A miraculous phenonon unfolded as a magnificent underwater city sprang into existence overnight, defying the boundaries of mortal capability and leaving the world in awe of its breathtaking grandeur.
The event began with a shimring aurora that bathed the seabed region in an otherworldly light. An enormous, transparent do of energy ford in the ocean’s depths. It glowed with an ethereal luminescence, casting dancing beams of color throughout the waters.
Under the do, a vast cityscape inside the circular city wall formations erged.
The city was adorned with majestic palace, grand arches, towering spires, and intricate bridges that connected the opulent buildings. The architecture was a harmonious blend of coral formations and crystalline structures, creating a surreal dreamscape.
Bioluminescent organisms illuminated the entire city in a breathtaking display of color and radiance. The buildings and streets shimred with an ever-changing array of light, casting a beautiful glow.
The miraculous phenonon of the overnight construction of the underwater city was a testant to the boundless wonders and miracles.
Elysia smiled with satisfaction at her masterpiece. She built an underwater city with her magic in just a few minutes.
However, the city she had just built was not made of magic but the genuine corals and crystals she had prepared beforehand. She used her magic to manipulate those materials to form a great city.
"Ningyo, the rmaid Kingdom’s Capital City, the ho where you will show the world your might and glory." Elysia turned around, presenting the Ningyo City proudly to everyone.
Everyone was still amazed at the fantastic magical phenonon that had just unfolded. Even the Elysium mbers couldn’t help but be stunned by their master’s divine power.
After a few seconds of silence, the rmaids soon regained their composure. They knelt before Goddess Elysia to express their deep gratitude. They vowed to serve and worship Goddess Elysia as their Sacred Goddess.
Elysia blessed the rmaids and the forrly enslaved people who would occupy this region with a congratulatory wish.
Previously, the rmaids requested it as a female-only city. Yet, it could only be applied to several notable areas in the city.
Since the city was vast, it would be so quiet and empty if it was only inhabited by rmaids and female sea dwellers.
The next event was coronation. The excitent peaked when everyone attended the event in the palace courtyard. The rmaids grew incredibly excited because their new ho was like heaven beneath the sea. Their Goddess would also appoint a rmaid Queen as the ruler of the rmaid Kingdom.
Elysia signaled the nearby rmaids, and they escorted the rmaid Queen, who would receive the crown from her.
Scarlet was appointed the rmaid Queen to represent all the rmaids and rule this rmaid Kingdom.
"..." Scarlet felt incredibly nervous. She felt Dory was the best candidate for rmaid Queen, but Dory was one of Goddess Elysia’s personal servants.
Regardless, she had to fulfill everyone’s hopes and wishes. She felt incredibly honored. From today, the rmaids would regain their dignity and glory. With their Patron Goddess by their side, they would fear nothing.
Scarlet approached and knelt before Goddess Elysia, watched by thousands of people.
"Scarlet. Today is the rise of the rmaid Kingdom, and you shall beco the rmaid Queen. You shall adhere to our law and order, whatever the conditions. As long as your heart stays true to yourself, your effort and utmost sincerity will guide you to lead rmaids and your people to regain the glory." Elysia pointed her divine staff at Scarlet.
"I vow to represent all the rmaid Kingdom’s people. We shall serve and worship the Supre Goddess of Laws as our highest God. You’re our God." Scarlet responded respectfully.
"I bless you with a surna of this city. Scarlet is your given na, and Ningyo is your surna." Elysia blessed a na for the rmaid Queen, the first nobility in the rmaid Kingdom.
At that mont, she rembered that she had yet to give a na to her family. A new surna for her family as they no longer have a surna.
However, it was a personal matter that she had to discuss with her Goddess sisters later. She took the diamond crown decorated with various crystals and pearls, then put it on Scarlet’s head.
Everyone then cheered and rejoiced at the rmaid Queen’s coronation.
After the festive coronation ceremony, the rmaids and other sea dwellers were busy for the entire night because they needed to do many things for the grand city that had just been ford.
Scarlet and other rmaids skipped sleep because they couldn’t even sleep due to the excitent. She led the rmaids and her people to make the city their comfortable ho.
Elysia and her people went to the bubble camps outside Ningyo City. It was ti for them to rest.
However, most of the personnel from Xentia, Luna, Morfina, and Yae’s fleet had to stay in Ningyo City to help the rmaids. Ella and Kirara also gave a helping hand because they wanted an Elysion Chruch, a place to worship the Supre Goddess.
"Master~ Hehe~" Vanessa lay on her master’s lap as a little white cat. She curled up to find a comfortable position while giggling joyfully when she received gentle caresses from her master’s godly hand.
"Is it possible for those people to attack us faster than expected? They will summon the Sea God from the upper realm to deal with the rmaid Goddess, right?" Sylvia wondered while glancing at the Agent of Heaven as she tried to hint sothing.
"Sea God? rmaid Goddess? The Divine World doesn’t have a rmaid Goddess, but so Sea Gods and Immortals exist. What are you trying to say?" Amy raised her eyebrows.
"May I know who is the strongest of them?" Ai was intrigued. They would face one of the Sea Gods from the upper realm, and she had to ensure they were ready to face the strongest one.
"The strongest one among the rulers of the sea in the Divine World... hmm, I think it is the Hydro Dragon Sovereign of the Primordial Sea in the Seventh Heaven. He is a 16th Rank Immortal Lord, but he seldom cos out of his lair." Amy tapped her chin, guessing the most dangerous one.
"Is it possible for a Revered Immortal at the 16th Rank to be two-faced and is actually a Depraved Immortal?" Zi Xuan asked in wonder. She never heard of that Immortal title before, but the na indicated an exalted figure.
"You are the forr Saintess of the Moon Palace, the youngest one. But, please be mindful of your words because the Hydro Dragon Sovereign is an authentic revered figure." Amy emphasized one thing so there would be no misunderstandings between them.
"Dear Agent. The situation is like this--" Lynn began explaining the information they received.
The Ugrasta Sea Emperor would summon the Sea God from the upper realm to defeat the rmaid Goddess. He wished to enslave the rmaid Goddess and drop the rmaid race to their place as an eternal slave race.
"So presumptuous! This Sea God didn’t know that he was planning to attack a Supre Goddess and was bold enough to have a crooked idea about her!?" Amy couldn’t believe there was soone who really wanted to find the aning of death so much.
Not even her Lord dared to offend Goddess Elysia, and yet! This random Sea God would challenge the supre order! She couldn’t imagine the consequence if it would anger Goddess Elysia.
"But, how could he co to the mortal world to answer that Sea Emperor’s summons? He-Dao has already strengthened the restrictions and realm boundaries between the upper and lower worlds. Are there still many boundary gaps?" Miko was wondering as she felt the realm boundaries weren’t absolute.
"Uhm... I can’t confirm it yet, but we will investigate it. The realm boundaries are so wide and deep. If this Sea God dares to visit the mortal world to cause trouble, I will execute him, my lady." Amy patted her upper chest, offering to help.
"Hmm, it’s okay. rmaids are treated like foxkins on the mainland. He is the main mastermind of slavery, especially targeting rmaids. He has done a lot of mischief, and it’s ti for retribution and punishnt." Elysia wasn’t worried at all.
She had already told her people she would personally handle everything the day after tomorrow when the invading army ca to attack. No war and bloodshed, but a pure divine punishnt to the evildoers.
"Co to think of it... Amy, your title is Goddess, and Zi Xuan is Immortal... why do people from the Divine World differentiate between them? I thought those two titles were the sa." Elena was curious about the difference.
In the two worlds they visited previously, naly Earth and Vrelenia, Immortal was only used as a term for soone who achieved immortality. There was only God or Goddess as one’s divine title, but in Quadtria, it was differentiated!

The Divine World was a higher dinsion connected to the myriad plane’s Heavens. However, each planet was usually protected by several potent boundaries and barriers. So, foreign entities couldn’t enter without permission.
Amy explained a little about the Divine World being much more vast than everyone thought. She then began to move to the primary topic of God and Immortal.
When reaching Immortality, even the lowest rank one, everyone would start as Immortal in their title.
When the Immortal possessed a region to rule, and people who worshiped the ntioned Immortal, then that Immortal’s divine title changed to God.
"Is that the only difference?" Elena tried to press further.
"The one who has achieved the title of God ans having a special right and power because the world and heaven’s elents will resonate with their divinity and command." Amy shook her head.
