Prague Playground

The Fire Elental, composed of pure energy, roared as flas surged from its massive body, engulfing the dimly lit urban area. The scorching heat distorted the air, and waves of fire churned violently, threatening to consu everything in their path.

Yet, in the midst of this inferno, an anomaly stood out—a ten-ter-long frozen wall, its surface glistening with frost. The bitter cold radiating from it slowly consud the raging heat wave, creating a sharp contrast between fire and ice.

"Shit..."

Mysterio—Quentin Beck—felt a chill crawl up his spine, and it wasn't from the ice. There was a powerful magician at the scene, and worse, Scarlet Witch was on her way.

He kicked a loose stone in frustration.

Another plan falling apart.

The Fire Elental was ant to be the grand finale of his elaborate illusion—a perfectly orchestrated disaster for him to "save" the world from, catapulting his fa to new heights. He had planned for this fight to be the final stepping stone before executing his ultimate act.

After this, the world would have accepted him as the new face of heroism—the next Iron Man.

But now? Now it was all slipping away.

"Quentin, don't worry," Wilhelm's voice buzzed through his earpiece. "The London script will still secure your legacy."

Mysterio exhaled sharply, forcing himself to focus. "Wilhelm, take the Fire Elental offline."

There was no salvaging this situation. If Wanda arrived, she'd see through the illusion in an instant. Stark's tech was advanced, but it couldn't outmatch her telepathic abilities.

The mont he gave the order—

BOOM!

The Fire Elental let out an ear-piercing roar, its maw widening into a swirling vortex, pulling everything nearby into its core.

The ground trembled as debris—gravel, tal shards, even entire street signs—was sucked into the blazing cyclone.

"Mystery! It's changing again!"

Swinging through the air, Spider-Man—Peter Parker—watched in shock as the creature grew more powerful. The suction pulled him forward, snapping the webbing he had latched onto the wall.

"Oh no—"

Before he could react, the sudden force yanked him downward.

"I'm gonna fall!"

In desperation, Peter shot another web, but the unseen force tore it apart mid-air.

He plumted.

anwhile, the Fire Elental's power surged to dangerous levels. Flas spread wildly, setting patches of grass ablaze, their orange glow illuminating the ruined Prague playground.

"Shadow! Use your ice abilities!"

Mysterio's voice cut through the chaos. "Your powers can counteract it!"

Hovering above, Finn—his ally in this performance—sighed. Even now, Mysterio never broke character. A true actor.

No wonder he had bided his ti in Stark Industries for years before making his move.

Finn's hands glowed white, and the towering ice wall lted, transforming into a swirling mass of water. It coiled like a serpent before surging toward the Fire Elental, encasing it in a massive, spinning sphere.

Then—

WHOOSH!

In a blink, the Fire Elental was gone.

"Wait, what?"

Through the faint remnants of the illusion, Finn caught sight of several drones retreating into the city. Mysterio was covering his tracks, wiping out the evidence before anyone could inspect it too closely.

Only a few drones remained, circling overhead.

Peter pulled himself off the ground, groaning. He looked around at the scorched playground, the sll of burnt stone filling the air. The flas were gone. The darkness had returned.

"Is it over?"

Mysterio landed with calculated ease, his helt retracting. He forced a complicated expression onto his face, carefully balancing relief and humility.

"It's over," he confird. "Your friend helped us."

Peter turned to Finn, eyes wide with admiration.

"The Elentals seed so powerful before," Finn muttered. "But they weren't that strong after all."

"No, no, no—you're just incredible, Shadow!" Peter babbled, launching into his usual rapid-fire enthusiasm. "That was insane! You completely destroyed a threat from the multiverse in one move! I an, I was skeptical at first, but this is real, right? Like, a real multiversal invasion! And you just—"

"Stop, stop," Finn interrupted, waving a hand. "You talk way too much."

Then he turned to Mysterio.

"Are you nervous?"

Mysterio stiffened.

"No..."

Before he could say more, Finn clapped a hand on his shoulder like an elder brother offering reassurance.

"Don't be nervous," Finn said with a smirk. "I know I'm strong. The Shadowkhan is a rising hero group, after all. But you're not bad yourself."

Mysterio nearly shattered his own teeth from clenching his jaw too hard.

It should have been his mont.

His na in the headlines.

His heroism immortalized.

But instead, here stood this outsider, basking in the glory that was ant for Mysterio alone.

And yet—

"Quentin," Wilhelm's voice ca through again, "he hasn't exposed you. He doesn't seem to suspect a thing."

Mysterio's breath hitched.

Was it true?

Maybe his deception was still intact after all.

Then—

A new presence erged on the horizon.

Under the pale moonlight, she descended—elegant, ethereal, and utterly formidable.

A scarlet windbreaker billowed around her fra, its deep red contrasting with the cold, almost porcelain-white hue of her skin.

Her crimson eyes glowed with eerie intensity, like embers in the night.

A queen of the frozen age.

A witch of unparalleled power.

"Wanda."

Peter practically bounced in excitent.

Finn, however, inhaled sharply.

Why had he never noticed how breathtaking Wanda Maximoff was? The way the moonlight played across her features, the way she carried herself with effortless grace—

It was srizing.

In a single, fluid motion, Wanda landed before them, her boots touching the cracked pavent with barely a sound.

The mont she arrived, her glowing gaze locked onto Finn.

"You," she said coolly.

Her voice was calm.

But the undercurrent of power in her words was impossible to miss.

"Who are you?"
