Empire’s capital city two hours later using the teleportation crystal.

An unexpected coordinate shift occurred and resulted in an inaccurate destination. Ely and Yuuki erged in mid-air, right above the capital city.
"Hnng!?" Ely yelped, but Yuuki covered her mouth.
"Calm down. I’m here." Yuuki carried Ely in a princess carry while flying down without alerting anyone in the city.
They ca in disguise, and their cultivation base was hidden as they didn’t want anyone to know their whereabouts.
"I will protect you from afar. Please move with caution." Yuuki raised her hand in farewell, then rushed off to do her own things.
"Hmm, I’m strong, and- hmm? She’s already gone... Maybe, she got a call from nature? Never mind, let’s et Azra-kun first. Where is he now, hmm~" Ely used her golden amulet to find her fourth disciple’s location.
The hologram map was shown. She could track all of her disciples’ locations as long as they weren’t in a secret realm or forbidden area that would interfere with the tracker’s signal.
Azrael’s location was nearby, and Ely went there on foot.

It was already three or four hours after dawn. Azrael was hurrying to return to the capital city because he knew his master might have arrived.
He had initially intended to wait for his master to arrive at his hotel, but who would have thought his other identity as a distinguished rcenary would co into trouble that morning.
An ergency call was sent to all rcenaries and high-ranking adventurers because a big party was massacred while investigating an abandoned mining area. Therefore, a large-scale reinforcent needed to be dispatched imdiately.
Azrael didn’t want to go because he didn’t care about those strangers’ lives. His master’s arrival was much more critical.
Yet, several people ca to beg him. His rcenary party mbers also tried to persuade him. Therefore, he imdiately went to eliminate the problem as soon as possible. His people from Shadow Assassin helped him handle the rest from the shadows. Thus, he could quickly return to the city.
Once the monsters were slain, he left everyone behind, including his party mbers. He never expected the ergency mission would take him nearly three hours.
"Tsk." Azrael ca out of the city’s teleportation array and ran as if his life was at stake. His sli outfit transford from a rcenary combat suit into proper noble attire.
His hotel was already visible. Hopefully, his master didn’t wait long for him.
"Master Azure, why are you leaving in a hurry?"
"Did sothing happen on your side?"
The vibrant girl in a knight outfit imdiately caught up, and the graceful mature lady clad in a multi-layered mage robe followed right after. They worried about their leader because he was anxious to return to the capital.
"Why are you following ? I leave so tasks behind, and you should take care of them. I have an important business to attend to." Azrael ran his hand through his black hair. These girls would bother him, but he didn’t want his master to see them.
"Azra-kun, there you are~"
Ely was glad to find her disciple right after she stepped out of the hotel building. She raised her hand as she walked closer.
"!!!" Azrael flinched in surprise.
He used his wind to make sure his sweat was removed. Then, he checked whether his body reeked of blood or not. It would be a disgrace if he wasn’t at his best on this occasion.
"???" The knight and mage ladies exchanged confused glances. Their leader had been acting strange since dawn, but that angelic beauty was probably the cause.
That young girl was a top-notch noble beauty with a pure holy-like charm and angelic appearance. Her skin was flawless white with srizing purplish-blue mystic eyes. Her black hair glistened a beautiful purplish hue under the sunlight. The white winter dress that wrapped that well-developed body... Her every movent was so elegant and graceful. It was like a precious princess from a fairytale.
Azrael turned around to greet his master. "My apologies. There was an ergency that needed to be resolved imdiately. Did I make you wait?"
"I just arrived. Are you with your friends?" Ely glanced at the two ladies behind her disciple. They were pretty and looked like adventurers.
"I’m alone. Then, shall we take our leave?" Azrael offered his arm.
Ely tilted her head in confusion. The two ladies didn’t speak, so she couldn’t say anything because her disciple didn’t involve them in the conversation. She put her hand on Azrael’s arm, and they left.
Several seconds later, the two ladies recovered from their trance.
"Who, who was that girl just now? She is so beautiful and srizing..."
"So, our leader was in a hurry to return because he has an appointnt with his girlfriend?"
"But, she’s like an angel."
"Then, what should we do, Rossweisse? We have long pursued our leader’s affection... Will we let him be taken away by that young princess?"
"Of course not, you stupid Margaret. Let’s follow them."
The two ladies rushed after their leader like stalkers burning with jealousy.
