At the entrance of the resplendent nightclub, an Asian man in a suit stepped out of a luxury car, flanked by a group of underlings. As soon as he appeared, one of the henchn at the entrance approached:

"Welco, Mr. Huang, but please leave your weapons here for inspection."

"I know the rules." The man referred to as Mr. Huang smiled as he pulled out two pistols, placing them on the tray, then spread his arms, allowing the tal detector to sweep over him. Although his underlings were dissatisfied, they still took out their weapons and laid them down.

After passing through security, Mr. Huang, led by a waiter, entered a private room. This large suite, which was ant for entertainnt, hosted only four people seated around a round table.

Seeing Mr. Huang approach, a tall, tattoo-covered blond Caucasian glanced at his watch, then remarked in a sowhat sarcastic tone, "Yo, Mr. Huang, you’re really ’punctual,’ huh!"

"If you called here just to discuss these trivial matters, then spare ." Mr. Huang replied flatly, casually sitting in the empty seat.

"Let’s get straight to the point then." A woman with distinct brown features interrupted, cutting to the chase,

"My place got trashed by two n from Yan Country, do you know anything about them?"

"Oh?" Mr. Huang showed a look of interest, making it unclear whether he was wearing a disguise or genuinely ignorant.

His gaze swept over the others, smiling as he said,

"And what about you all? Here to back up Ms. Vida?"

"Don’t play dumb, Huang Zhicheng!" A burly, bear-like white man pounded the table, glaring at Mr. Huang with eyes afla,

"Those guys from Yan Country causing trouble, I don’t believe you know nothing about them!"

"And so?" Upon hearing this, Mr. Huang seed even more relaxed, even placing his feet on the table, his eyes glinting with cold light as they glanced over the others,

"Is this your first ti in Pradamia?"

"Huang, you’re breaking the rules!" The Caucasian woman, who looked to be in her forties and had remained silent, suddenly spoke. Mr. Huang chuckled, full of arrogance,

"Rules? Mrs. Sicily, are you senile? Since when does Pradamia have such things? The rule here is, take as much territory as your power allows. If a fierce newcor appears and you can’t handle it, you step aside. That’s the rule here!"

"Can I consider this a declaration of war?" The man, burly as a bear, stood up, his muscles writhing in an unsettling manner, cracks spreading from the tiles beneath his feet.

"Heh." Seeing Beijia’er in this stance, Mr. Huang’s grin grew even wilder. He moved his feet off the table, standing up to et Beijia’er’s gaze,

"You and I both know where the balance in Pradamia cos from, and as for declaring war... You can’t even handle those Chinese kids, and you talk to about war? My territory is right there; co try if you dare!"

Having said that, Mr. Huang showed no intention of staying, strolling towards the door as if defenseless. His two underlings followed imdiately until the private room door closed again, restoring the room’s calm.

"I told you it was no use calling him." Beijia’er’s aura gradually cald down, speaking with an unexpectedly even tone, while Mrs. Sicily lit a cigarette, took a deep drag, and then exhaled a ring of smoke,

"At least it confirms that those causing trouble have nothing to do with the Triad."

...

"Brother Huang..." Walking out of the nightclub, the underlings waiting outside imdiately rushed forward. Huang Zhicheng raised a hand to signal them to quiet down, speaking seriously,

"Have our people check for any newcors from Yan Country in the area; sothing about this doesn’t feel right, it might not just be an ordinary newcor."

...

Back in Chinatown, Huang Zhicheng walked into his office, took out a satellite phone, and dialed a number.

"July 17."

"June 19."

After exchanging the dates, they began normal communication.

"Why are you suddenly calling back?" The voice on the other end inquired as Mr. Huang leaned back in his chair,

"A group recently arrived in Pradamia, quite strong. Of the five main forces, only we haven’t been attacked. Based on current intelligence, there are between three to eight of them, all Asian, under the age of forty, and very strong. Just one of them could clear all the bars under Saint Jun Castle Tavern. The staff there are Ussas."

"With such strength, they shouldn’t be civilian experts. I’ll check it out for you." The tone on the other end imdiately turned serious. After a brief silence, it resud,

"No overseas missions have been dispatched by any branch recently, at least none of the experts on record have left the country."

"So, could they be the current target?" Huang Zhicheng narrowed his eyes, sitting up straighter. The response on the other end was negative,

"The target’s characteristics are quite distinct, but we can’t rule out any possibility."

"Understood, I’ll continue to follow up."

...

At the Kaidan Counterasure Bureau Headquarters, the door of the Investigation Team’s office suddenly knocked. The leader, who was reviewing files, paused, covered the docunts with a folder, and then said,

"Co in."

Upon hearing this, the team mber at the door imdiately opened the door and entered. After turning to close the door behind him, he spoke,

"Leader, old Huang just sent in new information."

"Hmm?" The leader raised an eyebrow, "Has the target from Eastern Country Kaidan been found?"

"Not yet." The team mber shook his head,

"Old Huang said there’s a recent influx of a small Asian force in Pradamia, only 3 to 8 mbers, who can easily contend with Ussas from the Kaidan-empowered side."

"Sounds like it’s not the group we’re after," the leader murmured, frowning in thought. After a while, he continued,

"Any news lately from Pradamia? Why is it attracting all sorts of trouble?"

"No, but according to [Shrine]’s information, another batch of suspected Columbia regular troops has entered Siam. If you follow their route, the target seems to be Yue Nan." The team mber recounted the recent intelligence.

"Isn’t this the third batch? Any actions from Yue Nan recently?" The leader frowned further, the team mber nodded in response,

"No signs of ard conflict, but there’s been a resurgence of interest in Kaidan, such as curses in Siam and Yue Nan, but so far, none have been successful."

"Now that’s interesting..." The leader’s frown gradually eased, speaking again,

"Have old Huang investigate the Columbia forces in Pradamia, see if any trace of these troops can be found."
