She made sure the road was empty again before she walked out of the thin gaps. Her hand first showed out of the gap and then her body followed. She traced the path she took from the nightclub and went back to it.

Even though she could run now for her safety, she would never do such a thing knowing that Canary could be sowhere inside the nightclub, in need of her help. She clenched her jaw, cursing at herself for bringing harm to her own best friend, the only person who was there for her. When she closed her eyes, the image of Canary’s face appeared in her head and an unbelievable anger flooded her heart.

She ran even faster, re-entering the nightclub from the basent when she realized that the CCTV from the corner that had been activated. Her eyes stared at the cara before she lifted her heels and threw it straight to the cara, just enough for it to tilt downward. Her anger beca more apparent as she realized how appalling OuYang was and perhaps she should have killed him instead of torturing him.

When she walked up the staircase, she could hear the voices of n and decided that she couldn’t co up for a while now. The other choice was the elevator, but going by the elevator is the sa as asking for a forward death. Every n would be there, standing before the elevator for her arrival.

As though a trapped mouse, she didn’t have that much choice for her to be picky about.

She wondered if she should go by the staircase, fought with a few n before hiding them, and then searching for Canary.

But before she could make a choice, she saw a shadow of a person who had jumped two staircases down. The man landed right in front of her, their eyes staring at each other in shock as they both didn’t expect the other to appear in a brisk.

AiLin saw the man grinning, his eyes hidden by the round sunglasses, "Found you."

AiLin wordlessly pursed her five fingers into a fist and punched the man by the shoulder, causing him to tilt backward, swinging as he fell down to the next staircase. She feared she had pushed him to death but it seed her death was unwarranted when she saw his fingers still holding tightly to the railing. Like a monkey, he then pulled himself up to the staircase.

This ti, she didn’t hesitate and went after his solar plexus when he raised his both hands to the sky and spoke in a loud whisper, "NO! NOT ENEMY!"

She blinked, staring back at the man who showed her a friendly smile. His Chinese sounded a little lot like soone who had just learned the language. It was fluent but had a thick accent of a foreigner.

But she wasn’t convinced by his few words. As she was about to drive her punch he yelled a na, "Li ZiChen!"

AiLin stopped at once. Her hand stopped near his face and Tsuki let out a relieved breath. It wasn’t for long though since the next second he saw AiLin’s eyes, those two dark gaze had turned into an abyss deep anger.

"What have you done to him?" Her words were like a cold blade against Tsuki’s neck, causing him to gulp.

"Won are really scary when they’re angry," he remarked and seeing AiLin wasn’t playing around as she had slapped his face to hurry his words, he held to his cheek and cried out, "Boss Li ca here to help you! He heard you’re in trouble. I’m his subordinate! Subordinate!" He said before AiLin mark him off as her enemy.

She showed a frown, "You’re telling that Li ZiChen is here?"

"Yes!"

"Why!?" She yelled as she pulled Tsuki’s collar, "This is a dangerous place. He cannot be here. He shouldn’t be here!"

"He ca to help you... aren’t you happy?" Tsuki said with a tilt of his head as he thought AiLin would be jumping in joy but she still appeared more severe in her expression.

"How can I be happy?!" She clicked her tongue and ruffled her hair, "Did ZiChen ca here as soone who would strike a deal with OuYang?"

"I think that’s what the boss is pretending to do... how do you know?" Tsuki said, incredulous and amazed.

"Then bring your boss out of this club now," she said grimly. "Don’t you know?! ZiChen had a trauma of being assaulted before— That OuYang would pin a woman to please ZiChen so you have to stop him now!"

She had went through traumas deep enough for her to know that Li ZiChen would be in a terrible state if he were to et the cause of his trauma again. She couldn’t imagine his face contoured in pain and shock as he found out that he would be assaulted again. But she couldn’t trust OuYang. Knowing that OuYang would want to be in a good side of Li ZiChen at all ti, he would sprinkle so aphrodisiac in Li ZiChen’s drink, causing him to go drunk with desire and then send an unknown woman.

In OuYang’s mind this should work to please all other degenerate people he had t before, at least to people who loved the idea of pleasure, but Li ZiChen would only see this as an assault!

Tsuki’s face turned pale, "Oh shit," he remarked. "Are you sure?"

"Around ninety sevent percent," AiLin looked around and then up above, "I need to find Canary, my friend. She’s sowhere in this nightclub. So can I trust you in convincing Li ZiChen to go out of the nightclub as soon as possible? We don’t know what kind of dicine will OuYang put on Li ZiChen."

"Oh no, oh no," Tsuki muttered on his own. "We should hurry and—"

"Save ZiChen—" she completed only to stop when she heard Tsuki yelling,

"—Stop the Boss!" Tsuki stared back at her, snapping his gaze under his sunglass as he shook his head, "No, no! If the Boss see a woman who tries to assault him the one in danger wouldn’t be him but that woman! We need to stop him before he killed soone tonight."

AiLin’s face was colored in shock and surprised as she didn’t expect what Tsuki had said. Though Li ZiChen was also quite temperantal and she had heard rumors of him about to kill or have killed soone in the past, she doubted the news, thinking it was all but so nonsense rumors as she had quite a lot of it on her bag.

But she could see Tsuki wasn’t lying and how in his eyes, the subordinate, really was worried that Li ZiChen was going to bring soone to et the grim reaper tonight! But he’s always kind to her... he wouldn’t— right?...
