[The 3rd generation Spider-Man quickly ran back to the second floor of the hotel and imdiately encountered Ned, who was wearing his bathrobe and looked visibly shaken.]
[As soon as Ned spotted Spider-Man, he imdiately rushed over with relief, "Peter! Oh my God! We almost died up there on that Ferris wheel!"]
["Hey! It's okay! Everything's fine now!" Spider-Man embraced his best friend reassuringly.]
["I've got good news! My superhero mission is completely over!"]
[Unexpectedly, Ned delivered devastating news instead, "Dude! The entire school trip is over!"]
[Spider-Man was absolutely shocked: "What?!!"]
[Ned explained with disappointnt, "Everywhere we go, there are monsters attacking! Of course all the parents want us to co back ho imdiately!"]
[At that mont, Mr. Harrington erged from the back hallway while frantically answering his phone.]
["Please don't put on hold for the flight transfer!" When he spotted Spider-Man, he imdiately rushed over and hugged him with enormous relief.]
["Oh! Peter! Thank God you're not dead!!! Oh! My goodness! Excellent! Stay right here and don't wander off anywhere!"]
[Before hurrying away to handle the crisis, he pointed at Ned, who was still wearing only his bathrobe, and ordered, "Put on so proper clothes! I'm trying to book ergency flights ho!"]
[Teacher Dell passed by the chaotic scene and said pessimistically to the two students: "We ca here to celebrate science and learning, but we're being forced to retreat by what feels like supernatural witchcraft! Welco to the new dark age of ignorance!"]
[Seeing their frantic and hurried behavior, Spider-Man turned to look at Ned with confusion, "What exactly is going on here, buddy?"]
["We're all flying back early tomorrow morning!"]
["NO! NO! NO! All the Elentals have been completely destroyed! There's no more danger!"]
[Ned was about to respond when Betty suddenly popped her head out of her room and called sweetly, "Ned!"]
[Ned imdiately walked over attentively, "Here I co, sweetheart!"]
[Spider-Man had just witnessed this display of romance when Flash opened his door and said irritably, "Hey! Can you guys keep your voices down? I'm in the middle of a live stream for my followers!"]
["Yeah, sorry!" Spider-Man sighed with frustration. At that mont, the room next to Flash's opened and MJ erged, still wearing her elegant floral dress from the evening.]
["Hey!"]
[Spider-Man heard her voice and imdiately turned around to respond.]
[MJ looked at him with genuine curiosity, "Where have you been all this ti?"]
["(⊙o⊙)... I got lost exploring the city!" Spider-Man quickly improvised an excuse.]
["Everyone was really worried about you! I'm glad you made it back safely!"]
["Yeah!" Feeling genuinely touched that she had been concerned about him, Spider-Man subconsciously tightened the straps of his backpack.]
["It's such a sha that our planned trip to Paris is completely ruined!"]
["Yeah, so much fun lost!"]
[MJ looked at him with what seed like slight discomfort, said "good night" politely, and began to close her door.]
[Spider-Man hadn't even finished saying "You look absolutely beautiful tonight..." before the door had already shut completely.]
[Looking at the firmly closed door, he closed his eyes and took a deep breath. After ntally preparing himself and gathering his courage, he walked directly forward with the intention of knocking.]
[Just then MJ unexpectedly opened the door again and was startled to see him standing right there. Both of them felt genuinely awkward at the coincidence.]
[Spider-Man mustered up all his courage to speak: "Well... I really don't want our European adventure to end so abruptly! I want to do sothing fun and spontaneous! Sothing that's definitely not written on any official itinerary! And certainly not sothing that involves following Mr. Harrington around!"]
[MJ agreed without any hesitation whatsoever, "Yes!"]
[She had agreed so quickly that Spider-Man felt slightly off-balance, "Does 'Yes' an you actually want to co with ?"]
[MJ nodded again with certainty, "Yes!"]
["That's fantastic! et downstairs in ten minutes!"]
[But MJ countered with, "How about we et downstairs in five minutes instead?"]
[Spider-Man was pleasantly surprised by her enthusiasm, but nodded eagerly, "Five minutes sounds even better!"]
[The two said their temporary goodbyes and returned to their respective rooms to prepare.]
Tony covered his face with his hands, completely at a loss for words about what he was witnessing!
Captain Arica also shook his head in disbelief, "What on earth is going through the mind of a 16-year-old high school student at a ti like this?"
"He has absolutely no idea how catastrophic the mistake he just made really is!"
"A Spider-Man who only wants to pursue romance! This 3rd generation version is even more immature and irresponsible than the 1st generation was!"
"Couldn't he have done even basic research into Quentin Beck's background before handing over E.D.I.T.H.? If he had shown even that minimal level of caution, Beck would never have been able to continue his elaborate deception!"
Rhodes didn't even know where to begin with his complaints - there were simply too many problematic decisions to address!
At the sa ti, the 1st and 2nd generation Spider-n, who understood the weight of responsibility that ca with their powers, felt genuinely ashad by their younger counterpart's behavior. As fellow Peter Parkers, they couldn't comprehend why this version was so completely obsessed with romance at such a critical ti?
Even the 2nd generation Spider-Man hadn't been so utterly distracted by his feelings for Gwen!
The 1st generation Spider-Man had consistently prioritized his heroic duties over his love for Mary Jane, which resulted in him being late for her theater performances ti and ti again.
So they were completely baffled by what this Spider-Man was doing! He couldn't even distinguish the most basic priorities between personal desires and global security!
["Mysterio and Night Monkey save Prague!"]
[The hotel television was broadcasting footage of Quentin Beck and Spider-Man fighting the massive Lava Giant, with Betty clearly visible on the endangered Ferris wheel, desperately shouting for help.]
[Spider-Man leaned casually against the edge of the hotel lobby, watching the grateful citizens praising their heroic rescue efforts, and couldn't help but smile with satisfaction.]
[MJ erged from the elevator wearing a practical coat and carrying a small backpack.]
[Spider-Man approached her with excitent, "So! Where would you like to go?"]
["Anywhere at all!"]
["Okay! Let's go explore!" Spider-Man couldn't contain his joy and was practically beaming with happiness.]
[The two walked together to a picturesque historic bridge, "I'm really glad to be out here with you!"]
[MJ smiled genuinely: "Yeah! too!"]
["It's wonderful to co out and really see this beautiful city!"]
["Did you know that this particular bridge used to be a place of public execution? They would put condemned prisoners in bamboo cages and sink them into the river below to drown them slowly!"]
[Then MJ suddenly realized that sharing such morbid historical facts wasn't particularly romantic, "Sorry! That was probably not the best conversation topic!"]
[Spider-Man shook his head with understanding, "It's completely okay!" He tentatively tried to hold MJ's hand, but as soon as their fingers touched, they both instinctively pulled back as if they'd been shocked by electricity.]
["There's sothing I've been thinking about for a really long ti and have always wanted to tell you!"]
[MJ walked closer to Spider-Man and turned to face him directly, "What is it?"]
["This is our last night in Europe together! I had been planning to tell you in Paris! But I'll tell you now instead!"]
[He reached into his trouser pocket and pulled out the delicate black dahlia necklace he had purchased in Venice, "MJ, I..."]
[MJ suddenly interrupted with a startling declaration: "You're Spider-Man!"]
[Spider-Man was completely stunned, "What?"]
["You want to tell that you're Spider-Man!"]
[Spider-Man quickly ca to his senses and shook his head in denial, "NO! I'm definitely not Spider-Man!"]
[But MJ certainly hadn't made such a wild accusation without evidence, "I've been carefully observing you for a long ti now! It's already completely obvious to !"]
[But Spider-Man would never admit to such a dangerous revelation, "I'm absolutely not Spider-Man!"]
