I walked out of my abode.
Imdiately, people ca inside and took their places on the d beds. There are twenty-four d beds in the hall. With only four occupied by the Earth Sovereign, the rest by the Sky Sovereigns.
The number of Earth Sovereigns is much higher than the Sky Sovereigns, but it is the Sky Sovereigns, who are powerful.
If not for insisting, they wouldn't have given those seats to them.
The twenty-four took their seats on the bed, while others waited in line for their turn. They know it will co and all they have to do is wait.
It had been a week since; I had co here and, like I had expected, I was trapped. They aren't even letting out of this tower and there is always a Sky Sovereign following behind secretly.
They have made their personal healer. My job is to heal their side effects.
I checked the first patient, the second one, the third and fourth. After I checked them all, I discussed the treatnt and started healing them. I could heal most; those, I couldn't heal, I would suppress.
"Thank you, healer," said the first patient, whom I healed and got up. He handed the storage ring before walking out of the hall.
They all started paying and paying well.
From the second day, the mont the patient left without paying, I would say, I am tired and simply stopped healing. I have been threatened with death and even co close to attacking , but didn't.
Instead, they found the man who didn't pay and forced him to pay and imdiately all the tiredness vanished.
As the bed emptied, the second patient imdiately took their place.
A few hours passed when suddenly a familiar Sky Sovereign barged inside. He is the sa Wolf Beastman who had left without paying on the first.
The bastard, I hate the most, seeing it was his idea to keep captive.
I was surprised, to see him, I had thought he had left, but it seed like he didn't and has now, his condition is bad.
His skin had beco leather and his shiny white fur grey. There is a bad sll coming out of him and he looks old.
Thud!
He appeared beside the Earth Sovereign, I was checking and pushed him away hard, before laying on the bed.
"Heal ." He ordered.
"You haven't paid for the last ti," I said simply. "I will pay this ti and last ti, just heal dam it!" he said, gritting his teeth.
It is clear that he is in pain, even talking becos hard for .
"I hope you do," I said and moved my hands toward him, and a few minutes later, I knew what was wrong with him.
"I can heal you, but it will be an expensive treatnt," I said, and he glared at . "Fucking earthy, I told you, I will pay. Now shut up and heal !" He shouted and turned to Sky Sovereigns watching.
"If this bastard tries anything, kill him," he said and looked at with a look. That says I shouldn't try anything.
I took out the runic pen and runes started to co out and within a minute; they covered his whole body and d-bed, which I had expanded on all sides.
The formations require quite a lot of area.
Soon, the runes covered him, and I took out stuff; seeing so surprises appear in even Sky Sovereign's eyes. They are rare things, that even Sky Sovereigns would like to have.
Buzz!
The formation buzzed as it activated, and I moved away toward another patient.
A few minutes passed and nothing happened, before soon a light foul smoke began to co out of him. Expecting it, I had activated the function on the d-bed, which would suck this four smoke.
It beca denser and denser, and with it, changes began to appear in the Wolf Beastman.
His leathery skin begins to get taunt, and the grey hair starts to turn white. Seeing the changes, a smile appeared on his face, and it remained for a few minutes before suddenly a frown appeared on his face.
"What is happening?" he asked as he began to turn red. People could even feel the heat coming off him.
"All part of the process," I replied. It is the answer I give to all my patients when they ask such a question.
It quieted him down for several seconds before real panic appeared in his eyes. His skin becos bright red and the heat coming off him becos so powerful. If the d-Bed wasn't blocking most of it, Earth Sovereigns like wouldn't have been able to stay close.
"Bastard, what did you do?" he scread and tried to struggle, but aside from his head, he couldn't move any part of his body at all.
He attracted the attention of everyone in the hall and even those waiting outside ca in, hearing his scream.
I didn't answer and kept looking and it opened its mouth to talk, but before he could let out a single word, he burst into the flas.
Ahhhhhhh….
The mournful scream rang out of his mouth as the fire consud him. He scread loudly and with such pain that it made so of the Sky Sovereigns shudder.
I thought the people would co to save him, but all of them watching him with transfixed horror. Even the Sky Sovereign, who ca with him, didn't say anything and just watched.
The screams continued for more than a minute before they stopped, but the fire kept burning.
Many of the patient lying on the beds, waiting for their turn got up. Even a few Earth Sovereigns in like walked out with horror on their face.
He continued burning for several minutes before the fire stopped. Now, there is no Wolf Beastman, instead of just ashes and his artifacts, which I took.
"You shouldn't have done that," said stone-skin man ca with him, pressing with his aura. "He shouldn't have left without paying," I replied and walked toward the patient, who didn't run away in fear.
