The two of them were heading toward Dylan's ho right now. They were still heading there when Dylan said to Ryan,
"Seems like you've beco so fond of my house".
A little smile appeared on Ryan's face at that mont before voicing out,
"Yes, I've beco so fond of your house. I an, I do enjoy myself to the fullest whenever I visit your ho".
Dylan didn't say anything to that, a little smile only appeared on his face as he nodded his head a little.
The two of them were still heading toward Dylan's ho. And in the next few minutes, they arrived at his ho.
Cora was so happy to see Ryan, she'd beco so fond of him. A smile was plastered on her face as she was glancing at him, that was enough evidence to know that she was so happy to see him.
She greeted him, and Ryan greeted her as well. Then Dylan was like,
"He said he wanted to visit today again, he didn't even bother to reach ho, we headed here straight from school".
He was saying this to Cora, and she was just like,
"It's a good thing that he's here, I'm happy to see him".
A broad smile appeared on Ryan's face the mont she was done making that statent as he nodded his head a little. She just stood at one spot, glancing at Ryan, she couldn't take her gaze off him.
..To them, he was here just to visit because he'd beco so fond of their house, they didn't know he had an ulterior motive for visiting.
They didn't have the slightest idea, they were completely in the dark.
They went into the house and began eating fruit as usual while conversing. Throughout the ti they were doing this, Ryan was busy waiting for their mum's arrival.
But he didn't let it show in his body posture or sothing...he made sure they couldn't notice anything. They were busy eating fruit and conversing, while smiling and laughing from ti to ti, anwhile, Ryan wasn't fully imrsed in their conversation.
He kept on waiting for their mum's arrival, but she wasn't coming. He didn't plan on leaving anyti soon, he was going to wait for a long ti and beco sure that she wouldn't be coming ho anyti soon before he left.
'I hope she cos ho so I can trail her and discover where her workplace is situated. Make this achievable for today, please, ti is counting'. Ryan thought to himself while still in the midst of Dylan and Cora.
They kept on eating fruit and conversing, but the person Ryan was waiting for wasn't arriving. He still didn't plan on leaving anyti soon, in fact, he was getting tempted to do sothing.
What was that thing? He wanted to ask Dylan if their mum would be coming ho, then heading straight to her business again afterwards. He was so desperate, but he knew he needed to control himself.
Asking Dylan that question could lead to a lot of suspicion, he and his sister could start suspecting so things. And he didn't want that, the fact that he was here waiting for their mum's arrival should be enough.
They kept on eating fruit and conversing among themselves, ti was passing, but their mum wasn't arriving ho...
Truth be told, there was a high chance she wouldn't be coming ho until it gets to the main ti she should be arriving ho. The ti when she'd arrive ho and wouldn't need to head to her business again until tomorrow arrives.
Ryan was already getting tired of waiting, and it was showing in his body posture and all that. It was showing to the extent that Dylan was noticing it, but Cora wasn't.
Dylan had noticed it and didn't plan on keeping his mouth shut, he planned on voicing out what he was seeing.
"Ryan, are you okay? You seem a little uncomfortable. Are you tired?". He voiced out with his gaze focused on Ryan.
"Tired? What! I'm nowhere near being tired, I'm good. I'm not uncomfortable in any way, how can I be uncomfortable when I'm enjoying the fruit and the conversation we're having? In fact, I'm enjoying myself to the very brim". Ryan stated, glancing directly at Dylan.
All Dylan did was nod his head a little, a single word didn't flow out of his mouth. Even though he nodded his head to Ryan's statent, it seed like he didn't believe his statent properly.
But he didn't say anything, nothing at all...
Cora didn't say anything as well, she only listened while they were talking, and the mont they weren't talking anymore, she continued eating the fruit in front of her while hoping they could resu the conversation they were having.
They resud the conversation, and Dylan was the one that triggered it. They kept eating fruit and conversing, and by now, Ryan was so tired internally.
Yes, the reason why he was here in the first place wasn't happening, and it was making him tired. But though he was so tired internally, he made sure it wasn't showing in his body posture or sothing so Dylan wouldn't notice it again.
Truth be told, he wanted to leave. A lot of ti had passed, and he'd already concluded in his mind that Dylan's mum wouldn't be coming ho until it gets to the main ti for her to arrive ho.
But he couldn't leave just like that, he planned on joining them to finish the fruit they were eating, then he'd leave. And that was the best way to go about it.
It was remaining just a few fruits, and they'd be done. They kept eating and conversing until they were done eating the fruits, and Ryan was like,
"Thanks for the fruits, guys".
He made this statent the mont they were done eating the fruits...
"It's nothing. I an, we all partook in enjoying the fruits". Cora uttered with her gaze focused on Ryan.
Dylan didn't say anything, he only nodded his head a little. And right now, Ryan was searching for the best way he could tell them that he was about to leave.
He saw no reason to keep staying here, their mum wouldn't be arriving ho anyti soon. And the reason why he was here in the first place was because of her.
He should have left a long ti ago if not that he wanted to join them in finishing the fruits.
"I'd be leaving now, guys". He stated, glancing at both Dylan and Cora.
"Yeah, it's about ti you leave, it's already getting late". Dylan voiced out.
"It was nice having you here again, Ryan". Cora uttered with a broad smile on her face.
"It was nice being here". Ryan said with a smile plastered on his face as well, he had to force out that smile.
He didn't have the energy to smile because he didn't achieve the reason for coming here, but he just had to force out a smile since Cora was smiling as well.
"I would have loved to escort you, but I can't because I have so things to handle right now, which I should have handled a long ti ago if not that we were having so fun". Dylan said to Ryan.
"That isn't a problem at all, you don't have to escort every ti I'm heading ho from your house. The fact that you allowed visit your ho today and even told that I'm free to visit whenever I want to is already enough". Ryan stated.
All Dylan did was nod his head to Ryan's statent, then Ryan walked out of their house, arrived at the compound, and began walking out of the compound as well.
He'd finished walking out of their compound by now and was walking on the road, currently heading toward his ho. He was so disappointed that he didn't get to achieve his reason for visiting Dylan's ho today, and the disappointnt was evident on his face.
He could freely show how he was feeling now since he wasn't at Dylan's ho anymore...he didn't have to hide anything.
He didn't achieve the reason for visiting Dylan's ho today, he didn't get to see his mum and trail her to discover where her workplace was situated. So what was he going to do next?
Well, the next plan was to try again. Since today's plan didn't work out, then he'd have to try again.
He'd have to visit Dylan's ho again tomorrow and see if his mum would co ho, then he'd make use of that chance to trail her and see where her workplace was situated.
..He can't give up, he can't dare to do so, giving up ans he'd fail the quest, and he can't afford to fail the quest.
