Normacus is here.

Normacus is dead.

As the antagonist in the second Blade Warrior movie, Normacus t his end before the plot even began, thanks to Hawk’s interference.

Normacus is dead beyond death, with no chance of resurrection.

Hawk glanced indifferently at the headless corpse lying on the floor.

The next second.

The Phoenix Beam suddenly appeared, with a boom, and accompanied by a flash of golden light, the floor was cleaned spotless.

No blood, no body to be seen.

Hawk then withdrew his gaze, glanced at Whistler, who seed weak and needed Blade Warrior’s support, and spoke calmly: "You can go back and rest, Mr. Whistler."

Upon hearing this, Whistler looked at Hawk.

Just as he was about to say sothing, Blade Warrior had already moved and was supporting Whistler towards the bed in the warehouse.

Hawk then released the three vampires, including the Female Vampire Nasha.

"Sit."

"Thank you."

Feeling she could move again, Nasha was first delighted, quickly thanked Hawk, and then signaled to the other two vampires.

The other two vampires understood and thanked Hawk.

Hawk chuckled.

"Yes, he’s right here with ."

"I don’t know what he ca for."

"He started killing as soon as he arrived."

"Uh..."

"This."

"Alright."

Hawk closed his eyes slightly, listening to the Blade Warrior who was reporting to Sharon on the phone after settling Whistler on the bed, his lips curling slightly.

Did he really think he wanted to co here?

At this mont, he should be at ho, hugging his soft and fragrant fiancée in bed, rather than standing in this draughty warehouse, drinking the northwest wind.

Damn.

What Yahweh.

Playing the dark paths instead of the bright roads.

Ti ticked by.

Soon.

The wind roared.

Hawk opened his eyes and looked outside the warehouse.

In sight.

Reinhardt, the Blood Pack Squad captain sent out to capture soone to exchange, was now holding Bruce Jerry’s belt in one hand and carrying Andor Yager on his shoulder, as if sothing was chasing him, thumping into the warehouse without any attempt to hide.

At that mont.

A familiar sound of sothing breaking through the air was heard.

Hawk’s sword-like brows furrowed, he flashed, catching the spider silk about to shoot at Reinhardt’s back, then followed the silk to look at the approaching Spider Spirit from afar.

Eyes t.

"Ha, Hawk."

"Hello, are you working the night shift again, does your wife know?"

"No, no, I’m just out to buy diapers, I thought... you’re busy?"

"Yes, want to co down and watch the excitent?"

"...No, I’m heading back, I urgently need them."

"Alright!"

Hawk smiled and greeted the Spider Spirit, watching it turn and leave before turning back into the warehouse.

By this ti, Reinhardt had already thrown the unconscious Bruce and Andor, two vampires, onto the floor.

"I brought back the ones you wanted, now it’s your turn, let take my people and leave."

"Alright!"

Hawk nodded.

He wasn’t so bloodthirsty thug.

He could certainly promise to be true to his word.

Since Reinhardt brought back Bruce and Andor as agreed, he would also let them leave as promised.

After all...

Neither Reinhardt nor Female Vampire Nasha left him any excuse to keep them here.

At this mont, Female Vampire Nasha and the other two vampires quickly ran to captain Reinhardt’s side, informing him that the King of Reapers Normacus and his Harvesters had all been eliminated.

Reinhardt thought Nasha was joking and laughed aloud.

Then—

He looked at his vice-captain’s serious nodding, then at Nasha nodding again, and then instinctively glanced at the Blade Warrior walking out from the depths of the warehouse.

"Normacus..."

"Dead."

The Blade Warrior, still wearing sunglasses at night, said coolly, pointing to the spot where Normacus had vanished: "Died right here."

Reinhardt believed him.

The next second.

Gulp!

Reinhardt swallowed, looking at Hawk.

In sight.

"Phoenix Beam!"

"Buzz!"

"Boom!"

The unconscious Bruce and Andor died instantly, their souls were taken by the Netherworld.

The next second.

Their souls, along with Normacus, were thrown into the Torrential Rain Nether Prison.

Let them die twenty more tis first.

Hawk thought, ready to leave.

But just as he was leaving, he rembered sothing, looked at Reinhardt who was also approaching him, and said calmly: "All the vampires in Kovennus Castle have been eliminated by , are you planning to avenge Kovinus?"

As soon as these words were spoken.

Reinhardt’s expression changed dramatically.

"What?"

The Female Vampire Nasha’s expression also shifted, but she quickly recovered, looking at Hawk: "No, we’re just employees of Mr. Kovinus, and we’re grateful he’s set us free."

Hawk listened to the Female Vampire Nasha’s response, looking at Nasha, who didn’t seem to be lying, he chuckled and glanced at Blade standing to the side: "This Female Vampire isn’t bad, do a favor and don’t kill her."

With that said.

He didn’t linger any longer and turned to disappear into Blade’s warehouse, and at that mont, his mind descended into his second Nether Prison.

In the endless acid rain.

The originally solo heart-wrenching cries of Normacus had, with the addition of Bruce Jerry and Andor Yager, beco a trio.

Their screams escalated, each louder than the last.

Their wails of agony grew even more tragic each ti.

With a thought, Hawk transferred the now valueless Normacus elsewhere to continue his punishnt, and temporarily suspended Bruce and Andor’s tornt.

The acid rain ceased.

But the souls of Bruce and Andor, already scorched and pockmarked, trembled all over, their souls pale and ghostly, as if another baptism of acid rain would revive them anew.

Hawk’s figure appeared in their sight.

Their six eyes t.

Hawk, hands in pockets, expression calm: "Let introduce myself, Hawk Phoenix, or Hawk Chloe, so, you should know why I’m here."

Bruce and Andor’s hearts sank instantly when Hawk introduced himself.

But they said nothing.

Hawk chuckled: "Don’t want to talk? That’s alright. Whenever you’re ready to talk, call for ."

With that.

The acid rain fell again.

The screams and wails began anew.

Hawk’s mind left the Netherworld, and upon opening his eyes, he looked at Sharon, then glanced at Gwen, a bit curious.

"Where’s George?"

"He went back."

Gwen said, bringing the topic back.

"How’s it going?"

"Hasn’t spoken yet, but soon."

Once in his Nether Prison, there’s no soul that can remain silent.

Alexander Pierce is an exception.

As always.

Apart from allegiance, Alexander Pierce indeed had the cunning and the power, and he accepted defeat gracefully.

So Hawk was willing to give Alexander Pierce a slightly more dignified punishnt.

Roaming in the endless blizzard, even if it ant dying, it was a dignified death by freezing, better than being consud by fire leaving not even ashes, better than an acid rain-mutated soul with not a patch of good skin, and better than being ground to death by a millstone.

But did Bruce and Andor deserve this?

They did not deserve it.

Just as he had stepped out, Bruce and Andor scread their willingness to confess everything.

Hawk couldn’t care less.

At least not right now.

Hawk thought to himself, looking at Sharon.

"Is the autopsy report out?"

"Not yet..."

"Sir, the report is out."

Just as Sharon was speaking, the assistant ran up from afar, handing the freshly printed report to Sharon.

Sharon glanced at it, then looked up at Hawk.

"Doesn’t match you."

"Hiss!"

Gwen took a sharp breath: "Where did they get the body from, my dad didn’t even notice the mismatch?"

Sharon said: "Andrew Chloe’s photo was replaced from the inside out, after all, before ’98, most of the police records were still paper, easily replaceable."

In fact, when the body was transferred from the Twenty-First District, Sharon had felt that the corpse wasn’t Andrew Chloe.

The reason was simple.

That body didn’t bear even a trace of Hawk’s shadow.

Actually, if George had known about Hawk and Andrew Chloe’s relationship early on, he would have noticed sothing amiss right away.

"Whose body is it then?"

"An unknown person."

Sharon shrugged: "But his height and build match Andrew Chloe closely, likely an illegal immigrant from a third country."

In New York City, an average of 2.3 holess people disappear daily.

It’s nothing surprising.

After all, once you’ve chosen to hide in New York City, you must bear the cost of that choice.

Back on track.

After confirming that the corpse wasn’t Andrew Chloe’s, the question returned to the original one for Gwen.

"What do they want with Mr. Chloe’s body?"

"..."

eting Gwen’s gaze, Hawk smiled and prepared to return to the Netherworld to interrogate Bruce and Andor.

The two, who had been left to die five tis over, were hoarse from pleading.

So!

"Snap!"

The acid rain ceased.

Hawk reappeared in front of Bruce and Andor, who were now akin to rag dolls.

"Last chance."

"That year, that day, what exactly happened."

"Tell , and I’ll move you to a different place."

"If you can’t, or I find sothing’s off."

"You’ll stay here for eternity."

"..."
