"So fast."

Fiamma of the Right's pupils shrank.

"This is a real master!"

Although he hadn't used much strength just now, and had been relatively relaxed, that didn't an just anyone could have forced him back.

As soone who simultaneously possessed both the power of the Archangel Gabriel and the strength of a Saint—and had perfectly fused the two into sothing greater than the sum of its parts—his existence was terrifying.

Even without magic, his sheer physical strength alone was already overwhelming.

"Little girl, I've co here in the na of justice. You'd best not stand in the way of my justice."

Reaching out, he slowly pried away the hand pressing down on him.

"Justice? Justice isn't sothing you can just proclaim. What you call justice may not look like justice in the eyes of others."

George raised an eyebrow. To his surprise, Fiamma's physical strength actually surpassed his own.

"You're Itsuwa, right? Take Kamijou Touma and get him treated."

"Yes, I understand."

Cradling the gravely injured Touma, Itsuwa sprinted away from the bridge.

Fiamma didn't try to stop her. He had already planned to give Kamijou Touma a single day to think things over—he hadn't intended to kill him imdiately.

"According to the intelligence I obtained, your esper ability should be related to electricity and electromagnetism. But clearly, that information was inaccurate."

Between Academy City, which represented science, and the various Churches that represented magic, hostility had always existed. The Roman Orthodox Church had gathered plenty of intelligence on Academy City.

Naturally, top-level espers like Misaka Mikoto were key targets in these reports.

Before coming here, he had reviewed the data on all the major espers. Afterward, he concluded that aside from Academy City's Number One, Accelerator, none of them posed any real threat.

Especially not soone like Misaka Mikoto, who specialized in long-range offense but had a frail physical body.

"I don't care about your hidden information, and I don't care about you either. I follow only my faith. So I'll ask you again—are you going to interfere?"

"You're not interested in , but I'm very interested in you. The power inside you… it's not just angelic, is it?"

George stroked his chin, his eyes sizing Fiamma up and down.

From within his body, George could sense two imnse forces. One was clearly angelic power, while the other resembled the strength of a Saint, just as described in the grimoires.

God's Right Seat's angelic powers were, in essence, obtained by using special rituals to erase original sin, thereby inheriting the powers of the Four Great Archangels—Michael, Gabriel, Raphael, and Uriel.

With these, they could wield extraordinarily destructive angelic techniques. Even though these powers were incomplete versions, they were still capable of annihilating an entire city with ease.

The drawback, however, was that once soone gained angelic power, they could no longer use conventional magic.

As for Saints, they were magicians who had obtained divine power akin to that of Christ himself.

Their bodies were unimaginably strong, and even when using the sa spell, their power far exceeded that of normal magicians.

"If you're determined to interfere, then I'll have to strike you down!"

Fiamma ignored George's question and instead drew his spiritual weapon from his shadow—a massive, extravagantly designed lance over five ters long.

Without hesitation, the weapon, which weighed a thousand pounds, spun easily in his grip as though it were nothing more than straw. He thrust it forward at a speed the naked eye could barely follow.

But the terrifying strike pierced only empty air. George had already teleported away.

From George's perspective, if he used the Golden Light Mantra and other reinforcent spells, his physical power would be no weaker than Fiamma's—but why bother?

He possessed a vast array of powerful spells. Why should he fight Fiamma in close combat?

He only used lee when facing weaklings, because that carried no risk of failure.

But against soone like Fiamma, whose physical power outmatched even his own, there was no need to engage up close—unless he transford into a dragon. If he did that, his physical strength would utterly crush Fiamma's, but such a asure was unnecessary.

"Teleportation… so you have more than one ability!"

Fiamma was slightly surprised, but not alard. He vanished and reappeared in pursuit, continuing his barrage. At such close range, teleportation might not even be faster than his speed.

Teleportation was quick, yes—but afterward, the body needed a mont to adjust. Neural responses could lag, and that instant of stillness was enough ti for him to end the fight.

"Expelliarmus!"

George chanted softly. A surge of blue light spread out from him in all directions, rapidly enveloping Fiamma.

The instant the light touched him, the enormous lance in his hand flew free, slipping from his grasp against his will.

It spun once in the air before landing neatly in George's hand.

What George had used was an upgraded, area-wide Disarming Spell. Centered on him, it forcibly stripped every enemy within range of their weapons.

"No… this is magic! How can you possibly use magic?!"

Fiamma's expression changed drastically as his weapon was wrenched away.

What shocked him wasn't the disarmant itself, but the fact that George had wielded magic.

Everyone knew the iron law: esper powers and magic could not coexist.

It was precisely because of this law that Academy City and the magic world were able to maintain their fragile peace.

Otherwise, the two sides would already be at war, desperate to seize each other's power.

But if one of Academy City's strongest espers could use magic… did that an Academy City had discovered a way to teach espers how to wield it?

"Why can I use magic? Because I've always been a magician."

George opened his mouth, and a torrent of terrifying three-colored flas roared forth.

"As I thought… you really can use magic. Then I'll just have to drag you back to the Church."

Seeing this, Fiamma finally unleashed his true power.

"Angelic Technique—Infinite Domain of Water!"

He raised both hands, and instantly, every drop of water within a two-kiloter radius surged toward him, forming an imnse domain centered on his body.

Gabriel's attribute was water. And with that power, his ultimate ability was to control all the water within two kiloters.

Under the influence of his angelic power, the water was no longer ordinary—it had gained mystical properties, capable of shifting into countless forms for offense or defense.

Within this Infinite Domain of Water, none could defeat him.

"This water domain is sturdier than I thought."

Watching his three-colored flas burn furiously yet fail to pierce through the barrier, George's eyes narrowed with surprise.

The tricolor fire was indeed formidable—it even evaporated vast amounts of water already reinforced with angelic power.

But there was simply too much of it. What evaporated instantly recondensed into vapor and was drawn back under Fiamma's control, while more water was pulled from the surrounding area to replenish it.

When the flas finally dimd, the watery domain still remained, as imposing as ever.
