A girl who climbed up from the bottom, to have thodically endured to this point without anyone helping behind the scenes, Simon Sterling found hard to believe.
"I understand now."
Claire Sullivan said thoughtfully, no wonder Serena didn’t want her and Wendy Monroe to get close.
"Yes!"
Simon softened his voice, "Be cautious with her!"
After he finished speaking, he turned to leave, but Claire Sullivan called him back.
"Over the years, have you co to Solaria to see and Serena?"
For countless days and nights, she stood by the window waiting and waiting. After marrying Joel Quinn, she thought she could start anew, but she couldn’t get past it in her heart. Watching the piano in the room every day, she was in pain.

Simon Sterling’s two words made Claire Sullivan feel even worse.

Simon smiled, recalling how she would get upset like a cat bristling, and he would lovingly watch her.

"Simon, if you can find out who hurt , we can continue!"
Claire Sullivan composed herself from his smile and said in a serious tone.
"Half a year!"
"Either we make it together, or we spare each other further trouble and wish each other well."
"Alright!"
Simon didn’t hesitate and promptly gave an answer.
Claire Sullivan watched Simon’s retreating figure, resting against the door, her lips curled into a slight smile.
Things really do need to be spoken openly!
As for what happens next, let fate decide!
At the dining table, after Serena Sullivan recounted the past, she distinctly noticed Claire Sullivan was in a better mood.
It wasn’t that Claire Sullivan had completely forgiven Simon Sterling but that after their conversation, she had gained a broader perspective.
If Simon followed Wyatt Sterling over, he wouldn’t put on a sullen face or shy away, just carried on as he should!
Simon had a much brighter smile now and would help Claire Sullivan with chores in the kitchen.
Serena wasn’t sure what the future held for them, but thought this was quite good as it was!
She arranged to et with Finn Chandler and brought up the matter of Claire Sullivan and Simon Sterling.
"So things need to be spoken out."
Serena Sullivan said while watching Finn Chandler choose n’s clothes.
"That’s the principle," Finn responded while looking at clothes, "but you need to consider what the matter is."
Finn showed the n’s clothes he picked to Serena, "Serena, how about this one?"
The color was light and didn’t seem like Finn’s style.
"It’s for Julian Ford."
"Um!"
Finn replied with a blush.
"If your dad had co clean with your mom twenty years ago, your mom would have willingly gone through it herself rather than having your dad do that."
Finn revisited the earlier topic, "At that ti, the suffering for both would have been greater."
"It’s not just a ntal affliction, but physical hardship too."
In such a place, losing freedom, considering Claire Sullivan’s delicacy, going in with two children, she might not have survived.
Simon Sterling must have thought a great deal about it back then.
