Ordinary plain equipnt had Hardness and Sharpness equal to its level. Upgrading a Grade increased armor’s Hardness by 1 point and a weapon’s Sharpness by 1 point.
The greater the Sharpness exceeds Hardness, the stronger the armor-piercing effect.
Generally, Sharpness exceeding Hardness by 1 point accelerates the wear and tear on the enemy’s weapon or armor durability.
Sharpness exceeding Hardness by 2 points can damage the armor or weapon, causing additional damage and rapidly depleting the durability of the armor and weapon.
Sharpness exceeding Hardness by 3 points can directly split armor and sever enemy weapons, instantly reducing the durability of enemy armor and weapons to zero.
Thus, even an increase of just 1 point in Sharpness is fatally suppressive to armor of the sa level.
This attribute is exceptionally powerful.
Moreover, the Mantis itself had a foundational Sharpness Degree of a terrifying 19 points, equivalent to the Sharpness of Legendary equipnt of Level 15. Coupled with the skill’s bonus of increasing the Sharpness by 1 point, it was like having Epic equipnt of Level 15!
Given the equipnt other players had at the ti, this Bone Blade was an absolute killer weapon! The kind where you slice, soone dies!
Once players leveled up, this skill beca sowhat of a chicken rib. After all, upgrading it required a significant amount of resentnt, and since it was a C-grade skill, there wasn’t much room for upgrading.
After absorbing it casually, Yi Zheng flicked his arms, and two blades emitting a dark blue glow popped out from his forearms. Due to size differences though what popped out from the mantis were knives, Yi Zheng ended up with fruit knives, good for peeling apples or removing dead skin.
Yi Zheng finally turned his attention to the skill pearl of the Octopus King.
Its skill pearl was different from others; other pearls were either dim or glowed faintly.
However, the Octopus King’s skill pearl floated in the air like gemstones, with clouds and mist swirling inside and shining brilliantly, clearly of a much higher grade.
Then it dawned on Yi Zheng that the Octopus King’s level had broken through to level 20, equivalent to a human player’s second reincarnation. Naturally, its skill level was no longer level 1, but level 2!

Skill Introduction: Using the blood and soul of life as sacrifices, summons the Evil Demon Impact Cannon that attacks in a straight line for five hundred ters, causing 50,000 points of magic damage per second, lasts for 1 second. Each additional life sacrificed extends the duration by one second. Life sacrifices can be stored, up to a maximum of 5 sacrifices.
During the casting phase, you can turn directions, but you cannot move.
