On the small boat, the West Coast agent simply couldn’t make sense of why two people, who were at daggers drawn, seed like intimate old friends after entering the spa together.
Could you have been doing sothing disgraceful behind my back?
It wasn’t crazy for Eris to think that way; indeed, many things in Arica had a touch of magic.
“Ugh~ Love and justice, I guess.”
CEO Cheng leaned on the railing, vomiting; his seasickness ca on very suddenly.
He hadn’t been seasick on the way here or on the yacht, but he started to feel unwell after disembarking from the yacht.
Damn it, it was all that accursed Wolf’s fault.

Eris wasn’t the only one who was puzzled; Riel and Danze also found it hard to believe.
CEO Cheng, you seem to have concealed it very deeply; we never noticed it in our daily interactions.

Being tornted by seasickness and completely misunderstood by his three simple-minded colleagues took a toll on CEO Cheng’s spirit.

Eris shrugged his shoulders, asking about what he cared about.

Cheng Daqi wiped his mouth with a tissue and turned to look at Eris.
The West Coast agent looked a bit disheveled, perhaps because he had been so passive in today’s series of events, which caused him to lose his usual composure.
However, this vibrant young man from the Balkan Peninsula still looked expectantly at Cheng Daqi, waiting for him to finish.
“Forget it, you’re nearly twenty years older than I am, you probably don’t need to remind you, right?”
Shaking his head, Cheng Daqi sat opposite Eris and asked.
A glint of darkness flashed in Eris’s eyes; he knew exactly what Cheng Daqi was referring to.

“Chan, you’re still young; you haven’t had enough of the feeling of disappointnt.
Believe , when you reach my age, you’ll understand that opportunities are more important than anything.”
After a long silence, the West Coast agent sighed.
“Heh, I have no plans to pursue a political career.”
Cheng Daqi actually didn’t agree with Eris’s statent very much.
“Wolf will contact you later; he really liked our point of view.
But, don’t contact anymore.
I’m not interested in making appearances right now.”
The boat docked, and Cheng Daqi was the first to jump onto the pier; he waved at Eris and walked away.
The West Coast agent felt sowhat empty inside; the smartest person he had ever t didn’t seem inclined to board the Dracula Family’s ship.
Thinking of the question Cheng Daqi asked Wolf Dracula, Eris beca lost in thought.
He stood at the bow of the ship for a long ti, gazing at the empty dock.

Wolf and Eris had no idea how much Cheng Daqi valued the annihilation strategy; this was a fundantal difference in expectations.
Although CEO Cheng had many grievances against Wolf, one thing was true: he really admired Wolf.
This inscrutable heir of the Dracula family had the perfect persona for a political career.
But for Cheng Daqi right now, he had money, and he was about to have even more money.
In Arica, money is almost omnipotent.
CEO Cheng had passed the ti when he needed to personally step into the fray; now, he could entirely fund the candidates he favored with money, expanding the influence of the annihilation strategy.
Compared to this way of opening the situation, Wolf’s only advantage was that he had the backing of the Dracula Family and stood a better chance of winning.
But CEO Cheng didn’t want to step into the vortex of the Dracula family for the ti being; so, even if Wolf increased the offer to five million Dollars, CEO Cheng wouldn’t blink an eye.
So money isn’t good to take.
However, the situation was now quite good.
Wolf and Eris would act on their own, and Cheng Daqi wouldn’t need to spend a penny or make an effort, as others would promote the annihilation strategy for him free of charge.

“Chan, did you get a fish bone stuck in your throat back there?”
Danze was driving; he glanced at Cheng Daqi in the rearview mirror and asked.
Being taken to a mission on his second day of work, he was actually quite nervous tonight.
Thankfully, his skin had a natural buff for concealnt, so his nerves went undetected.
“No, I did it on purpose, pretending to be choked by a fish bone, then testing Wolf Dracula’s ttle.”
Confronted with the subordinate’s post-event debriefing, CEO Cheng responded with composure and a masterly air.
“Chan, that was a brilliant performance.”
Riel, the bear-like man with a slow brain, believed Cheng Daqi at once.
“Haha, I told you guys that before we went up there, it was just to find a suitable opportunity to test him.”
If there were an observer who knew the full details of the event, seeing CEO Cheng so adeptly bamboozling his own employees, they would surely curse, ‘CEO Cheng’s mouth is tougher than steel!’
Danze didn’t realize Cheng Daqi was bluffing; he just thought CEO Cheng was such a cunning and ruthless strategist.
From the ti he was left with Cheng Daqi by Danny until now, Danze’s mindset had been changing.
At first, he thought he was supposed to watch Cheng Daqi; later, he thought it was just an ordinary job.
