As the earth trembled beneath their feet and plus of ash and smoke billowed into the sky, panic gripped the hearts of all who witnessed the catastrophic volcano eruption. The survivors and local monsters fled for their lives, desperate to escape the wrath of nature’s fury.
Casey’s team was the first to arrive at the north coast because their hiding location was the closest.
The island was oval in shape with the north coast being the furthest distance from the volcano. That place could serve as the safest place until the eruption was over.
"Squawk!" Darkness exuded nace, intimidating anyone who tried to get past her.
The western, eastern, and southern parts of the island were blockaded by difficult-to-pass zones such as wide swamps and mud pools, prompting anyone to another escape path.
"Goddamn bird! Watch how I will turn you into a roasted bird!" A desperate person was driven by a panic attack. He launched a fatal blow on the nacing big bird, confident in his fiery superpower.
*Swoosh!*
Darkness flew past the attacker like a gale, throwing him like a sandbag in the middle of a storm, leaving his blood splattered due to wind blades that accidentally ford.
The man fell into a tree with serious injuries. Darkness blinked her eyes in surprise and flew up to check that man. "Oops..."
"Argh! Don’t co any closer!" The frightened man scread hysterically, scaring his team mbers to flee from the scene. They considered him dead as they knew he would be eaten by that bloodthirsty bird.
*Thud*
The man fell from the tree, crashing to the ground. He looked aside only to find his team mbers already fled without paying him any attention. His body was hurt, and he would die.
"..." Darkness perched on the nearby tree branch, waiting for the injured man to escape too.
"..." The man crawled away and slowly stood up, trying to get away from the vampire bird’s nest. Luckily, the bird didn’t give chase.
"That’s the last team, right? The north coast is the safest, but anyone who can reach the coast on either side will be safe from the volcanic eruption." Darkness stared at the erupting volcano.
Because it was artificial, the destruction it caused was pre-arranged and wouldn’t level the entire island to the ground.
Regardless, she still had to lead the survivors north because the rescue rafts were waiting there.

"Raft?" Casey frowned when he found several rafts lined up on the shore.
"There’s also a two-way radio here and a bag filled with fruit and water! Soone prepared all this for us?" Mary went over and opened the food bag. She waved her hand to everyone because there was a food bag on each raft.
Casey shuddered as he felt observed by an unknown entity. The survival ga might be over, and they were allowed to escape from this island.
Therefore, he rushed to pull the raft into the sea and warned his fellow survivors to help him. "No, don’t take anything else. We don’t have ti. The survival ga is over, and we have to escape as soon as possible! Quick! This raft is big enough to accommodate everyone."
"Uh, but we can bring one more raft and so more food bags, right?" Mary argued. She then asked the others to pull another raft to sea.
*Rumble!* *Boom!*
The volcanic explosion threw several rocks covered in lava far away. The survivors were terrified and could think of nothing else but their survival.
Casey’s team took two rafts and several food bags with them before fleeing the island as fast as they could with their paddles.
"..." Casey frowned as he was still wondering if that mysterious voice was the one that prepared the rafts for the others to escape, or maybe soone else.
The big pile of sand on the beach was also looking very sus. Rembering that mysterious voice was an evil Godly being, he thought it was unlikely for that Evil God to take the trouble to provide these rafts, food bags, and also a radio. It was clearly provided by soone else.
Several survivors from other teams were soon seen arriving on the north coast. They got into the raft and escaped from the island as fast as they could.
So mutated beasts and terrifying monsters also ca out of the forest, fleeing from the raging volcano. The monsters threw themselves into the sea.
*Swoosh!*
The wind blew strongly, revealing a super dangerous bloodthirsty bird swooping down from the sky as if it was going to throw itself into the sea.
Casey squinted his eyes to see the distance, and at that mont he widened his eyes in surprise.
A golden-haired angelic lady stood on the sea surface, extending her arm forward for the bloody-dark bird to perch on. She looked aside and raised her hand in farewell before vanishing into thin air.
"She is..." Casey guessed the conclusion based on his wild idea. That angelic golden lady might be the one who gave them a chance to save themselves from that island!
The volcano cald its fury as soon as the lava bomb lost its effect. Elysia’s group left, and the survivors tried their best to stay away from that island, escaping from the deadly survival ga.
Casey saluted to express his gratitude, then rushed to give command to his people. "Send SOS signal for help. Mary, contact the nearest military base or whoever it is. n, row the rafts. We have to get as far as possible from that damned island and other teams. Prepare to survive in the middle of the sea for a few days."
"Y-yes!" Mary quickly operated the radio call to send a signal requesting help to the nearby military base or anyone who could catch her call.

"We will pick you up in Beijing after your business is finished. Please let them know that you want to recruit promising cadets at Asia’s Superhero Academy. We’ll always be available on Elysium Group Chat~" Elysia gently stroked Erina’s head down to that long golden hair.
"Uhm, alright..." Erina released Elysia’s sleeve reluctantly, knowing she had to et those annoying people first. Diplomatic, political, and business matters were clear what those people would bring.
"Mm, but be careful. They might want to take advantage of you."
"Mm, I knew it. I shall handle these matters well. This won’t take long. I will arrive before lunch."
"Erm, okay. We’ll tour the city and wait for you at Beijing Airport."
Elysia hugged Erina before she teleported back to the space bus.
"Phew..." Erina let out a soft breath. She didn’t want Elysia to accompany her to handle these matters because those bootlickers would most likely go crazy if Young Master El or Miss E was present.
She had no desire to satisfy those guests with whatever they would bring if it was detrintal.
"Mio, take to et father. Those guests will arrive soon. Also, inform our people to prepare our private jet to fly to Beijing in two hours." Erina straightened her back, putting on her usual aloof and cold expression.
"Affirmative." Mio inford Minamoto’s elite team to prepare a super jet before pushing her lady’s wheelchair to et Kenji downstairs.
A few minutes later, several guests from various upper-class backgrounds ca to the Minamoto Clan’s mansion. The pri minister, defense minister, representatives from the WUF, Esper Association’s executives, the Arican embassy, and more.
They ca with various purposes and intentions, but Erina didn’t want to beat around the bush. She spoke straight to the point without pleasantries. "We are all busy people. Please summarize your intentions and goals. Make them clear."
