"I don’t know either, Mr. Li didn’t give any instructions." Gu Ming looked equally troubled, softly suggesting, "How about we lock him up here first and wait for Mr. Li to finish with Miss Rong before handling it?"
Cui Jiangjing frowned, his handso face full of displeasure, irritably kicked the trash can at his feet, then dejectedly lowered his head, "Damn it, I wanted to get revenge for Little Yan Rong, but now I have to let that bastard off for a night."
"I’ll do it."
The two of them exchanged helpless glances, unwilling to let Chu Feng off so easily, yet not daring to act rashly. Suddenly, a voice ca from behind them, a cold and slightly hoarse voice.
Upon hearing the voice, Cui Jiangjing imdiately turned his head and saw a girl walking towards them in the dark, his eyes widening, "Xixi?"
"Yes."
Gu Linxi tossed the motorcycle helt in her hand back onto the bike with a flourish, the overly masculine leather jacket looking inexplicably cool on her, accentuating the good figure she seldom showed. Her slender waist seed delicate enough to be grasped with a single hand, captivating anyone.
Her hair was casually tied with a leather strap, revealing a colored tattoo on the back of her neck, like flowers or ancient script. Although her features, seen individually, were quite ordinary, in a crowd easily overlooked, combined they possessed an indescribable allure, making it hard for one’s gaze to not follow her movent.
Cui Jiangjing, wanting nothing more than to buy her a turtleneck sweater to cover her exposed neck, strode over to her, blocking her path, "Why did you co here?"
He saw the motorcycle parked not far away, bit his tongue, grabbed her arm, and grumbled, "You should’ve called if you were coming; I could have picked you up. It’s not safe for a girl like you to ride a motorcycle at night."
Gu Linxi raised an eyebrow in surprise, "What does riding a motorcycle have to do with gender?"
"..." Cui Jiangjing closely inspected her skin, smooth like porcelain, stubbornly retorting, "It’s just not safe!"
Gu Linxi was unmoved by his unreasonable behavior, prying his hand off indifferently, "If Mr. Cui insists it’s unsafe, it’s even more dangerous for n to ride motorcycles."
She scrutinized the man in front of her with a cool gaze, which naturally fell between his legs, her soft lips brushing together, "Easily tear the goods!"
"Mm, pfft." Gu Ming couldn’t hold back and laughed out loud.
Receiving a stern glance from Cui Jiangjing, he imdiately put on an apologetic expression, laughing as he apologized, "Sorry, Mr. Cui, I couldn’t help it, I won’t laugh anymore."
He might as well not have apologized.
Cui Jiangjing’s mouth twitched, he couldn’t be bothered with him, seeing Gu Linxi sidestepping him to walk inside, he again ran in front of her blocking her way, "Where are you going?"
"To deal with the bastard." Gu Linxi brushed past him, "Get out of the way."
Cui Jiangjing’s temples throbbed, grabbing her arm, "Xixi, don’t make trouble, this isn’t sothing for you to get involved in, wait for Shengxiao to arrive before taking action."
"Why isn’t it sothing for to get involved in? Rong Yan is my friend too." Gu Linxi shook off his hand.
He refused to let go, looking anxious, "I know Little Yan is your friend, also your good sister. This Chu Feng has a complicated background, just wait a bit. Have you had dinner? I’ll take you sowhere nearby to eat and explain to you slowly."
"No need." Gu Linxi replied calmly, peeling his hand off, "I know his background, Chu Xi supports him, she’s his foster daughter."
