The water orbs were tier five water spells and Ariel was surprised to see that Orion's understanding of spells had reached such a level already.
anwhile, understanding exactly what Ariel was trying to say, Evelyn giggled and replied. "You're right, Ariel, baby's understanding of water spells has improved a lot, and now, it's only a matter of ti before he awakens an origin core and comprehends the laws of water itself."
"I knew it," Ariel said while Karen asked Evelyn, just to be sure.
"Is this true? Has Prince Orion really understood all the tier-five water magic spells?"
Evelyn shook her head in response. "No, he hasn't, but it's only a matter of ti before he does."
"Fair enough; but does he have a strong affinity for water-based spells?" Karen asked further.
"Yes, he does," Elena replied and Evelyn added.
"Baby has three very strong elental affinities, but his affinity towards water and a few other elental magic is certainly a lot higher than mine had been when I was the sa age as him."
"That's truly impressive," Isabella complinted.
She had been eavesdropping on their conversation just like the rest of the other Apex Mages in the room.
"Hehe, so you think he is impressive, huh?" Ariel asked Isabella.
"Of course. It's surprising the young prince is still eighteen years old with so many accomplishnts while a lot of us here are hundreds and thousands of years older than him. But there's no doubt about it, the young elf prince is definitely amazing."
"Hehe. Well, my cute underling is outstanding because he has an impressive goddess like teaching him everything he knows."
"Is that so?" Isabella asked with a giggle and a mischievous smile gracing her lips.
"Yep."
"Well, does your cute underling know that his goddess wasn't even as talented as he is when she was the sa age as him?"
"That's it, you've given a reason to clobber you right now."
"Oh, my. Such a violent goddess. No wonder, you look so unworthy for the handso…mmmm," King Edward covered Isabella's mouth before things escalated in a direction no one in the arena would like to see.
"That's enough, Izzy," He said before apologizing to Ariel. "I'm sorry about her rude behavior."
Ariel gritted her teeth with anger before calming her nerves down. She had been pissed off by Isabella's words, but Edward's apology had llowed her anger, and rather than say anything back to Isabella, Ariel simply huffed and returned her gaze back to the screen.
Orion was now entering the portal to his next destination.
He had successfully defeated the serpents and this ant that he had three other zones to pass through before the second round ca to an end.
While watching the screen, Ariel suddenly recalled sothing important and she asked Evelyn. "Hey, Evelyn, once he has completely learned the spells, he's coming over to my kingdom, right?"
"Ufufufu. Yes, Ariel. Your cute underling will be heading over to your kingdom to learn everything about the laws of water from you."
"Good," Ariel nodded with a smile on her face.
She knew there was no one in the world whose understanding of water laws exceeded hers, and since Orion's affinity for water-based spells was strong, it only made sense for him to improve his understanding of the laws of water from her.
Laws were divided into different categories, and it was only a matter of ti before Orion knew about this and broadened his knowledge of the things he had learned so far since he arrived in the world.
With a smile on her face, Ariel began to imagine the amount of fun she would have with Orion in her kingdom, especially when he was done with the academy.
'Hehe... Things are about to beco a lot more fun in my kingdom,' She uttered in her thoughts, then she noticed as Orion arrived at his next destination.
On the screen, Ariel could see Orion and Aurora erging from the portal to find themselves in the Terra Zone.
Looking around, Orion could see the dusty area which had a rocky path ahead, and far in the distance, Orion could see the faint glow of the next portal, thanks to his Omnivision skill.
With his next target within his sight, Orion and Aurora set off. However, they suddenly heard a faint rumbling sound.
Looking up, Orion noticed a series of large rocks positioned above them on precarious cliffs, and before he knew it, the cliffs released several rocks which caused a dangerous landslide that tumbled down their path.
Orion's instinct kicked in, and together, he and Aurora weaved through the falling rocks.
Large boulders crashed against the ground, but this was sothing Orion could handle easily with his trusty Phoenix by his side.
The landslides and boulders were specifically launched towards them by the tournant officials who were hiding a far distance from where Orion was.
At least, they thought they were hiding well enough from him, but Orion had seen them already.
These officials had a strong affinity for earth magic, so their duty was to do their best to prevent the students from making it to the other end of the portal in ti.
Although, Orion could easily teleport himself to the other portal and he would easily progress to the next stage.
The issue was that the mont he did this, his points would be deducted, and the reduction would be a lot more than the ones the judges had deducted during his first encounter with Aurora.
So with that out of the way, Orion and Aurora continued to move forward, maneuvering carefully around the large boulders aid at them.
They were slowly approaching the spot where the officials' attacks wouldn't be able to reach. So with a last burst of speed and a perfectly tid evasion, Orion and Aurora cleared the landslide zone before erging onto a highland.
One would think that they would have a bit of ti to rest, but they couldn't because, in front of them, Orion and Aurora could see large stone golems rising from the ground.
The rock golems were massive, with each of them standing at a height of about ten feet tall.
Their bodies were made up of rough, jagged slabs of rocks and stones. The golems had a humanoid form but with broad, thick, square-like shoulders and limbs, and fists that were as large as boulders.
The golems looked like a part of the terrain had been brought to life, but despite how heavy they looked, the golems moved pretty fast. It also seed like Orion would have to face a hundred of these rock monsters alone, and he could feel the ground rattling as their approaching steps caused the ground to tremble.
