As Dante and Netherius' battle continued, the destruction of the city of Limsa increased.

Tanya and Dirk managed to get lots of great shots for their docuntary, but once their fight moved to different areas of the district, the reporter couldn't keep following them.

While thinking of a way to safely record the battle, Tanya spotted the harpion twins, Asher and Amara, flying nearby.

The reporter instantly asked Dirk to take a shot of the "flying children," and when the twins looked at the reporter standing on the roof of a tall building, they approached her with curiosity.

"Hmm, is this lady a zombie?" Asher wondered aloud.

"Nuh-uh! Look closely, dummy. She doesn't have the crazy eyes." Amara replied.

Tanya felt slightly afraid of the twins as she could tell they were not human, but the closer they got to her, the more she thought they looked kind of adorable.

"Are you our friend, lady?" Amara asked while hovering a few feet above her.

"Yeah. I'm everyone's friend!" Tanya replied with a smile.

The twins gazed at each other, still confused, not understanding why there was a random woman standing in the center of the necropolis.

When Tanya explained that she was making a movie, the twins' eyes lit up with excitent, making them land on the roof and approach the reporter with more confidence.

Asher and Amara didn't have much ti living on Earth, but so of the things they learned about were movies since they helped them familiarize themselves with the world.

Rina and Rona, the servants who had been caring for them, always played nature docuntaries for them to learn, but their favorite genre was spy movies, so they asked Tanya if hers would also be a spy movie.

"Umm, well, not exactly. But it'll have lots of action!" Tanya replied.

Seeing that the two kids looked excited, she took that opportunity to interview them, but not even thirty seconds into their talk, the destruction of Dante and Netherius' battle got much closer to their location.

"Oops, you should probably leave, lady," Asher comnted, looking to the side where another building in the distance was crumbling down.

"Yeah, we need to run too. Bye!" Amara said, turning around and preparing herself to fly away.

"Wait!" Tanya shouted, making the twins turn around one last ti.

The woman was a little embarrassed about asking two kids for a favor, but when she explained that she would probably die if she tried running on her own, the twins made a thinking pose.

"Hmm, Cami said we could get rewards if we save humans, right?" Amara asked her brother.

"I think so. Maybe. Want to try?" Asher replied.

Without exchanging more words, Asher approached the caraman while Amara grabbed Tanya by the arms.

'Oh- Th-this is way scarier than flying with Mr. Dante!' Tanya thought.

Before, she was being safely carried in soone's arms while high up in the air. However, all she had now was a little girl holding her by the arms as the rest of her body was suspended in the air.

Fortunately, the harpion twins' strength was utterly unnatural for human standards, so the kids easily carried them away from the danger zone.

anwhile, the Jade Dragons were evacuating the necropolis.

gan was starting to lose consciousness while being carried by Asphodel. Zac was feeling the pain of his wounds now that the adrenaline was slowly dying down, and Alice could barely move a finger while being carried by Lexia.

Sami had Vesnia on her back, and as they kept moving at high speeds to the southern checkpoint, the hell-cyborg felt the undead becoming even weaker.

Zac was also carrying Isidor, but when his wounds reopened and sprayed blood around him, the redhead had to kneel down for a mont to rest, dropping the undead to the ground along with him.

"You really are pushing it…" Asphodel comnted, but before she could suggest a new plan, she turned her head and smirked.

"My children," the vampire muttered.

Not even a minute later, Balthazar, June, and Ezekiel arrived at the crossing where they stopped, seeing their deep wounds and bruises.

"You followed my scent? Good job," Asphodel praised her older kid.

Taking control of the situation, Asphodel asked Ezekiel and June to carry both Zac and Isidor to the checkpoint.

She and Balthazar were going to return to the battle to assist Dante, as the vampire mother was feeling a bit anxious about the necromancer's power level.

Asphodel was aware of the buff in power that the necromancer received inside his necropolis, but she wasn't expecting his power to be greater than Dante's.

Thinking that it would be a good opportunity for Balthazar to gain more combat experience, she decided to take him along with her.

The rest of the group didn't refute Asphodel's orders, and when June approached Zac to carry him up, the ex-detective was taken aback by all of the injuries plaguing his body.

"W-what the hell!? How are you alive!?" June asked, seeing Zac's entire body covered in blood, one of his eyes forcefully closed from the swelling and the nurous slashes and pierces on his torso.

"I… I'm starting to feel a little dizzy," Zac replied, kneeling down on the ground.

Before June could hold him by the shoulders, the redhead completely lost consciousness and flopped to the ground, which made June's job slightly harder.

As the group separated and ran back to the checkpoint, Asphodel and Balthazar went the opposite way, coming up with a plan to assist Dante that wouldn't put them in unnecessary danger.

"Try to stay hidden at all tis. This guy might be the strongest enemy you'll face in your life…" Asphodel warned Balthazar.

The elder vampire was a bit nervous, not because he was afraid of the necromancer's powers but because he didn't want to let his mother down.

Still, he also understood the difficulty of their mission, putting aside all thoughts and focusing solely on the battle ahead.
