I an, this was his first attempt at trying to work toward accomplishing the quest. He still had 13 more days to go to accomplish the quest, so there was still ti in a way.
All he needed to do was keep trying and trying, and hopefully, it would click.
He knew all of this, but that didn't change the fact that he was disappointed. He was still disappointed while walking on the road, and it was still evident on his face.
He kept on walking with the aim of reaching his ho. He could simply make use of one of the services of those horseriders to reach his ho quickly, but he planned on trekking instead.
He kept on journeying nonstop until he finally arrived ho.

Ryan planned on using that sa strategy again. What was the strategy? To follow Dylan to his ho and see if he'd be able to get a hold of his mum and make use of that opportunity to trail her.
Today was a new day, and he planned on visiting Dylan's ho again. He was going to head there straight from school just like yesterday.
He was sure Dylan wouldn't mind, he would definitely permit him to visit again today.
What Ryan was hoping for was for things to go as planned, he wanted things to be different from yesterday. If he could get to see Dylan's mum, then trail her and discover where her workplace was situated, he'd be so glad.
He'd already finished preparing for school by now, then he ate breakfast with his family before leaving for school. He was ridden to school by one of the guards of course, but he told the guard not to bother coming to pick him up from school.
..And the guard wasn't surprised to hear that at all, it wasn't a new thing.
Ryan had just arrived in his classroom, and he didn't waste ti to glance at Dylan's seat, and he saw that Dylan was sitting comfortably on it...he'd arrived.
Yes, he needed Dylan to be at school because visiting his ho today would be easier because of that. They could just head there together straight from school, just like they did yesterday.
Ryan began heading straight to his seat after confirming that Dylan was at school until he arrived at it. Then he made himself comfortable on his seat, waiting for a teacher to step in and begin teaching them, because that is what would definitely happen next.

"I'd love to visit your ho again today". Ryan said to Dylan as they were heading toward the cafeteria together.
A kind of surprised expression appeared on Dylan's face imdiately the mont he heard that, then he glanced at Ryan before saying,
"Today again?".
"Yes, I'd love to visit it again". Ryan stated with his gaze focused on Dylan.
Dylan didn't say anything, he was only glancing at Ryan with that surprised expression still plastered on his face. Then Ryan's voice resounded again,
"Or I'm not allowed to visit today?".
"No, you're free to visit today. As I told you, my house is open to you whenever you want to visit". Dylan uttered.
Ryan nodded his head a bit as a little smile appeared on his face the mont those words were done flowing out of Dylan's mouth, then he said,
"Thanks".
Dylan didn't say anything, he only nodded his head a little while glancing at Ryan. Ryan wasn't glancing at Dylan anymore by now, he'd focused his gaze forward with the aim of reaching the cafeteria quickly.
But Dylan was still glancing at Ryan, he had things to say. And he voiced out after the passing of a few seconds,
"You've beco really fond of my house. Like, it's more than I was thinking".
"Yeah, it's more than you were thinking, I've beco so fond of your ho. Like, I can be visiting it everyday". Ryan stated glancing at Dylan.
"Wow! That's amazing". Dylan said.
"Yeah".
Silence ensued after that, but Dylan still had sothing to say, he wasn't done talking. And he voiced out what he had in mind after the passing of a few seconds as well,
"Is sothing going on at ho? Sothing negative?".
"What?". Ryan uttered glancing at Dylan with a perplexed facial expression.
"Is sothing negative going on at ho that is troubling you and stressing you out, and it has made going ho and being ho scary because being there always cost you your peace? So you prefer to be coming straight to my ho instead of heading ho after school because you could get so mont of peace while at my ho,
Maybe that's even the reason why you've been visiting my ho frequently these past few weeks, you need so mont of peace. Is that the case? Is everything I said true?".
Ryan began laughing the mont Dylan was done talking as they were still heading toward the cafeteria together. And the mont he was done laughing, he voiced out,
"There's nothing negative going on at ho, everything is perfect at ho, your contemplation is wrong. The reason why I want to visit your ho today again and why I've been visiting frequently is because of the sa reason, I've beco so fond of it,
I do enjoy myself to the very brim whenever I visit your ho, I could say I'm getting addicted to it. That's the only reason why I've been visiting frequently".
Dylan nodded his head a little after Ryan was done talking before voicing out,
"It's good to hear that, it's good to know that I was wrong. I want you to have peace at ho, it's very stressful when there isn't peace in the family. So I'm so glad".
"Is this sothing you've experienced before? Lack of peace in the family?". Ryan inquired of Dylan.
"No, I've never experienced it, but I know people that have, and trust , they were fucking brutal. It's sothing I wouldn't want to ever experience, but no one knows tomorrow". Dylan responded.
Ryan nodded his head to Dylan's utterance, then he stated,
"So, we are clear on that, you know the reason why I'm visiting today and why I've been visiting frequently".
"Yes, that has been fully confird".
"Good".
Dylan thought he'd confird everything, but he didn't know he hadn't...
There was sothing he didn't know, there was sothing Ryan was hiding from him. And that was the fact that he'd be visiting today to see if he'd be able to see his mum and trail her.
Yes, he'd been visiting frequently these past few weeks because he had beco so fond of their house and all that. But the reason why he visited yesterday and why he'd be visiting today was because of his mum.
They didn't say a single word to each other again until they reached the cafeteria and entered it.

It had gotten to closing hour, and Ryan and Dylan were heading ho together as usual. As known, they were heading straight to Dylan's ho.
They were walking on the road when Ryan uttered to Dylan,
"So, we'd be eating so fruits today again, right?".
"I think so, since you're visiting again, then we'd have to eat so fruits again". Dylan responded.
Ryan didn't say anything, all he did was to nod his head a little with a bit of smile on his face. Then Dylan's voice resounded again,
"I can tell that you've been enjoying the fruits we've been serving you whenever you visit, look at the broad smile on your face. Are you sure you haven't been visiting frequently due to the fruits we've been serving you?".
"I can't lie, it's part of it. You know, I want to keep enjoying those fruits while having conversations with you guys". Ryan responded.
Dylan didn't say anything to that, he only nodded his head a little as the both of them kept on walking. They'd arrived at Dylan's house by now, and Cora was happy to see Ryan again.
Well, a few minutes later, and all of them were inside the house conversing and eating fruits. But that wasn't what Ryan was here for mainly, as known, he was here to see their mum and trail her to discover where her workplace was situated.
They kept on eating fruits and conversing as Ryan kept waiting to see if their mum would arrive ho. Minutes had passed, but no sign of her.
More minutes passed, no sign of her yet. And with that, Ryan started doubting again, thoughts started running through his mind, and one of the thoughts that ran through his mind was,
'She might end up not showing up again'.
