Traditional festivals co with many traditional customs.

This is especially true for the celebration of the new year.

They have a family activity to clean the house before New Year’s Eve, cleaning up all the bad luck of the past year.

Chen Jinlin was busy until three in the afternoon. She was already dead tired from cleaning the kitchen and was leaning against the fridge with her eyes shut. After getting so rest, she massaged her waist and finally opened her eyes sluggishly after a while to see the two getting busy in the living room. She was mostly staring at Yan Cheng who was bent over with a rag and wiping the table legs, surprise in her eyes.

After observing them these few days, she really didn’t expect her sister to be so capable, to be able to subdue the infamous Young Master Yan who was known for being a playboy that ate up whatever flocked to his mouth to this point.

You could say that Yan Cheng was being led around by Chen Jinyao as free labor. The day quickly ca to an end and her grievances gradually overflow. She never expected that Yan Cheng could actually bury himself in work.

“…” Then, the gaze she cast at Chen Jinyao again was filled with adoration.

Whenever the Yan family was talking about Yan Cheng, they’ll start with “he’s not ho”, but now, Chen Jinlin saw with her own eyes that this man was no different than a shut-in. He was completely different from the rumors.

After cleaning up the area she was responsible for, she rested for a while to regain her energy. Chen Jinlin suddenly felt like chatting. There was a tall stool over at the bar so she went over and poured herself a glass of water. “Brother, I see you at ho every day. Don’t you have to settle things at the bar anymore?”

The Er Pavilion had just reopened a few days ago. After a change in their business model, business went on just as usual, if not better than before.

“Soone’s helping watch over the place.” Yan Cheng looked up. Hearing ntion of the Er Pavilion, a glimr seed to appear in his eyes. “I’m just the major shareholder for the Er Pavilion.”

So it wasn’t necessary for him to hang around there all day, living a decadent life and lowering himself to ddle with the trivial matters of urban n and won who were there to relieve stress.

Especially now that the Spring Festival was coming, he had to give himself a vacation.

In a sense, Yan Cheng is a hedonist.

Only

Of course, before that, he had to give himself the capital to allow himself to enjoy himself. There was a clear difference between his and Chen Jinyao’s philosophy in life. Chen Jinyao was more concerned about her self worth and was happy to work hard.

But he had no idea if it was because they had been together for a long ti, but Yan Cheng found himself gradually growing closer to Chen Jinyao in terms of lifestyle.

There was a mont of silence.

But it was still Yan Cheng who started the topic again.

He rembered saying previously when the Er Pavilion reopens, he would let Chen Jinyao go over to show off as the boss lady of the Er Pavilion.

As a bar, you couldn’t avoid the phenonon where won went up to guys and guys picked girls up. Yan Cheng was rich and handso so girls often stick to him front and back in hopes to fish up a good fish.

This is also the reason why Yan Cheng, who is now the boss, doesn’t visit the Er Pavilion often.

Yan Cheng straightened his body. He was answering Chen Jinlin in a topic brought up by the latter, but his deep eyes were looking straight at Chen Jinyao. Looking up, he said, “Do you wanna go? I can take you in a few days if you do.”
