Noticing the little figure, Sett's lips curled up into a subconscious smile. He imdiately pushed the crowd aside and moved towards her, but as he moved, he also overheard an interesting conversation.

"Yeah, the city is full of them, and the Pharaoh seems pissed off," a bald man said, sitting in a noodle shop filled with people.

"They appeared out of nowhere?" The shop owner asked in interest.

Another man, red-faced with inebrietion, said with a lustful smile: "Yeah, they appeared out of nowhere. Like, so fell from the air, while many were seen on top of roofs or even bathrooms. Lucky them, wonder where they cropped out of."

Sett moved past a crowd outside the shop, catching the little figure from the back. She was startled and turned around, her fists moving for a punch. Sett let the punch land, smiling warmly, before effortlessly lifting her into his arms.

She was surprised and panicked for a second before her expression brightened up.

"Big Brother Sett!"

Sett chuckled, looking at her emotional face with interest. "Couldn't you have just pushed them away? You are strong."

She frowned, looking a bit irritated. "They are so soft. I pushed soone earlier and they were wounded. I forgot that humans are even more fragile than floors."

Sett smiled. "Don't worry, you are a fast-learner. You will control your strength sooner or later."

She nodded, nuzzling into his chest and looking around the interesting city. It seed so different from Burrhen, and so old fashioned.

"Did you see my sister?" she asked.

"Not yet, but she should be around here, too." He walked towards the shop earlier. "Co on, let's see what they are talking about."

She blinked in interest and looked towards the noodle shop.

Seeing that no one was taking him seriously, the drunken man beca a bit irritated. He added, "I know more about this whole thing than that baldy, believe . A lot of people appeared, so even saying they are from the future. One man apparently woke up right inside the queen's bed chambers and slept beside her."

Sett turned away imdiately, not wanting to do anything with them.

What a bold boast!

"That guy's so bold," Zarah said, her expression weird.

The crowd took collective gasps, many of them paling.

"Are you crazy, you drunk?!"

"Catch him, beat him up!"

"WAIT WAIT! What are you guys doing? I am telling the truth. The guy didn't do anything inappropriate, he just slept beside the Queen because he was tired."

Was the drunk crazy?

Saying that about the Queen was nothing but courting death. If they didn't beat him up, even they might have to endure the Pharaoh's wrath.

If Sett had heard soone say that in his Pharaoh days—sobody shaming his family, not to ntion his Queen—he would have coated the man's entire world with blood.

Soon, that was behind Sett and Zarah, their figures lding into the crowd.

"Where are we, Big Bro?" Zarah asked as she slipped from Sett's embrace, climbing onto his back instead. "And how long has it been since you woke up?"

"I don't know where we are, and I just woke up a quarter hour ago."

"Eh, you just woke up today?"

Sett frowned. "When did you wake up?"

"Yesterday morning."

It had already beco today evening by now, so Sett had taken a lot more ti to wake up than the little devil. He wondered if it was because he absorbed part of the world into him, but he didn't voice the doubts.

Instead, he opened the system screen to check his current status.

Killing Lord Burrhen had been a sowhat reckless decision, but that had made growing stronger much faster for Sett. Throughout that chaotic battle, he had killed Shining Black, Shining Silver, and then Shining White in the end.

They had each had their own fair share of Tier 2 Tomb Hearts, too.

Shining Black had one Tomb Heart, Silver had two, and White had a whopping six. And after killing and absorbing them all, it had all beco Sett's own Tomb Hearts. His strength had grown significantly.

The Status screen opened up.

[Stats]

[Na: Sett Ramses VII]

[Nickna: Lord of Tombs, Heaven Devourer]

===

Sett looked at the nicknas, frowning.

Another nickna had appeared. Why?

Walking with Zarah on his back, he looked at the transparent screen with questions filling his mind. Then, he focused on the next part of his stats.

===

[Physical Attributes]

- Approximate Strength: 2.98 Tons. Durability: - Equal to a body made of Diamond.

- Speed: 102 km/h (62 mph) at max.

- Resilience: Mummies don't need Physical Rest.

- Regeneration: You can passively heal minor wounds like small cuts in re minutes.

===

Sett smiled, feeling the power filling his body. His body was essentially a giant condensed into human shape, with enough strength to lift massive monsters and throw them around like it was nothing.

Others might start to feel cocky, but not Sett.

He knew this wasn't as high a strength as it seed.

Mammoths, a creature that lived in icy, frozen lands, naturally weighed more than 6 tons upon reaching adulthood. That was its natural body weight, so if it used its trunks to smash into soone, it would obviously have even more strength than that.

That was just a normal animal!

What if, such an animal, was fed Tomb Hearts?

Even if it were just a Tier 1 Tomb Raider, it would still dwarf Sett's physical strength. In the end, even though his physique seed to have grown much stronger, that alone didn't count too much in the world out there.

So, of course, he didn't beco cocky.

But this was still progress.

Just a while ago, he had been a weakling mummy after all.

And Sett's power was not limited to his physique.

It was just part of the picture.

His gaze moved down in the status panel.
