Kevin replied and suddenly, he could hear what the demonic dog was thinking.
'Please master, forgive for not noticing how strong you were when I was summoned.'
"Oh, so you can speak?"
The demonic dog was taken aback when it noticed Kevin could understand it, but then it ca to the conclusion that it must be one of the abilities of its new master.
After all, its master was amazing, wasn't he?
'Yes master,' It replied.
'No, your mouth isn't moving. It's more like I can hear your thoughts,' Kevin replied using his own mind to converse with the demon dog.
The demonic dog noticed how Kevin's mouth didn't move, yet it could still hear the words of its master in its head.
It bowed even deeper and said in response. 'Master is wise.'
'Hmm, what is your na?'
It shook its head, indicating that it didn't have one.
[Since you're its Master, it would be better if you gave it one.] The parasite advised.
'I see.'
'But what na would be suitable for a demonic dog such as this?' Kevin mulled it over as the Demonic dog watched in anticipation, waiting to hear the na its master had for it.
'Oh! I've got one!!' Kevin had a sudden inspiration, and the huge demon dog wagged its tail, excited to hear what na it would be called.
'How about Cerberus?'
'That's right. Henceforth, you'll be called Cerberus.'
Kevin nad the demon dog and Cerberus acknowledged its new na. Right after it did, its body began to glow and the bright orange fla engulfing its body turned crimson. His familiar also beca a lot taller than before.
'Woah, what's going on?'

'Then my other stats must be pretty high as well.' Kevin said in realization.

The parasite had inford him about this right after his transformation, but Kevin didn't hear anything at the ti because he had still been asleep.

"That would explain why I suddenly beca a lot faster and why I feel a lot stronger."
[Indeed.] The parasite confird and Kevin glanced at his phone screen to check the ti before turning towards Cerberus who was standing behind him.
"I still want to try out a bit of my new abilities, so I'll see what your abilities are later. But for now, why don't you stay within my shadow until I call upon you."
'Yes master,' Cerberus bowed before facing Kevin's shadow which was cast onto the ground by the reflection from the brightness of the streetlight which was a few ters away from him.
Cerberus leaped and dived into Kevin's shadow like an Olympic swimr diving into a pool.
"Alright, since that's out of the way, there's sothing I've got to ask you," Kevin said to the parasite.
Although he would have preferred to start testing out his new abilities and their limits, there was sothing the parasite ntioned a few hours ago that had been bothering him since.
And so, he needed so clarification.

"When you ntioned one of my newly acquired abilities, specifically [God's Eye], you said sothing about demons and humans not being able to see them."
[That is correct.]
"Why's that?"
"I an, why are there demons in the city? And where did they co from?"
"Also, what's the deal with having the ability of an Immortal? It sounds like there are other immortals in existence as well."

[Demons and Immortals have been in existence since the dawn of ti itself.] It continued.
[But the demons weren't always demons at the beginning.]
[Most had been immortals who lived with other Immortal beings in a kingdom called ELYSIUM.]
[But sothing happened a few thousand years ago.]
[So Immortals weren't in favor of having the current ruler at the ti remain in power.]
[They wanted a different ruler.]
[So, they started a rebellion against the ruler. However, they failed.]
[Cratos, the god of Strength, was the ruler of Elysium at the ti and he punished every single one of the Immortals who revolted against him by sending most of them to Tartarus.]
[Others were dumped into other dinsions while a few were dumped in cities like Ruby City.]
[Immortals who were banished to Ruby City and other cities slowly found themselves transforming into demons due to the constant malicious intent in their hearts which was aid at all the other Immortals who were slowly growing stronger by the day.]
