"My ice mory already did the job, and he is a demon practitioner that deserves a severe punishnt." Yuuki crushed the chunks of ice into small particles with a simple finger snap.

The grinning necromancer was taken aback when the enemy just killed him. He previously thought he could get out of this situation with his guile. However, he had no choice but to abandon his body to survive.

The 6th Rank necromancer rged his soul and spirit, then fled from his body before his body disintegrated into ice particles.

This legendary nine-tailed snow fox truly showed no rcy! Wait, a legendary creature!?

The necromancer’s spirit panicked upon realizing that. He kidnapped the disciples of a renowned sect that he shouldn’t offend. That sect even dispatched a legendary being in the rescue team!

"Where are you going?" Yuuki made a claw hand gesture, capturing the floating spiritual entity, the soul essence. She froze it with her heavenly ice.

*Crush*

Yuuki crushed it into smithereens without hesitation. She completely killed the 6th Rank necromancer with barely any effort.

"That is how I completely kill an evil individual with tricky abilities. He no longer has the chance to revive or reincarnate." Yuuki then inspected the lab room once again.

"..." Ely’s core disciples were speechless. They knew Elder Yuuki was powerful, but she was so impressive. That ice was dangerous and could affect the spiritual entity.

For that kind of achievent, one had to first be at 7th Rank or above to understand more about the secret behind spirit and soul.

Yet, the most capable disciples were still at the 6th Rank, the beginning of spiritual law.

*Rumble!* *Rumble!*

The ground shook, but it wasn’t a natural earthquake. The stone wall cracked, but it wasn’t a catastrophe. So clanging noises then echoed from the other side of the frozen passage.

"..." Yuuki averted her gaze. She had frozen all the traps and chanisms in this dungeon, but sothing was wrong.

One of Ely’s core disciples used her eye abilities. Her eyes glowed, and she could see the source of the danger. "Wait, is that a chira? That necromancer has several chiras in this dungeon. The seal is broken because the master died."

"Let’s get out of here now. Battle in a cramped dungeon like this is dangerous." Gabriella carried one injured disciple and rushed away from there.

The injured ones had been rescued, and everyone quickly left.

Yuuki scanned the entire lab again, then rushed out of that rocky mountain.

*Boom!*

A powerful explosion occurred, leaving a large hole in the cliff. Several giant winged beasts with multiple heads ca out. Still, they looked half-decomposed and emitted a strong aura of poison.

Seeing that, six of the Apostles imdiately launched the opening attack.

*Boom!*

The massive explosion shattered half of the rocky mountain, and the chiras were sliced into pieces. However, their limbs moved independently and fused into one super monstrous entity.

"Roar!" The mutated giant chira with dozens of heads, legs, and tails roared loudly into the sky.

The ground shook, the sky darkened, and the calamity beast was born into the world.

"I hate the undead." Yuuki pursed her lips. She aid her ice bow at the mutated super chira.

*Swoosh!* *Crackle* *Crackle*

Yuuki released her ice arrow. Yet, it was like an ice stick hitting a hard rock. There was no significant damage, but super freezing AoE occurred imdiately.

The mutated chira’s decomposed body congealed into a giant chunk of ice. The freezing continued to expand until it turned the rocky mountain into an iceberg.

*Crumble*

Yuuki sent a signal, and the frozen rocky mountain shattered like broken glass.

Ely’s core disciples gaped in astonishnt, and the four injured disciples already fainted from the shock.

"Let’s go back." Yuuki suggested with her usual cold tone.

"..." The ten core disciples looked at each other and left from there.

A few minutes after Yuuki and the rescue team left, a bloody red tiny hand stuck out from the remains of the icy rubble. The buried magic circle glowed a bright red, but it soon beca dim.

On the way through the clouds, Gabriella exchanged gazes with the other Apostles. She would depute to speak with Elder Yuuki since now was such a good opportunity.

"Elder Yuuki, sorry for being blunt. However, what’s your motive for leaving your previous sect and joining Master Ely?" Gabriella threw a direct question.

"We were originally together. Ely was missing in action five years ago. It’s natural for to return to her side." Yuuki answered briefly, concisely, and clearly. She also saw this as an opportunity to learn more about Ely’s core disciples.

"Is it? So, you know about Master Ely’s origin? You should also know about her desires and hopes?" Gabriella tried to dig deeper.

"Yes, I knew it. We also have duties, tasks, and responsibilities. That’s why I’m here... to be part of the Guardian of Dream once again." Yuuki was feeling nostalgic.

"Once again? What do you an by that?" Gabriella raised her eyebrows.

"It’s not the first ti Ely has ford an organization with the sa na, and I am one of the mbers of the old group." Yuuki slowed down her Ice Lotus, then glanced back. She found Ely’s core disciples were surprised, but it was just as she had expected.

"The previous Guardian of Dream? What happened to that organization? Does it have anything to do with why our master separated from you?" Gabriella gulped her saliva with so nervousness and excitent. She finally had the chance to learn about her honorable master’s past.

"This and that are different incidents. The previous Guardian of Dream has served its purpose, and the organization was disbanded."

Yuuki’s simple answer left Gabriella and the other Apostles dumbfounded.

They pondered once more about what would happen when the current Guardian of Dream served its purpose too. After exterminating the Heavenly Demon seed from the mortal world... what would their master do?

Gabriella was the most excited to complete the mission to fulfill her master’s wish. Yet, she feard her master would leave when everything was over. Why was her master missing in action five years ago?

As if understanding what Gabriella and the other core disciples were thinking, Yuuki raised her hand and patted Gabriella’s head. "You are overthinking things. Ely has suffered so much, and she is still recovering. I can’t say much for various reasons, but as a senior, I thank you for caring for Ely when we weren’t there."

"That goes without saying. Our master is also our savior, teacher, mother... our family." Gabriella trembled slightly, but she just let Elder Yuuki stroke her head.

She could see the deepest intention of Elder Yuuki’s heart, which was full of sincerity. However, she already expected a few things... their master was injured because of a godly battle in the past.

Elder Yuuki was part of the old group, one of the mbers serving their master in the upper realm!

"But don’t make her sad, or I will kill you." Yuuki faintly smiled, but it sounded like a threat instead.

After that, it was Yuuki’s turn to ask, and every core disciple had to answer her.

A few monts later, Yuuki and the rescue team returned to the Sacred Mountain. Gabriella reported the situation to her master.

"Mm, they’re in good shape. Let them rest." Ely ordered her disciples to bring the four unconscious disciples to the clinic.

Yuuki approached Ely and whispered several things to the ten core disciples.

"Hmm?" Ely was surprised.

Unfortunately, her primary focus was not on the black magic or the necromancer’s summoning ritual.

She handed over four top-tier healing potions.

However, Rafaela and Remiel gave the four healing potions to each patient right away. It was okay for the dying one, but the other three were only seriously injured.

One could be used for the dying one. Rafaela and Remiel could use their healing skills to help the three injured ones with two healing potions to compensate for their lost vitality. That way, they could save one healing potion.

"Raf-chan, Remi-chan... Please assemble the healer squad. I will give you an additional class." Ely decided to give her healer squad further guidance.

"Yes, master!" Rafaela and Remiel were excited. They hurriedly left to summon the other healers to attend their master’s class.

Ely passed a task paper to Gabriella. She then asked everyone for help. "Everyone, we will be busy for the next two days."

She then approached Azrael and stood on tiptoe to pat his shoulder. "Azra-kun, I am counting on you. Please find the person in the painting and dig up any information about her without arousing attention or suspicion. I will catch up to you in two days."

"Affirmative, master. Your wish is my command." Azrael put his hand to his chest and bowed slightly.

He couldn’t help but grin excitedly because his ti to shine had finally co, and he wouldn’t waste this golden opportunity.
