Bang! The first basketball exploded, startling everyone.

The man to the left of the first humanoid target recovered his senses, raised the long spear in his hands, and thrust it toward Wu Li.

Wu Li’s body continued to surge forward, smoothly retracting the spear he had thrust out, his left hand steady, his right hand twisting, the spear tip drew an arc downwards, blocking the opponent’s incoming spear, breaking the first line of defense.

Horizontal!

Wu Li kept charging forward, and after two steps, his spear beca like a dragon as he thrust again, this ti targeting the humanoid target on the right.

At the sa ti, two n behind the humanoid target almost simultaneously thrust their spears, one aiming at Wu Li’s head, the other at his waist.

Wu Li’s spear first fiercely plunged downwards, colliding with the incoming spear below, pressing it hard, then using the montum to flick upwards, deflecting the spear that was aid from above.

Upward drill and downward chop!

Crack! Crack! Two crisp sounds followed, and the two spear-wielding n felt their spear shafts shudder, a great force transmitted through their spears, causing them to lose grip on their weapons, which flew out of their hands.

Bang! The second humanoid target’s basketball head burst upon contact.

Wu Li did not stop his steps, rushing toward the third line of defense.

This ti, the interceptors learned their lesson; they did not hastily thrust their spears, but waited until Wu Li had burst the basketball on the humanoid target, then they horizontally thrust, aiming vertically at Wu Li’s body.

Wu Li did not use his spear to block this ti, instead, his body slightly dipped, then he leaped up, in a bow stance, bursting forward as if he truly rode a warhorse underneath him, in that instant unleashing a powerful burst of force, carrying Wu Li to dodge the enemy’s incoming spears.

Whoosh! Both trainees’ spears were a step behind, striking void.

At the fourth line of defense, before the two trainees could react, they saw Wu Li shoot toward them like a cannonball, bursting the fourth basketball atop the humanoid target, and then he left the two behind, too fast!

Cannon!

At the final defense line, two spears were placed horizontally in advance, the two trainees not intending to hit Wu Li but trying to sweep their spears horizontally toward him.

Wu Li’s spear struck out, its tip drawing an arc in the air and then plunging fiercely upwards.

Bang! Bang! The two horizontally intercepting spears were blown flying.

Beng!

In just a few seconds, Wu Li charged all the way, displaying all of Xingyi Fist’s techniques - drilling, chopping, bursting, and shooting with his spear technique.

With the final sound of explosion, the fifth humanoid target’s basketball was punctured.

Wu Li reached the end, then turned around, standing with his spear upright.

In less than ten seconds, he had charged over twenty ters, breaking through ten people’s defenses, bursting five basketballs in one breath, if those basketballs were heads, they would surely have been pierced through in one go!

In that mont, everyone looked at Wu Li holding his spear not far away, and the sa thought erged in their minds unbidden:

To take a general’s head from an army of thousands is as easy as reaching into a bag for sothing!

The scene was silent for a few seconds, then erupted into a massive shout and applause.

"Damn! Damn!"

"So freaking cool!"

"I want to learn that! I want to learn that!"

"Coach, I want to learn the Big Spear!"

The place was boiling over, all the trainees couldn’t wait to start learning the Big Spear from Wu Li.

Liu Yuanbo, still captivated, put away his phone and decided that tonight he would have to rewatch the video he had just fild.

"What I just demonstrated was the scene of using the Big Spear to charge through enemy ranks on ancient battlefields. Although it can’t compare to an actual battlefield, everyone should now have a rough conception and understanding of the technique," Wu Li said to the crowd.

"Don’t be impatient, everyone. Regarding the Xingyi Spear, Bo Yuan Martial Arts Hall will also offer specialized courses in the future. Even in the advanced classes, the Xingyi Spear will be essential content, so keep up the hard work," he added.

After Wu Li finished speaking, he gestured to Xu Chuan that he could take back the spear.

Xu Chuan walked over to Wu Li to retrieve the spear, his face showing an expression of admiration. Having studied Sandboxing from a young age and learned so Martial Arts routines, he knew that so of the techniques he used in Sandboxing actually ca from Traditional Martial Arts. However, he never truly understood Traditional Martial Arts until he ca to Bo Yuan Martial Arts Hall as a coach and started learning Xingyi Fist from Wu Li. Only then did he fully appreciate the charm of Traditional Martial Arts.

Out of 35 coaches, he was the fastest and best learner, and he had completely imrsed himself in it. He felt that this was what he genuinely loved!

Now, having witnessed Wu Li using the Xingyi Spear to simulate ancient battlefield charges, he couldn’t help but feel his blood boil with passion, entertaining the notion that "this is how a man ought to be."

"Wu sir, I..." Xu Chuan looked at Wu Li, hesitated, and then stopped. He really wanted to ask Wu Li so questions about Martial Arts, but he wasn’t sure if Wu Li had the ti right now.

Wu Li handed the spear to Xu Chuan with a smile, "Finish this class first, and then I have sothing to tell you."

"Okay!" Xu Chuan imdiately took the spear and ran off.

Thirty minutes later, after the class of ten students ended, they all took photos with Wu Li and even asked for autographs before reluctantly leaving.

"Xu Chuan, co here," Wu Li beckoned to him.

"Wu sir," Xu Chuan ran to Wu Li, "What is it?"

"After studying Xingyi Fist with for more than a month, how do you feel?" Wu Li asked.

"I want to keep learning from you!" Xu Chuan said without hesitation, "The more I practice, the more I realize how much I don’t know and how much more I need to learn. I really want to continue studying with you, Wu sir, for another month, no, three months, even a year would be fine!"

Wu Li let out a laugh. Before coming, he had asked Liu Yuanbo to look into Xu Chuan’s background, as accepting a disciple wasn’t as simple as hosting a dinner; character requirents were sotis even higher than talent.

When Wu Li had initially agreed to take Liu Yuanbo as a student, he hadn’t taken it very seriously, thinking it was just a whim. It was only after Liu Yuanbo showed his passion for Kung Fu and his personal character that Wu Li decided to teach him his Fist technique without reservations.

Now considering taking Xu Chuan as a disciple, Wu Li naturally wanted to understand him in advance.

Xu Chuan was sent to a Martial Arts School at a young age to study Sandboxing with the aim of becoming a professional athlete. However, his parents’ business encountered problems, falling into debt, which ant there was no money for Xu Chuan to continue attending the Martial Arts School, so he had to graduate early and beco a coach.

Liu Yuanbo had looked into Xu Chuan’s experiences from childhood to adulthood, discovering that he never caused trouble in school and was diligent and respectful in work, showing filial piety and always working hard to help his family repay their debts.

After learning about these details, Wu Li was quite satisfied with Xu Chuan and decided to approach him about discipleship.

"Since you love Xingyi Fist so much, would you be willing to continue learning it from ?" Wu Li looked at Xu Chuan and asked.

"Ah?" Xu Chuan was stunned, sowhat not comprehending what Wu Li ant.

"I’m asking if you would like to take as your Master!" Liu Yuanbo chid in with a smile, feeling that it was more appropriate for him to say so.

Xu Chuan incredulously looked up at Wu Li, his face filled with surprise, "Really? May I?"

Wu Li nodded with a smile.

"I’m willing! Of course, I’m willing!" Xu Chuan was ecstatic.

"Good," Wu Li said seriously, "From today on, you, Xu Chuan, are my disciple."

"I..." Xu Chuan was so excited that he was almost at a loss for words, wanting to clasp his fists as a salute but feeling it wasn’t enough to show respect to Wu Li. He tried to recall scenes from TV dramas, wondering if this was the mont he should kneel and perform the ritual of acknowledging a Master.

"That’s enough, there will be a ti when I will gather so colleagues and, in their presence, you and Liu Yuanbo can perform the formal rites of discipleship," Wu Li said with a smile.

Xu Chuan clasped his fists, "Yes, Master!"

Liu Yuanbo too smiled, "Rember to call ’Senior Brother’ from now on; I am the eldest among the disciples, after all!"
