This portion of the population consisted of the middle class, elites, and side branches of Scholarly Faction families, all taken by the Crystal Tower Civilization, leaving not one behind.
The remaining Tanas Clan mbers, though of the sa species and ethnicity, were either lacking in magical prowess, intelligence to understand advanced magical concepts, or simply disabled, impoverished, and low-tier workers.
These individuals had no value to magical civilization.
Their industrial city life, excluding magical elents, was barely better than that on Azure Star, many still living at the atomic energy era level.
Many of them, upon hearing the evacuation news, scrambled to the teleportation arrays and spaceships to escape the hopeless planet, only to be kicked out or punched away from the hatch.
Thousands of Tanas people died in the escape night.
They were no longer needed.
Due to the transfer of the Discerning Eye Fragnts, the construction of the new planet required low profile and secrecy, costing a price.
These 2.8 billion abandoned people were the price.
