"Hmm, I saw it too, but she’s doing a second revision now. The cuffs and neckline are still not quite right. She should have it drawn in the next couple of days. That girl sotis needs a little push; otherwise, she won’t know to be anxious."

As they chatted and ate, it was already just past two once they finished. Ye Lingran initially wanted to pay the bill, but Yun Qi insisted and paid first, using the excuse that she had taken care of him the day before. After leaving the restaurant, the sun shone warmly on them, and a gentle breeze blew; it wasn’t as biting anymore.
Since they had just finished eating and this street was the busiest in Zhao Yan District, they decided to walk around and soak in the warm sunshine. After walking a bit, Yun Qi suddenly stopped in his tracks, his gaze fixed on a nearby store. His eyes darkened as if he suddenly thought of sothing and reached out to take Ye Lingran’s hand, "Co with ."
"Huh? Where to?" Ye Lingran was led by him, and although the pace wasn’t hurried, she almost stumbled. Fortunately, Yun Qi seed prepared; when her body leaned forward, he caught her firmly. Yun Qi scanned all the shelves with his eyes, finally settling on the shelf to the right, filled with flat shoes. He led her to sit on a sofa and pointed at a few pairs of shoes, "This one, this one, and this one, including that one, in size 35." After speaking, he looked at Ye Lingran, who was sitting on the sofa, giving a gentle smile, but his tone seed a bit uncertain, "The size... is it correct?"
Ye Lingran was a bit dumbfounded, even a little surprised. Actually, they weren’t very familiar or well-acquainted with each other, so the fact that he knew her shoe size left her sowhat incredulous. She could only nod at him in a bewildered manner.

After the sales assistant went to get the shoes, the other sales assistants all directed their attention to them. One reason was Yun Qi’s looks; the other was envy for Ye Lingran having such a great boyfriend. Nowadays, not many n rember their girlfriend’s shoe size! This attention to detail shows how ticulous and fond he is of her.
Ye Lingran felt a bit embarrassed by their intense gazes and couldn’t help but tug on Yun Qi’s clothes. Seeing this, Yun Qi turned back to sit beside her and asked gently, "What’s wrong?"
"Why did you suddenly think of taking to buy shoes?" Ye Lingran raised her hand to cover her mouth, asking softly, slightly embarrassed.
"Didn’t you wear those high heels all day yesterday? Didn’t your feet hurt? I just happened to see this store and thought of buying you a different pair of shoes, so walking this afternoon won’t be as tough or tiring."
Touched by his attentiveness and thoughtfulness, Ye Lingran softly bit her lip and said, "Thank you."
Yun Qi glanced sideways at her, still smiling silently. When the sales assistant brought all four pairs of shoes to display in front of Ye Lingran, for her to choose and try on, she saw that they were all flat shoes. Two were simple short boots, while the other two were flat furry shoes, which matched her outfit for the day quite well. Ye Lingran tried on a pair of khaki furry shoes, which fit perfectly, with soft and light leather, allowing her to walk a few steps without feeling constricted or tired. She quite fancied them.
"How do they feel?" Yun Qi asked, his warm gaze lifting to et hers with a gentle smile as he watched her walk back and forth nurous tis.
"Hmm, this one’s quite nice, very light, and doesn’t tire my feet. Moreover, it’s warm," Ye Lingran playfully lifted her leg a little, smiling at him.
"You don’t want to try the others?"
"No need, this pair is fine. Trying too many might leave indecisive later."
"Alright, let’s go with this pair."
"Okay."
Yun Qi looked at the sales assistant beside them, who quickly smiled and asked, "Shall I wrap it up for you now?"
"No, just wrap up that pair of shoes for her," Yun Qi shook his head and smiled, gesturing at the pair of old black high-heeled boots in front of the sofa.
"Sure." The sales assistant quickly stepped forward, knelt and placed the shoes in a box, then slowly stood up, "Sir, please follow to the register."
Just as Yun Qi was about to follow her, Ye Lingran grabbed him, "Uh... I’ll pay for it myself; it’s not right..."
Yun Qi looked at her slender, fair hand and couldn’t help but laugh, raising an eyebrow happily, reaching out with his other hand to grasp her hand, leaning slightly closer to her, and whispering in her ear, "It’s okay, consider it a privilege of a boyfriend... oh no, rather, a fiancé."

"Want to see a movie?" After walking side by side for a while, Yun Qi noticed how she kept looking down at her shoes, and chuckled. Thinking for a mont, he suddenly asked, as if he had noticed sothing.
"A movie?" Ye Lingran looked up, surprised, "What movie?"
"I don’t know. There’s a theater up ahead. It’s just past two, and we still have an entire afternoon. Want to go?" Yun Qi raised an eyebrow, gesturing ahead.
