Thanos still couldn’t understand.

Why would the Transforrs choose to make their ho in this barren wasteland?

The universe was filled with high-value regions rich in resources. Didn’t the Transforrs need resources?

Why wouldn’t they occupy a star system of real value instead?

Thanos couldn’t figure it out

But it didn’t matter now—they were already at war.

"BOOM~~~~~~~!!!"

The Elder Transforrs fired their twenty-cannon volley in unison. Twenty colossal laser beams, each several kiloters thick, tore through Thanos’ three legions in an instant.

Boom! Boom!

Hundreds of warships were obliterated in a heartbeat.

One of the three flagships was struck so hard that half of its structure was ripped away. So of Thanos’ warriors managed to escape from the shattered remains, only to be frozen solid by the vacuum of space.

As for the other warships, under that kind of firepower, there weren’t even fragnts left—not a trace of ash.

Fortunately for Thanos’ army, their formation had been spread wide. In the vastness of space, even beams nearly ten kiloters wide looked like little more than laser pointers from a distance. As devastating as the weapons were, they couldn’t wipe out an entire starfield in one go.

After that single volley, a large portion of Thanos’ legions still remained. In fact, the number destroyed by the twenty beams was less than what had already been lost to the spatial barrier earlier.

"Attack!"

At Thanos’ command, all of his warships surged forward, heading straight for the Transforrs’ howorld. Both sides now had each other in their sights.

It was a head-on confrontation—two armies staring down the barrel at one another.

The Elder Transforrs gave their command at the sa mont.

"All Transforrs, engage!"

But alongside this ca another instruction, one only the Transforrs could hear:

"Take the Elders’ volley as the signal to attack."

The Collector only received the first order. He never heard the second.

That was because the second ssage had been transmitted through the Transforrs’ internal systems, not via external communications.

So the Collector had no idea.

When he heard the command to attack but saw no movent from the legions, he froze.

"Hm?"

The Collector was stunned. He turned and looked at the surrounding armies. Neither the red-armored Optimus Legion nor the blue-armored Decepticon Legion made a move. Instead, they stood ready, as if waiting for sothing.

But hadn’t the order to attack already been given? What were they waiting for?

As he struggled to make sense of it, a blazing light suddenly erupted behind him.

Even from the rear, the brilliance was so intense it nearly blinded him.

The Collector’s whole body trembled. He understood now. He finally understood what the Transforrs were waiting for.

With effort, he turned his head to look. And sure enough—

The surface of Cybertron was covered with Elder Transforrs, lined up from one end of the planet to the other. They had all transford into their star-destroyer forms.

Every cannon mouth glowed with gathering light.

It was terrifying.

Over nine hundred beams of light.

Only one thought ran through the Collector’s mind.

Firepower saturation.

Twenty beams weren’t enough? Then let them get closer. And this ti, unleash more than forty tis that number in a single strike.

Energy consumption? Terrifying? Did the Transforrs lack energy? What a joke. They had the Infinity Stones.

This was firepower saturation.

The Thanos Legion, charging forward, saw the lights flare and realized what was coming.

"Scatter!!"

Ebony Maw’s voice rang out across the channels, and the fleet imdiately tried to disperse. But the lasers moved faster.

"BOOM~~~!!!"

First, ten beams fired. Then row after row of lasers followed.

The nine hundred beams weren’t unleashed all at once. They were fired in layers, sweeping outward in waves. While this allowed so ships to slip through, countless others were obliterated on the spot.

But still—wouldn’t it be better to just unleash all the beams at once for full coverage?

"Why not?" The Collector was baffled.

By the logic of the Transforrs’ calculations, they should have been able to determine the most optimal firing pattern. Why split it like this? Why fire one volley to the left, then another to the right?

Why?

The Collector turned back—and suddenly, he understood.

"BOOM~~~!!!"

Another volley fired. And this ti, Cybertron itself shifted backward slightly under the force.

At first, the Collector hadn’t noticed. But when the other side fired another volley, the planet swayed from side to side.

Only then did he realize—

The recoil from the Elders’ combined firepower was too imnse.

Dozens of simultaneous blasts could push Cybertron off its orbital path. Another volley from the opposite side was required just to balance it again.

After all, Cybertron had once been Mars—and Mars wasn’t a large planet to begin with. It wouldn’t have needed many planetary engines to move it, let alone dozens of star-destroyer cannons firing at once.

So the Elders had no choice but to stagger their fire into multiple waves.

If all nine hundred cannons fired simultaneously, the recoil could tear Cybertron apart. At the very least, the floating continents of the planet would collapse.

This was the only correct way.

And at last, the Collector understood.

"It was my own fault for not thinking it through."

He had only been focused on maximizing firepower, never considering the consequences. If all nine hundred Star Destroyer cannons had fired at once, it truly would have been a case of killing a thousand enemies while losing eight hundred of his own.

And compared to the waiting Transforrs legions, the other side wasn’t faring well either.

"BOOM BOOM BOOM~~~!!!"

The Star Destroyers unleashed volley after volley. At first, Thanos’ legion thought the attacks wouldn’t amount to much. But then—

One round. Two rounds. Three rounds.

Ten rounds. Twenty. Thirty.

By the ti more than forty volleys had passed, Thanos had already abandoned the flagship and transferred to a battleship. The three great flagships were long gone, wiped out under the carpet-bombing. At best, a few untouched fragnts of wreckage drifted in space.

And the legions?

After over forty rounds of bombardnt, three full legions—more than ten thousand warships—had been reduced to less than half their number.

Thanos turned to survey what was left. The cosmos was littered with debris and wreckage, more broken tal than intact warships.

His fists clenched around his weapon. The glow of the Soul Stone burned fiercely in his eyes. A surge of unstoppable fury drove him to bellow his order:

"Charge!!!"

Ebony Maw glanced at the battlefield. Under normal circumstances, losing more than half their forces ant retreat was the only option. As the aggressor, they couldn’t afford to fight to the death, while the defenders had every reason to.

But Ebony Maw also knew: if they lost here, there would never be another chance to battle the Transforrs civilization. This army was already the result of Thanos’ great expansion. Even if they expanded again, it would be with nothing but fodder troops—unworthy even to stand before the Transforrs.

So... no matter the cost, this war had to be fought. And besides, Thanos had already given the order.

The next mont, over three thousand warships surged forward in a massive charge against the Transforrs civilization.

The Transforrs answered in kind.

"Engage!"

In an instant, their fleets activated and locked into direct combat. Transforrs transford into their fighter forms, streaking into the battlefield like swarms of chanical teors.

Two thousand of them entered the fray at once, weaving through the chaos. Warships opened fire, exchanging thunderous volleys with their enemies. This was pure firepower against firepower.

At the front, General Corvus Glaive and General Proxima Midnight each led their fleets in the assault. anwhile, Ebony Maw, overseeing the battlefield, suddenly realized:

"Lord Thanos, the Transforrs have expanded into two legions!"

It was true. The battlefield made it plain to see: red and blue legions, their numbers clearly doubled from before. And in the far distance, a massive blue portal continued to pour out warships and Transforr warriors.

But Corvus Glaive sneered.

"We’re already in close quarters. They can’t use those laser weapons anymore.

We still have more than four thousand warships!

The Transforrs have far fewer ships than us.

We must strike quickly!"

Ebony Maw hesitated, then nodded. It made sense.

And yet... sothing felt wrong.

The Transforrs fleet wasn’t large, but the sense of danger only grew stronger.

As Thanos’ legions pressed their assault and the Transforrs t them head-on, the battle erupted in full. Warships traded broadsides. Fighters streaked through the void in deadly patterns. The battlefield dissolved into chaos.

Soon, Ebony Maw noticed the problem.

Though the Transforrs’ warships were fewer, their fighters were all elite. His own ships and fighters were being overwheld in the dogfights. And their warships—superior in design and durability—were crushing his fleets.

Again and again, his ships struck enemy hulls with direct hits, only to see them survive. Yet when the enemy returned fire, his ships exploded instantly.

Damn it!

They were inferior in both hardware and software. Numbers were their only advantage.

Ebony Maw’s expression grew grim. This wasn’t unwinnable. But unless sothing changed, it would end in mutual ruin.

Yet retreat was no longer possible. The Thanos Legion had no way out. This battle would be fought to the bitter end.

The starfield erupted in a massive exchange of firepower. Explosions blossod like flowers across the void, wave after wave of destruction lighting up the dark.

The Thanos Legion still had more ships overall, but the Transforrs’ elite fighters and warships balanced the scales. It looked almost evenly matched.

The Transforrs couldn’t yet overwhelm Thanos’ three expanded legions, and though losses on both sides were catastrophic, the outco remained uncertain.

Just then—

From the Stargate beyond Cybertron, a pulse of blue light flashed.

A colossal figure stepped through. Six hundred ters tall, its body was encased in obsidian-like armor, wreathed in flas that licked across its fra like a living inferno.

The monster was impossible to miss.

The mont Godzilla erged, Thanos and his generals all laid eyes on it.

"What is that creature?"

Proxima Midnight’s voice rang out across the channel, filled with shock.

In the universe, creatures hundreds of ters tall were rare—but whenever such beings existed, every single one of them possessed terrifying strength. Sothing that massive couldn’t have grown that way by doing nothing.

And that blazing aura around it—could anyone really believe it was just special effects?

Even Ebony Maw, with all his vast knowledge, could only shake his head.

"A creature I’ve never seen before."

It didn’t matter if they had never seen it. They were about to find out.

As Godzilla passed through the Stargate’s portal, he turned and imdiately spotted the Thanos Legion locked in battle with the Transforrs.

In that mont, Lorien’s words echoed in his mind:

"Help the Transforrs fight, and they’ll feed you, take care of you, and keep you as one of their own. Cybertron and the Transforrs are your other ho."

It was true.

Godzilla hadn’t fought a single battle so far, yet the Transforrs had been constantly feeding him with infinite energy harvested from the Space Stone. He was always full, always cared for.

How could he not call them family?

And now their ho was under attack. Could Godzilla endure that?

"Rooooooaaaaaaaaaaar!!!"

Godzilla let out a thunderous roar.

Sound couldn’t travel in the vacuum of space, yet through the resonance of his energy, the roar reverberated across the battlefield, reaching the ears of countless warriors.

...

They turned their heads.

What they saw was a six-hundred-ter-tall beast wreathed in fire, charging toward the battlefield. Its dorsal fins glowed brighter and brighter, pulsing with surging blue light.

"Hum... hum... hum... HUM!!"

As the light traveled up its spine and into its throat, Godzilla burst into the fray.

His jaws split wide, and he unleashed a deafening roar.

"DOOOMMMM!!!"

A dazzling beam of blue energy erupted from his mouth, cutting through the battlefield like a hot knife through butter. Godzilla swung his head from left to right, the beam carving a brilliant arc across space as if slicing reality itself.

Where the laser touched Thanos’ warships—

Boom! Boom! Boom!

Ships lted instantly, then exploded into blazing fireballs. With one sweeping motion, Godzilla obliterated dozens of warships.

Unlike the Elders, who could only fire in one direction, Godzilla’s atomic breath traced lines across the battlefield. He could move, aim, and fire all at once.

The Collector’s eyes widened in disbelief.

"This monster... it’s almost like one of the Celestials..."

Under Godzilla’s devastating beam, Thanos’ warriors panicked.

"What is this monster?!"

"Its mouth—it shoots lasers! Its mouth can shoot lasers!"

"Run! Stay away from it!"

"Don’t run—kill it!"

The chaos spread instantly. Thanos’ expanded legions lacked the discipline to act as one. So fled in fear, while others recklessly charged straight at the beast.

But did Godzilla fear them?

"Rooooooaaaaaaaaaaar!!!"

His roar shook the void as he increased the burn rate of the "black hole" reactor within his body. Then he hurled himself at the enemy warships.

The Collector gawked.

A six-hundred-ter Godzilla ramming directly into thousand-ter battleships? So of them were even over two thousand ters long. Could that possibly work?

The answer was imdiate.

With terrifying force, Godzilla slamd into them head-on. Every warship that ca into contact with him shattered and exploded. One by one, like dominoes, the ships fell.

Boom!!!

Every collision ended the sa way—the warships burst apart, while Godzilla tore through them without slowing.

He rampaged across the battlefield like a monstrous living battering ram, smashing through lines as if formations ant nothing. After each impact, he would pause briefly, only to unleash another stream of blazing atomic breath that cut through whatever ships were left standing.

The battlefield shifted instantly. Thanos’ formations collapsed completely. With soldiers scattering—so fleeing, others charging—the legion descended into total disarray.

The Collector could only stare, dumbfounded.

The battlefield... could it really be fought like this?

One Godzilla was tearing through three entire legions of Thanos’ army. If they didn’t have a counterasure, Thanos’ forces were destined for defeat.

Of course, they had one.

Seeing the devastation, Corvus Glaive and Proxima Midnight imdiately contacted Thanos.

"Lord Thanos, allow us to deal with that monster."

Thanos granted their request.
