She had just closed her door when Shao Min ca out of her room and greeted her with great enthusiasm, "Miss Ye, good morning! What’s that... slls so good!"

"Morning, I just made breakfast. You’re just in ti. Go call Chai Jie to join us for breakfast!"

"Really? We have our share too?"

"Of course."

"That’s great, Miss Ye. I almost love you to death; your cooking skills are amazing." Shao Min gave her a thumbs-up, then quickly ran towards Chai Jie’s room number.

Ye Lingran chuckled softly and rang the doorbell of Yun Qi’s room. After about half a minute, the door opened, revealing a handso face, still sleepy. Looking at him, seemingly not well-rested, Ye Lingran couldn’t help but smile, "Uh... still haven’t slept well?"

"Morning." Yun Qi looked at her and smiled, "I slept a lot during the day yesterday, so I couldn’t sleep at night and ended up sleeping late." After speaking, he noticed the cart she was pushing and raised his eyebrows, "Is this... breakfast?"

"Yes, just made it. If you’re not well-rested, then I..."

"No need, co in!" Yun Qi stepped aside to let her in, and he went inside, "You sit for a bit, I’ll go freshen up."

"Okay."

Ye Lingran pushed the cart in and set the freshly made pan-fried buns, egg pancakes, and milk on the table. After about four or five minutes, Yun Qi ca over, still in his casual outfit, but looking much more refreshed than before.

Seeing the breakfast laid out on the table, Yun Qi raised his eyebrows in delight and couldn’t help but smile, "Did you make all this yourself this morning?"

"Yes, there weren’t many ingredients left, only a little of each, so I just made these." Ye Lingran exchanged glances with him and smiled, then asked in return, "How was last night? Is there anywhere you’re feeling unwell? Did you take your temperature this morning?"

"No, I’m feeling good. Nothing uncomfortable."

"Really?" Saying this, Ye Lingran instinctively reached out to feel his forehead, "No fever, that’s good. Did you get your hand wet?"

"No." Otherwise, why would washing up take so long just now? It was because using one hand was so cumberso, especially the left hand. Even taking a bath was the sa last night, a bath that usually took twenty minutes took him thirty or forty minutes to finish. Quite difficult.

"That’s good, sit down and have breakfast! Are you eting with the factory people later?" Ye Lingran withdrew her hand and pulled out a chair to sit down.

"Yes." Yun Qi responded softly, noticing four glasses of milk on the table, his eyes narrowed slightly, "Did you call Shao Min and Chai Jie?"

"Yes, there are only four of us anyway, so making more or less doesn’t matter, and since we’ll be going out together later, making them go out to eat would just waste ti!" Saying this, Ye Lingran observed his expression, paused for a second, and rembered what Shao Min said yesterday. Considering Yun Qi’s status, he was probably quite picky in this regard, so she tentatively asked, "Uh... if you don’t like it or don’t want it, then I can set aside their share later, and let them..."

"No problem, they can join us! You arrange it as you see fit." Yun Qi withdrew his gaze, his tone light and calm, with a gentle curve still resting on his lips.

At his words ’you arrange it as you see fit’, Ye Lingran’s heart skipped a beat again, pausing for a mont with an inexplicable feeling of being the hostess.

Just as they picked up their chopsticks, Shao Min and Chai Jie arrived. This ti, Yun Qi opened the door, and as soon as Shao Min saw Yun Qi, the smile on her face froze and her breath hitched. She quickly nodded and said, "President Yun, good morning, did you sleep well last night?"

"Yes, co in!" Yun Qi replied lazily, a hand slipping into his pocket as he turned and walked back inside.

Shao Min and Chai Jie exchanged a glance, then hurriedly followed him in. Once in the dining room, they politely greeted Ye Lingran again before taking their seats.

Shao Min took a bite of a pan-fried bun, her pupils slightly dilated as she gave Ye Lingran a thumbs-up, exclaiming, "Wow! This pan-fried bun is so good! It’s better than those I’ve bought outside before. Miss Ye, your cooking skills are really superb. I want to learn from you, and President Yun is really lucky."
