Huo Yao saved her work on the computer and left the laboratory shortly after 5:00 pm.
Min Yu had already driven over and was waiting for her by the roadside at the school entrance.
After she got into the car, Min Yu started the engine and asked. "Are you going to the hospital or ho?"
Huo Yao raised her brow. She looked sideways at Min Yu and could not help but feel that he knew her recent activities well. "The hospital."
Min Yu nodded. He was dressed in a dark coat and a sweater in the sa shade without folding down the collar, so his neck was completely covered. He gave off a cool aura as he drove with his hands on the steering wheel.
Huo Yao sat in the car with her elbow leaning against the window and her hand against her face as she looked at the driver lazily.
He was certainly a tiless beauty. She felt she could never get tired of looking at him.
Huo Yao rubbed her face gently without moving her eyes.
Min Yu looked up at Huo Yao when he detected her gaze. The instant they made eye contact, there was chemistry in the air.
Min Yu wanted to be close to her, so he suddenly reached his hand out and held Huo Yao's hand which she had placed it on her knee casually. He pried her fingers aside and squeezed his fingers through the gaps and clasped it tightly with their fingers intertwined.
Huo Yao stiffened her hand, but he held it even more tightly.
"Does this an I am your official boyfriend now?" asked Min Yu monts later.
His voice was deep and sounded particularly sexy. Huo Yao did not pull her hand out and simply said, "Well, I'm not sure. You will have to ask my brothers."
Min Yu instantly felt annoyed and was speechless.
Ask them?
They would definitely say no.
Huo Yao looked out of the window without saying a word and a smile appeared on her face briefly.
Before long, the car arrived at the hospital parking lot.
Min Yu finally let go of her hand. He got out of the car, opened the trunk, and retrieved two boxes of gifts. Huo Yao had wanted to tell him to wait downstairs. The mont she saw this, she felt a headache coming on.
She looked at Min Yu. "You are certainly well prepared."
Min Yu walked up beside her and held her palm with his free hand and walked into the hospital. "Uh huh. After all, we are here to see Brother Tingrui."
Huo Yao's lips twitched.
Before long, the two of them arrived on the fifth floor. Min Yu let go of her hand and put on a slightly more serious look.
Huo Yao glanced at him and raised her brow before entering the hospital ward.
Huo Tingrui was passing ti playing with his phone. The mont he caught sight of his little sister, he bead brightly. "Yao, you're here… What are you doing here?"
The smile on his face disappeared the mont he saw Min Yu. His face turned stiff and his tone changed completely.
Min Yu ca closer and placed the gifts he had prepared on the table. He looked at Huo Tingrui and said courteously, "Hi, Brother Tingrui."
Huo Tingrui was dumbstruck.
Who the hell was Min Yu's brother?
He was nothing but trouble!
Huo Yao pulled up a chair for Min Yu before placing another one beside the bed. "Hand."
Huo Tingrui gave her his hand as he looked at Min Yu coldly and said, "I go by Mr. Huo."
He was not friends with Min Yu at all.
Min Yu nodded and sat down. "Sure, Brother Tingrui."
Huo Tingrui was dumbstruck.
Huo Yao lowered her eyes and cleared her throat. After taking his pulse, she removed her hand.
The gauze on Huo Tingrui's head had already been removed. There was just so simple dressing on the injury on his forehead. He seed quite energetic.
"You can probably get discharged in a couple of days," said Huo Yao and nodded.
