"I understand that so of you might think that the academy's ranking system is a bit unfair, but I can assure you that everyone will be given an equal chance to acquire the rank you believe that you deserve.
The academy will be introducing our rit point system, designed to encourage students throughout the sester.
You'll earn points based on
> Attendance and active participation in classes
> Respectful behavior towards teachers and peers
> Outstanding performance in club activities and competitions
> Volunteer work and contribution to the academy's community.
These rit points will be tracked and tallied, and by the end of the sester, the top seven students with the most points will be appointed as mbers of our inaugural student council.

"The academy is a three-year program but students will be allowed to graduate as early as their first year if the academy thinks they're ready."
