Chapter 652

“When I want a challenge, I’ll go deep, and as of now, I can delve into the 65th floor of one of the highest-level dungeons in Ormunda. Alone. If I need coins, I would just delve into the upper floors, and doing it for three or four days would earn

around 300,000 gold coins,” Anton said in a boastful tone.

Kirk, sono, Abdul, and Omar looked at Anton with wide eyes.

“Once we reach the archmage rank, can we do sothing like that? How many years would it take us to reach such a rank?” Abdul asked excitedly.

“I don’t think you’ll be able to do the sa as what I’m currently doing right now in the dungeon, even if you reach the archmage rank. I’m a little special because my magic was different. If you do attain that rank, which I don’t know how long it would take you, you will have the ability to earn a lot of gold coins. I’ve never seen a poor archmage wizard,” Anton simply replied.

“You’re the sa age as us. How did you beco so powerful, so young?” Kirk asked.

“A couple of years ago, when our family was still in Rendindura, I got sick and fell into a deep sleep. It’s so sort of sickness that spread through our village and almost all of those who got sick died or beca an idiot. When I woke up, I forgot everything, but so sort of bloodline magic awakened in , and that allowed

to beco extrely powerful in a short amount of ti. Without that power, you wouldn’t have seen

since I would be buried in my hotown village together with my family, since the Undead Coalition attacked soon after.”

“How are you going to teach us magic? You said that you’re here because you joined the fight against the undead in the western gate,” Omar asked.

“We’ll start tonight. Since I’m still on my vacation, I’ll teach you in the evening, and you’ll continue to bring

around New Drennor in the mornings. Once I’m ready to rejoin the fight, I’ll just bring you to my manor in Ormunda, and there I’ll hire a magic tutor to continue teaching you magic.”

After that, Anton gave the four young n the novice spellbooks, the basics of magic book, and the grimoire that he had purchased earlier, and taught them how to start morizing the first novice spell, which was the Light spell. He did not ntion that because of his ditation Aura, their morization rate would be astronomically fast. He would just let them assu that it was due to their talent. They don’t know anything about it anyhow.

Anton told them that for their magic studies, they would need to do it in his suite. It was to make sure that they were near Anton’s ditation Aura. He planned for them to morize their first spell first, which was the Light spell, and once they all did it, that would an that they had officially beco mages. After that, he planned to schedule their magic studies for four hours every night while Anton was still in New Drennor. One hour studying the basics of the magic book and three hours morizing spells and casting them to increase their mana capacity, which ant their rank, as soon as possible.

Anton activated his ditation Aura, and once he saw that the four guys were deep into their magic studies, he went into his room and started playing his Sorceress character that was outside the ladder season. Since the ladder season was about to end, Anton thought that it would be better for him not to attempt to level up a new ladder character since he simply did not have any more ti to reach the max level of that character. Instead, he would now start collecting the best charms.

He also thought that it was the best ti to get the most powerful gear and that he would start collecting different sets for different situations, like the best set for the Barbarian Character, the best set for the Druid, and so on. He would still prioritize the Sorceress gears because, at heart, he was a magic caster through and through, but it would be nice to have options.

Anton was so focused on hunting charms that he didn’t notice the ti. He was startled when he heard a shout from outside his room, so he exited from his Diablo II system and went outside. He checked the ti briefly and was surprised that two hours had passed.

“I have successfully morized and cast the Light spell!” Kirk said, and Anton saw the floating light beside the young man, and Kirk’s face was full of tears.

What surprised him the most was that the other three’s faces beca extrely serious, and they imdiately returned to morizing their spells. Anton then knew that a competition had started among the four, which he thought was the best thing that could happen to them because it would allow them to challenge themselves and each other to beco powerful wizards as soon as possible.

“Good for you, Kirk. You can now go to your room to rest. If you’re too excited to sleep, start reading the Basics of Magic book, but don’t start morizing another spell. Rember to follow my instructions to the letter, at least during the start, to avoid accidents. You don’t want your career as wizards to stop because you’re too stubborn to follow my instructions,” Anton warned them.

Kirk nodded vehently since the young man had already set foot in the path of wizardry, and Anton knew that the kid would not jeopardize his climb as a wizard because he was too excited.

After an hour, the other three had successfully morized the Light spells, and just like Kirk, Anton told them to go rest in their rooms and not to morize spells anymore.

The next day started early. Another was surprised to see that Kirk and the others were already dressed. They were all wearing clothes that made them look like they were from respectable families.

“I thought you’d all be wearing sothing like novice wizards wear?” Anton smiled.

“We thought of doing that, but since our purpose was to roam around the city, this type of clothes would best suit us,” Kirk replied.

Anton was not wearing the Alladin costu anymore, but was instead wearing sothing like what the others were wearing. The main difference was that, if one looked closely, his clothes were much finer than the others. He then gave 200 gold coins to Kirk and assigned the young man to handle their spending for the day. This ti, Kirk accepted the coins calmly. The three of them were now starting to behave like young, respectable novice mages that they were.

The first thing the five young n did was go to an eatery that served breakfast, and they all ate like they were starving wolves. They all thought that since they planned to have adventures in the city, they would need fuel for their shenanigans.

“Where do you plan to bring ?” Anton asked while they were eating.

“We plan to go to the aquariums of Costa Nema. It’s a huge place filled with large glass aquariums filled with creatures from the ocean. It’s owned by one of the magic schools specializing in water magic in New Drennor. The tickets are costly, but you’re rich enough to afford them,” Kirk said.

Anton beca excited when he heard that. He wanted to check the exotic sea animals that he might find there.
