Dodging to the side, Chamber swiftly evaded the enormous tentacle threatening to squash him to death.
However his senses soon went haywire again and before he could react, another two large tentacles appeared on both of his sides.
Although his senses has warned him, Trihexa’s incredible speed despite being larger than a planet made his body unable to react fast enough.
Splat!
The two tentacles smashed against each other with him in the middle, causing a splash of blood and flesh around the space.
However just as Trihexa was about to release a howl of victory, the person that it just squashed to death suddenly flew down from nowhere, facing it with a smirk on his face.
“Trihexa, I’ve co to bargain.” Chamber grinned as he crossed his arms.
Just as Chamber was about to initiate the fight again, a purple beam descended from Trihexa’s large mouth, pulverizing everything in its path even though there’s nothing to pulverize in the area.
Chamber quickly cast a Shield of the Seraphim spell to block the energy of destruction heading his way.
Unfortunately, Chamber underestimated the power of the beam and as a result, saw himself being turned into nothingness in re seconds, the shield not even managing to slow down the beam.
Trihexa, once again seeing itself being victorious against its opponent, was about to cheer when the sa exact scene as before happened again.
Chamber, with his ever glowing pocket watch hanging on his neck and his loose orange robe fluttering against his descent.
“Trihexa, I’ve co to bargain.” Chamber said and this ti, his face bore a serious look.
He wasn’t expecting Trihexa’s attack to be able to pierce through the Shield of the Seraphim spell and kill him in a single second.
Like people used to say. Don’t underestimate your enemy.
In his case however, he didn’t underestimate Trihexa, its strength is just too strong that it can’t be estimated.
“Alright, you beast. I know I’m supposed to buy ti but what you just did is pretty painfu-.” Pointing my finger at the huge beast, my words were interrupted when a large and grosteque spear large enough to pierce a mountain suddenly protruded from a random part of his enormous body before attempting to penetrate my body.
Thankfully, my sharp senses combined with my Longinus’s passive ability, Ti Sense, I was able to reach fast enough to dash to the side, successfully evading the spear.
‘That was close!’ I whispered in shock under my breath, sweat accumulating on my forehead.
As if that wasn’t enough, Trihexa doesn’t want to give a breather and instead, ten more sa spears protruded from several parts of his body before hurling them towards through so unknown force.
For so unknown reason, this being knows when exactly to attack and where.
Does this beast possess so sort of intelligence?
If it does, maybe communication is possible? Like convincing it to keep calm and carry on or so shit.
Once again, I dodged the spears it threw at before speaking.
“Hello. Can you understand m-.” Before I could even finish my words, Trihexa roared again and lashes out its tentacles towards .
I quickly flew back and forth, desperately dodging hundreds of large tentacles before perishing a few monts later, squashed to death from it.
For countless tis, I kept dying over and over again, to the point that pain beca non-existent. As if I can’t feel anything anymore. My sense of touch becoming null.
It feels weird and at the sa ti, I feel happy.
Because I no longer have to endure the gritting pain when fighting against this monstrosity.
“Hahaha! Co on! Fight !” Spreading my arms away, I grinned as two spears pierced through my chest, blood dripping from my mouth.
I ignored it. Why wouldn’t I? I can’t feel it anyway.
The beast, on the other hand, doesn’t look like it endured any injuries, as a matter of fact, Trihexa looks like it was enjoying itself!
The sound it’s making from ti to ti sounds sothing akin to an evil villain cackling.
What’s with this creature?
“What are you waiting for? Kill !” I grinned further as I raised a middle finger towards the being.
My confidence in my Longinus’s Loop ability soaring higher than ever.
Trihexa, as if sensing my inte tion behind the middle finger, growled in anger before bending down, attempting to swallow whole.
Wow, that’s new.
I smiled as I let Trihexa’s face slowly descend towards , its wide mouth like a black hole, swallowing everything in its path.
And when I an by everything, I ant even the space itself.
Wait a second. This attack….is a bit weird.
I confusedly questioned myself as I stared at my trembling hand and my senses alerting frenzily.
This…
My eyes widened in surprise as I quickly conjured a portal that swallowed whole, teleporting a few light years away in the distance.
Although it sounds far, I can still see Trihexa’s body from this distance.
I stared at my hand that finally stopped trembling, I raised my head and looked straight into Trihexa’s six eyes, those blank yet deeply shallow eyes tells that the beast was surprised by dodging away.
Why wouldn’t it? These past few deaths of mine, I kept dying and dying over again without even trying to defend myself and dodge its attacks.
Then suddenly, for so reason, my senses and body warned that whatever that move that Trihexa was about to execute, is capable of killing despite being under the Loop skill.
I guess Loop wasn’t as invincible as I expected it to be. I should’ve known.
Right now, my reserves are still large enough, at least not around half yet, so I could still continue to buy God and Ajuka so ti to call whoever they deed necessary in sealing Trihexa.
However, once I see that being try to swallow again, I’ll avoid engaging against it again.
Teleporting back in front of Trihexa, there was no longer enjoynt in my face, instead, cautiousness replaced it.
I can’t afford to die any longer. Who knows when Trihexa can pull the sa move again but in a different way, which would catch off guard.
Trihexa was smarter than I thought.
It knew what I could do, so it decided to play with for a while, pretending to be incapable of breaking the Loop ability and kill .
Then once I let down my guard, it would strike with its killing move.
Well played, you beast. Well played.
ntally clapping for the Apocalypse Beast in my mind, I prepared myself for the worst.
In this kind of situations, I should drop my earlier enthusiasm and instead, finally take this seriously.
Using Mana Field, I expanded it to cover at least half of the Apocalypse Beast’s body before finally reaching my limits.
Next, I started casting hundreds upon hundreds of HellSpires spell, my own upgraded version of Demonic Bullets.
Trihexa’s six eyes looked around it, feeling the piercing power of the HellSpires around it.
“Oh? So you can feel danger? So that only ans you’re not totally unkillable. You’re just hard to kill!” Since the last few hours, I’ve been defending myself from Trihexa, it’s ti to switch sides.
With a swift thought command, the thousand HellSpires rained upon the huge body of Trihexa, each and every spinning bullet being able to put a scratch on its scales, with so successfully penetrating through the scales and then the flesh.
Splash!
My ears were t with th grueso yet satisfying sound of Trihexa’s flesh being burnt and pierced.
However, I can’t exactly go around jumping in victory.
Why?
Because despite being attacked by the HellSpires, Trihexa still found so space to use its tentacles to attack .
Hey hey hey! This isn’t on the script! You’re supposed to release a blood-curdling scream out of pain and start thrashing around!
Flying back, I used Chrono Shift to myself, dodging the tentacles with ease.
I’ve been holding back from using skills that consus large amounts of energy, hence why I’ve been dying several tis by Trihexa.
Chronos Shift, while overpowered, is like a tiny black hole swallowing a small bucket of water, consuming my energy so fast if I used it carelessly.
‘Now that I’ve committed to avoiding death, I’m now gonna need you more than ever, God.’ I prayed in my heart, knowing that I can only hold on for around 30 minutes before exhausting myself.
Using Loop, Chrono Shift, Mana Field, and HellSpires, was depleting my reserves at extre speeds. In no ti, I would have to either say good bye to my life or to the Dinsional Gap.
Thankfully, as if on cue, a flash of light appeared in front of my vision, welcoming four figures to the battlefield.
Trihexa stopped in its tracks and its six eyes stared at the arrival of the newcors.
First one I noticed is obviously God himself and guessing by his haggard expression, ‘convincing’ this person must’ve been very exhausting.
The second person was no doubt, Ajuka. And this man looks like he had just seen a ghost. I wonder what God made him experience out there?
The next two figures on their right looks quite a bit unfamiliar to .
One is an old man with a long white hair covered by a tall hat, wearing a monocle and a long golden spear on his left hand.
Seeing this appearance, I had an assumption of who this might be.
If I’m not wrong, only one person have this kind of unique appearance.
The Norse King of Gods, Odin Borson!
The other one, on Odin’s right was an unknown variable.
Not only was this figure glowing in a goldish hue, he’s also sitting on a ditative position, his long elongated ears is quite distinctive along with his unique clothing.
Wearing a single white cloth that is wrapped around his body exposing no skin except for his right arm.
Although he looks familiar to , but I still can’t comprehend who this guy is. Is he a new god or sothing?
Then, as if sensing my stare on him, the golden man smiled warmly, his smile was so warm that I felt like this man is the kindest man in the entire world.
“Good evening, Chamber. I see you’ve kept the beast busy. I’d like to express my gratitude for your sacrifice. Please allow to introduce myself.” Then the man floated towards , still in his ditative sitting position.
As for Trihexa? The stupid beast was just standing there, watching and waiting for us to finish our interaction. His actions reminds of the infamous villains from movies and films.
“My na is Siddhartha Gautama, or you may call Buddha, whichever you want to refer to .”
