Killer quickly rushed forward to hold Kid back, preventing him from actually starting a fight.

Sanji calmly took a drag of his cigarette, saying the harshest threat in the calst voice.
"Ugh…!!"
Kid still looked annoyed, like a bristling porcupine ready to explode.
"May I say sothing?"
At that mont, a quiet voice ca from nearby.
Everyone instantly turned to look. Standing there was a very tall man dressed in black and white, resembling a panda.
"Warlord of the Sea – Bartholow Kuma!"
Robin and Law shouted his na simultaneously.
Everyone else stared in shock.
"EEEEEEHHHH!!"
"He's the one from Thriller Bark!"
Usopp fell back in fear upon seeing him.
"Is he here to finish us off?!"
Sanji imdiately stepped forward to stand in front.
"Don't think we're the sa as before!"
Zoro drew his Zanpakuto and released Shikai, fusing Ashura with his other three swords, forming an entirely new set of three blades.
The strength Kuma showed on Thriller Bark was still fresh in his mind.
They had been completely powerless against him.
In the end, they only survived by accepting his conditions, a humiliation Zoro never forgot.
He always vowed that one day, he'd reclaim his pride.
Now that Kuma appeared again, he wasn't going to let it go!
Not only was he at full strength now, he was far stronger than back then.
Sensing her master's fighting spirit, Horest stood beside Zoro.
"Should I forge an artifact for you now?"

Zoro refused without hesitation.

Everyone looked confused upon hearing this.
"The Sabaody Archipelago has no safe ground left because of the tsunami. This is the only place that's stable. I want to send all the survivors here. Is that okay?"
Kuma stated his request.
He had co to the Straw Hats specifically to save people.
"Huh? You want to save people?!"
Everyone was dumbfounded.
Wasn't this guy called a tyrant? Wasn't he a pirate? A Warlord?
Why would he care about saving people?
"I don't have ti to explain in detail. I just hope you'll help. If we delay any longer, many people will die."
Kuma pleaded again.
"Hey hey, you're a pirate, and you're coming in here with moral high ground? How are we supposed to respond to that?"
Franky scratched his head in confusion. Why was Kuma so passionate about saving people?
"And besides, last ti you tried to kill us! How are we supposed to trust you?! What if you suddenly attack us again?!"
Usopp shouted, pointing at him angrily.
The terror of that ti was still fresh in his mind.
"Can't be reasoned with, huh… In that case, I'm sorry, but I'll have to subdue you first."
Kuma sighed helplessly and began raising his hands.
Seeing this, everyone tensed up, preparing for battle.
"Wait!"
At that mont, Luffy suddenly stepped forward to stop them.
"Okay, I agree."
He looked at Kuma with pure sincerity.
"EEEEEEHHHH!!"
Kid and Law both shouted in shock.
Only the Straw Hats sighed, unsurprised.
"Wait, Straw Hat! You really trust a Warlord?! He's with the governnt, the enemy of pirates!"
Law shouted, pointing out the obvious problem.
"Yeah, I know."
Luffy nodded without hesitation.
"Then why are you cooperating with a Warlord?!"
Kid demanded.
"It's fine. This is my first ti eting this guy, and he did hurt my friends last ti…"
Luffy smiled at Kuma.
"But I can feel he's telling the truth. He's different from Moria or Crocodile."
"Straw Hat…"
Kuma seed surprised by Luffy's words.
"I'll make this place bigger to help you save people."
Luffy said, touching his Green Lantern ring.
"But don't think you can try anything. If you do, I won't forgive you!"
His eyes turned sharp, glaring fearlessly at Kuma.
"Don't worry. I only want to save people. I won't do anything else."
Kuma smiled and nodded.
"Then how will you do it? There are so many people. How will you save them?"
Zoro asked.
"It's simple."
Kuma finished speaking and then slapped himself with his paw, instantly vanishing.
"Eh?! He disappeared! That's so cool!"
Luffy shouted in amazent.
"That's Bartholow Kuma's Paw-Paw Fruit power. He can repel anything."
Law explained, surprised.
"Straw Hat… I hope you won't regret this."
Law glared at Luffy.
"Relax. If he betrays us, we just fight him."
Luffy replied as he raised his Green Lantern ring, expanding their disk several tis its original size.
BANG!
In the next second, several people were sent flying onto the platform.
Everyone turned in shock.
"Ouch… cough cough!!"
"Are we saved?!"
It was a pink-haired woman with several n, clearly a pirate crew.
"The Bonney Pirates… Jewelry Bonney?"
Law recognized her instantly.
"Huh? Where am I? What is this place?!"
Bonney looked around in shock, completely confused.
"I know you have questions, but right now, this is the safest place. Kuma sent you here."
Usopp explained calmly.
"Wait! You said Kuma?! Really him?!"
Upon hearing that na, Bonney imdiately grabbed Usopp's shoulders, shaking him violently.
