Centuries Ago

"No, Zekel!!!" A lady ran, wearing a dark blue royal gown and a crown on her hair. Her grey silky hair fell down her back. She moved quickly toward the boy who was no older than sixteen years as she took the sword from him and dropped it imdiately on the pavent of the garden as if he had just touched fire. It seed the boy had been playing with it at the secret King and Queen chamber garden area.

"You know that this is too heavy and you would hurt yourself. What if the King hears about this or even worse sees you doing this?" She spoke as she held his shoulders, her eyes scanning him worriedly.

"Mother, don’t bother. I don’t know why you and Father are worried about getting hurt. You forgot that a good swordsman would receive injury as training." He spoke in determination, and the Queen gave him a pointed look, making him look down in apology.

"You know that you are not a swordsman yet, and if the King finds out not only would he punish you but also punish the guard who you had taken this sword from." She spoke, and he nodded.

"My apology, Mother, but you and Father should know I should start training. I am not getting any younger." He spoke, and the lady pulled him into a warm hug before pulling away. She spoke softly, her face calm and understanding.

"You don’t have to worry. I will speak to your father about that, but you have to know we don’t want you to get hurt." The sky was already getting dark. She looked up and then spoke.

"Where is Zavren?"

Zekel shrugged as he spoke.

"I do not know, Mother. The last ti I saw him he had gone for bird hunting." He spoke as the lady’s face fell.

"Oh no. Why had you not told him not to go? The royal vampires would be coming here soon. He needs to get ready." She spoke as she looked around in panic.

"Go get yourself ready, Zekel. I will send them to get Zavren." She spoke quickly, and Zekel nodded with a respectful bow as the Queen imdiately rushed inside.

The palace was busy as maids moved quickly preparing lots and lots of different als for the vampires in the dining. The cleaning and arranging was extra, just as instructed by the King and Queen.

The Queen moved as she worriedly stepped into the hallway. A maid imdiately reached her and bowed deeply.

"Queen Mother Diana." She bowed again.

"Go fetch Zavren. Tell him to get ready as fast as he can. He must attend the dinner with the visitors." She spoke. The maid bowed, worry on her face.

The Queen then walked to her chambers where the King was getting ready.

She entered as a smile ford on her face. The King was already done. There he stood, his black hair long, falling over his shoulders. Perfect brown eyes, lips perfectly shaped, so was his jaw. His aura intimidating and very much commanding. His beauty was so handso that it was told by the Moon Goddess he was one of the most handso kings she had ever seen.

He looked very much grown up and if soone saw him they would think he was in his mid-twenties. Those perfect eyes could bring any woman to her knees.

The Queen had perfect grey silky hair that fell to her waist, her black almond eyes and pink lips. She was known very well because of her small fra and perfect figure that always matched the gowns she wore.

"Your Majesty Zoltar..." Queen Diana curtsied as she spoke, her gaze holding calmness. Her heart began to race as King Zoltar walked to her, and just as he reached her, his hands were on her neck. His thumb gently brushed on her skin. A soft hiss left her lips as blood trickled down her neck in a thin line. Zoltar leaned in, his face inches away from her lips as he spoke.

"This is your punishnt for not calling my na. We’re alone, Diana. Call Zoltar." He spoke as his breath grew soft, her face burning.

"Say it, wife." He spoke as he leaned.

"Zolta... ahhhn..." A moan fell from her lips, mixing with his na. Imdiately she felt his hot wet tongue on the exact place the blood had trickled.

"Mhhhm..." She bit her lips as he sucked there hard.

"I will leave a mark on you, and if you do that one more ti, my love, you will be getting a worse punishnt." His deep brown eyes locked on her as his finger calmly lifted her chin. Their gaze locked.

"Is that clear, my apples?" He spoke, and she imdiately nodded.

"Speak, wife. I want to hear your voice." He spoke again. Diana’s lips parted softly. Her body felt weak and her knees almost gave out. This man had his ways of making her body react in ways she could not ignore.

"Yes, Zoltar." She managed to speak, and a smile widened on his lips his dead eyes showing a calm light.

Her heart skipped again as his handsoness increased even more.

"Good girl. How I want to cancel this vampire eting. I could still do that..." His words were imdiately interrupted by hers.

"No..." Her voice trailed off as she noticed the way his eyes widened. She knew he must have been surprised by how loud her voice had gotten.

"That would be rude, Your Maj... Z... Zoltar." She managed to say, and a deadly chuckle escaped his lips that brought shivers down her spine.

"Is that so?" He asked as his eyes turned sharp.

He turned and walked to the bed, sitting calmly. His eyes landed on his wife.

"Why are you here then? You seed to want to tell sothing earlier." He asked, his deep voice vibrating, sending shivers down to the pool of her stomach.

"Our son Zavren... I don’t know but he is distant with everyone." She spoke as Zoltar finally locked eyes with hers.

"Co here." He spoke. Diana’s heart began to beat harder. She did not know why. Years had passed and still she had not gotten used to her husband. Everything he did made her heartbeat race deeply.

She finally reached where he was and he then held her waist. A soft gasp escaped her lips as he gently guided her to sit down on his lap. She gently sat, silently, her face burning.

Zoltar’s eyes scanned her face as he then spoke calmly.

"Do I scare you, wife?" There was silence. No words were said.

One hand wrapped around her waist. His other hand moved, pushing her hair backward.

He rested his head on her shoulder, so of his hair falling across his face. She could hear his calm breathing as if he was thinking deeply.

"What can I do, my wife? I don’t know what to do again. I try my best not to be scary but every single thing I do scares you... So tell , what do you want to do?" He asked calmly. She fell silent. She was not scared, she just still felt that sweet feeling and shyness with him even though they now had two boys and had been married for years.

She had co here to talk with her husband about her son.

"You don’t have to do anything... you are looking handso." She said shyly, her face flushing hard.

Zoltar laughed softly as he moved his face to her neck, taking in her scent that cald him more than he could admit.

"You won’t have to worry about our son." He spoke as she nodded.

"I want to touch you, my wife." He spoke as he moved, but his body stiffened as Diana’s hands gently touched his.

"Rember we would be having visitors." She spoke, and Zoltar responded huskily before his lips latched to her neck.

"The visitors can wait."
