It's been 2 days since Zhang Liling and Fang Bingwen returned to ho after spending quality ti with each other in their honeymoon.
Now, it was ti to get back to work after recovering from jetlag at their villa.
At the mont, the latest couple were getting ready to go to work in their walk-in closet.
"Honey, how do you see this dress?" Zhang Liling inquired as she twirled around in a shirt dress with a bold brown leather belt on her waist and a matching ankle boot.
Putting his ash-coloured suit jacket over his shoulder, Fang Bingwen slipped his hands in while staring at her dress.
"Not bad. It looks a bit casual at first, but after a good second glance, it doesn't look like that anymore. What matters is that you are comfortable. You know, you can't be thinking about your uncomfortable outfit while working."
"You are right." Smiling to herself, she turned her gaze to the mirror to stare at her outfit one more ti before moving her long strands of hair to the back.
"I think I look better with the hair moved behind. Maybe I should visit the saloon after work and get so waves done." She added.
"Anything you like. Co and have breakfast otherwise I will be late." Mr. Fang said as he took her hand and pulled her along with him to leave the closet.
Downstairs, as breakfast had already been served, they only had to sit and eat.
"Honey, would you like to cook anything for you?" Zhang Liling asked.
"No, we have a chef here. Just focus on the business you have left for the past few days now, I'm sure there is so much for you to catch up with." He said thoughtfully.
To him, it didn't matter who was cooking for him, but first things first.
He wouldn't mind if she wanted to cook for him, but he had to remind her of the work she had piled up. She can cook after she had taken care of that one.
Understanding his thoughtfulness, Zhang Liling gave him a thumbs up. "As expected, you are the best."
"Hahaha... Eat your food." He said with a smile while pointing at the food before her with his finger.
After having breakfast together, Fang Bingwen dropped Zhang Liling off at 'Glint' before leaving for his company.
This was the reason he ntioned about being late because he had to drop her first before driving down to Fang Group.
Arriving at work, Zhang Liling was well welcod by her staff and she made their day better by sharing them so souvenirs she had brought from Paris.
"Thank you, Ma'am!" They all thanked her with big smiles on their faces.
"Enjoy!" Zhang Liling waved at them with a smile before stepping into her office that had already been cleaned out and aired the mont the company was opened for the day.
Zhang Liling was smiling from ear to ear as she stepped into her office. "It's been a while." She mumbled to herself as her gaze flew over the place before she went over to sit on the seat behind her office desk.
Swirling around on the chair with her arms spread out, she closed her eyes until a few minutes later.
Picking up her phone, she took a few photos before choosing one at of all them.
Going to her SNS, she posted it with the caption, 'Back to grinding after having fun'
After posting, she dropped her phone a d faced the work for the day.
Calling in her Heads of Departnt, she had a eting with them to get briefed on what happened in the company while she was away.

Zhang Xiaoling who had been earnestly waiting for Zhang Liling to return, scoffed when she saw her SNS post.
"She ca backs and didn't say anything as expected. Or is this her way of telling that she is back?" She asked herself as she went back to sit on the chair behind her office desk.
Checking her recent posts, she found nothing new except for that one photo she just posted.
On Zhang Liling's recent post, there was her wedding photo with Fang Bingwen, and going upwards, there was one photo from their honeymoon in Paris and lastly, was the picture of her at Glint.
She was really stingy with feeding the public's eyes with she and Fang Bingwen's photos.
Now aware that her step-sister was back, Zhang Xiaoling waited for a while before giving her a call.
Fortunately, she didn't snub or reject her call.
"You are back." Zhang Xiaoling said with her fingertips tabbing on her work desk.
"Yes, I am." Zhang Liling replied simply, refusing to lead her on.
There was silence at the other end until Zhang Xiaoling spoke again. "I don't know when you returned, but since it looks like you will have so work to do today, let's et for brunch tomorrow."
Hearing her inviting her to have a conversation concerning where they had stopped from the last ti, Zhang Liling replied, "I will check my schedule and let you know if I will be free at that ti. As you know, I'm just returning from my honeymoon and definitely, there will be a lot of catching up to do."
"I will send you the address and ti." Zhang Xiaoling said, not wanting to hear her excuses.
She was not feeling entitled in any way. Rather, she was aware that Zhang Liling was only trying to drag things out with her hence, the reason she responded that way.
"Bring your sincerity along." Zhang Liling said and ended the call.
Putting her phone on her desk, she mumbled to herself, "Why is she in such a hurry?"
While the adults were busy with work, Shi Wenqian who was definitely the bigger one, was trying to still have the way for her son, Zhang Mingyu.
Despite knowing that it was still work hours, she picked up her phone to give him a call as soon as an idea popped up in her head.
