"Splash——"

Tilan poured water into the wooden tub, then tested the temperature, feeling it was about right.

"Ores, co over." She looked at the Ice Spirit squatting by the side looking at the oil lamp and called her over for a bath.

"Take off your clothes first." Tilan felt a bit strange saying it, but there didn't seem to be a better way.

"Clothes?" Ores looked a bit confused, just staring at Tilan.

"What you're wearing." Tilan thought for a mont and continued.

"Because they get wet during the bath, you need to take them off in advance."

"Alright." The Ice Elf Girl finally understood, but her clumsy movents soon made Tilan feel like she should just do it herself.

"Sit down." Stopping the Ice Elf Girl's indecisive actions, Tilan had her sit on the stool, then helped her undo the tie from the back collar, followed by removing the complex hair ornants from Ores' head, and the decorative blue ribbons from her wrists.

After a while, Tilan finally got everything done and had Ores slowly step into the water basin, letting her sit in the wide tub.

"Hmm, just like that, don't move around." Tilan tied up Ores' beautiful silver hair, then used a ladle to scoop water down, carefully washing away the dust and tiny leaves mixed in.

The room was very quiet; now they were in a cave, one side of the wall was the dug out mountain, revealing cracked stones.

The ancient oil lamp's brightness was low, slightly further away, and it was hard to see. For convenience, Tilan brought the oil lamp closer to her, making it easier to help Ores wash up.

Because of the burning, this oil lamp emitted a strange sll, a slightly charred scent. Sura said it was exchanged from a nearby settlent. At the ti, they used a barrel of flour in exchange for three barrels of Black Oil, both parties feeling it was worth it.

After a long while, Tilan finally finished thoroughly combing and cleaning Ores' silver hair; next was to help Ores wash her body.

Considering she couldn't help her bathe every day in the future, Tilan decided to teach Ores how to wash herself.

"First, you wash your hair; this part is a bit tricky. If we're together, you can ask for help."

"Okay." Ores responded in a voice slightly cheerful, seeming a bit happy.

"Then, it's washing your face and neck, mainly from top to bottom..." Tilan instructed step by step while helping Ores wash with a wet cloth torn from her dress.

That cloth was torn from Ores' dress since it was about to rip anyway. Better to take it directly, more decent looking. The settlent lacked fabric; Tilan had searched various relics and miscellaneous items, not finding anything clean. Many were used by others, stained with grease.

Though the locals didn't mind, she, used to modern life, found it sowhat uncomfortable, having only Ores' dress fabric to use as a bathcloth.

After washing, Tilan pondered for a mont, removed the floating debris from the bathwater, and then used the remaining cleaner water to wash Ores' clothes, followed by drying them with Magic Power.

"Alright, put them back on now." Tilan helped Ores put her clothes back on and simply tied her hair with a band.

"Warm, nice." Ores said in simple words, looking very happy.

"Yes, sit on the bed over there for now." The 'bed' was actually just wooden boards nailed together on a stone, but even so, tonight's sleeping conditions were far better than the previous nights.

After pouring out the water, Tilan boiled another pot of water for her bath.

The underground water, after boiling, still retained so warmth. Stepping in and slowly crouching down, the warmth gradually enveloped her body, allowing her to breathe a sigh of relief, then leaning against the edge of the basin.

Unknowingly, it's been almost three days since she arrived on this planet, yet it felt like a long ti had passed. This was likely a Lost Planet undiscovered by the Federation. She couldn't quite determine its location, possibly within the borders, yet also likely in so distant remote corner.

According to Sura's description, it seed no one had seen a spaceship; the planet's inhabitants had lost much technology, unable to perform interdinsional voyages.

Such an isolated environnt made Tilan inadvertently think of scenes she had seen in the archives, depicting the End of the Fifth Epoch when a voyaging spaceship descended on the Double Tree Star Domain.

Isenisha also used to live in a similar lost planet, but the environnt there was much better, without the conflicts and wars among the Newborn Races.

Thinking about this made Tilan slightly sleepy; these past two days had been intensely stressful. The first two nights spent outdoors didn't allow her good sleep, remaining sowhat alert for safety, not only for herself but also worrying sothing might happen to Ores, like a sudden deterioration.

Fortunately, after observing for two days, Ores' condition was gradually stabilizing. Aside from mory and Transcendent Core damage, everything else seed fine and could recover through nurturing.

While thinking about this, the girl suddenly felt fingers brushing over her head.

"Ores?" The Ice Elf Girl was bending over, standing beside the basin.

"I, help Tilan, wash." She said in simple words, likely noticing Tilan had been soaking in the water for a long ti and ran over.

"Do you know how to wash hair?" Tilan felt Ores might take so ti to learn.

"I, try." Ores said, mimicking Tilan's earlier actions, using the ladle to pour water continuously, then straightening the strands of hair.
