Chapter 917: Out to Get Sage Fruit Again
Fire Phoenix did not know what Qin Feng was thinking and quickly went on to talk about the profitable projects in the Dark Citadel.

Qin Feng’s words were pointed, obviously, this was a threat.

The remaining seven aptitude users did not dare make any sudden noises, bowing down respectfully and lowering their heads, and were too afraid to even look at Qin Feng’s back. These people realized that Fateless had the wits scared out of him, just like they were. As such, they all just nodded.
Fateless thought for a mont. Since the Black Alp Overlord had given Fire Phoenix full authority to act in Dark Citadel, he would not be given the duties of the other five dead people. The only purpose of him having done this was for checks and balances.
If the other party only trusted Fire Phoenix, Fateless thought that this was only a self-serving, powerful individual with no managent skills.
Trying to pull so tricks on a person like that might just work, but now that the Black Alp Overlord had proven to be more unpredictable than imagined, Fateless would not dare try anything and kept his little tricks to himself.
Compared to the people who feared Qin Feng, Fire Phoenix had admiration and appreciation for him.
If it were not for him, it would not just be the things that were ssed up today. There might have been people conspiring against Fire Phoenix and she would have ended up dead.
“Master Black Alp, this is the Ancient!”
Qin Feng looked at the unchanged Ancient and exclaid, “This is indeed valuable.”
