[Although Clark possesses incredible powers, if he cos into contact with a stone imbued with the energy of his ho planet—Kryptonite—he will instantly lose all his abilities.]

[The reason is that Clark has fully adapted to Earth's environnt and cannot readapt to Krypton's. The conflict between the two environnts is what causes this reaction.]

[Kryptonite not only strips Kryptonians of their powers but also severely weakens them.]

After hearing the explanation from the screen, Clark finally showed a look of realization.

In contrast, Bruce Wayne's expression darkened.

After years of fighting cri, he had seen too many good people with power turn into villains.

So even though they had ford the Justice League and fought together to protect the world, Bruce still couldn't fully trust Clark and the others.

He was always worried that one day they might be brainwashed or corrupted, turning into their most dangerous enemies.

That's why Bruce had never wanted Clark to overco his weakness.

As long as Clark still had a weakness, there would be a way to counter him if he ever lost control.

But now… it was too late to say anything.

"So Bruce, what's your reward?"

Barry asked curiously, wondering what the so-called Mystic Eyes of Death Perception were.

[Everything in existence—whether life, objects, or energy—has an inherent endpoint, like life ending in death, objects breaking down, and energy depleting.]

[Lines represent the "paths along which an object is easily severed or destroyed," and points represent the "concept of death" itself. Death lines can be seen naturally, while death points require intense focus and concentration. No matter how hard a material is, the lines can be cut without resistance. Even if the object is still active, the parts along the death lines will beco dead, unable to regenerate.]

[For example, cutting the death line on soone's wrist will permanently disable the hand—there's no recovery.]

[Death points, however, require much greater ntal effort to see. Striking a death point doesn't just kill—it sends the target straight to their inevitable end.]

[However, note that the Mystic Eyes cannot see the lines of objects that lack a concept of death. Forcing the ability on such targets will damage the user's own brain.]

[Additionally, to master the Mystic Eyes, one must understand death. So concepts of death are beyond common sense, requiring vast amounts of effort, knowledge, and imagination to grasp. This can lead to ntal overload and even brain damage.]

[It's not enough to simply see death lines—one must physically touch them to destroy them. If the opponent is too fast, there's a risk of not being able to touch the lines at all.]

After hearing the explanation, Bruce Wayne understood the power of the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception.

He couldn't help but activate the ability, scanning the area around him.

In an instant, countless lines appeared before his eyes, densely packed across everything.

"So these are the death lines…"

Bruce murmured in surprise. Then he focused on a rock, saw its death lines, and threw a Batarang to slice through one—shattering the rock instantly.

"Whoa! That's your new ability?!"

Barry shouted in amazent.

"That's insanely overpowered! You don't even need to fight directly—you can just destroy your opponent!"

"Not necessarily. Don't forget, if the opponent moves fast enough, you won't be able to touch the lines."

Diana reminded them.

Hearing this, Bruce glanced at both Diana and Clark.

Thankfully, both of them also had visible death lines.

That ant if they ever lost control, he could take them down.

Still, it didn't give him complete peace of mind.

The problem was… could he touch them in ti?

"But what does a higher level of death an? Isn't death just death? And what kind of things don't have death?"

Arthur asked in confusion.

"I think it refers to higher-level beings. So things aren't sothing humans can kill with normal thods."

Diana, who had defeated many monsters, spoke with authority.

"As for things that can't be killed… maybe gods? Or certain SCPs?"

Diana mused.

Hearing this, Bruce imdiately looked at the shrunken Siren Head in his hand.

He tried to use the Mystic Eyes on it—he could see a death line on its head, but there were no death points at all.

No matter how much he focused, he couldn't find a death point.

Then he tried to imagine Siren Head's death…

Suddenly, an intense, searing pain exploded in his brain.

"Arghhhh!!"

Bruce clutched his head, shutting his eyes tight and deactivating the Mystic Eyes.

It felt like his brain was on fire—an unbearable pain.

"Bruce!"

The others rushed over to help him, checking on his condition.

"I'm fine. Looks like what the screen said was true—trying to perceive higher-level death can hurt you."

This firsthand experience left a deep impression on Bruce.

For a mont, it felt like his brain was about to shut down entirely.

"What kind of monster is this thing… so terrifying."

Bruce muttered in disbelief as he looked at Siren Head, then handed it to Clark.

Beep beep beep!

Just then, Bruce's communicator crackled to life—Alfred was contacting him.

"Master Bruce, the Mimic Beasts and Humanoid Creatures have appeared in Gotham in large numbers. So gangs are even trying to capture them."

Bruce's face instantly darkened upon hearing this.

"I'm heading back now."

He quickly stood up and handed the Siren Head to Clark.

"I need to go handle things in Gotham. Diana, go check Central City's underground—see if you can find the Balrog and the King of the Snowy Mountains. If so, try to throw them into the Blood Pool."

Bruce gritted his teeth and issued instructions despite the pain.

"No problem. But are you sure you're okay? Do you need to go back with you?"

Diana asked, concerned for Bruce's condition.

"I'm fine. Gotham is my responsibility."

Bruce replied firmly, but as he took a few steps toward the Mirror World, he collapsed.

Thankfully, Clark caught him just in ti.

"Don't push yourself too hard. Let help you—at least have soone assist you. Like ."

Clark insisted, handing the Siren Head to Barry.

"I'll take him back to Gotham."

Without waiting for Bruce to protest, Clark flew off toward Gotham with him.

Diana simply smiled and headed off to Central City.

Barry also quickly went to the Blood Pool.

Which left Arthur standing there alone… unsure of what to do next.
