"Hello, esteed Matron Briza. I think you can guess who I am." Although Lynch swaggered to the center of the audience room, he constantly reminded himself that he was still facing a Dark Elf Matron and couldn’t afford the slightest carelessness. To prevent Briza from suddenly attacking, he had already prepared a Lightning Spell, ready at any mont.

The expression on the drow woman’s face seed surprised, but in just a mont, that emotion completely disappeared behind a kind smile. Briza turned around, twisting her body and gracefully stepping towards Lynch, as if standing before her was not a dangerous mage, but just one of her many male consorts.

"Please stop there, Matron Briza," Lynch said, instinctively knowing that the woman before him was not easy to deal with. "After all, officially speaking, we are currently in an adversarial relationship, and a very intense one at that."

"No, I don’t think so." Briza’s voice drifted into Lynch’s ears, carrying a comforting ease, like a mother’s gentle pat lulling a young child into sweet slumber. "We can talk slowly. What do you think?"

"Stop your spells!" Lynch suddenly realized Briza’s intent. A Lightning Spell flew from his hand like an unchained beast, striking the Spider Goddess statue. The intense flash and the thunderous explosion imdiately resonated throughout the hall, and the shockwave swept through the room like a gale. Briza, not expecting the power of this spell, seed a bit unsteady in her stance. However, blown by the wind, Lynch found his mind extraordinarily clear. The part of the Spider Goddess statue hit by the spell imdiately turned to dust.

"Briza, I think I’ll just call you by your na," Lynch said. "My skin isn’t black, so I have no regard for your gods. As for the divine arts they granted you, I advise you not to try them on a second ti!" Lynch struck his magic wand heavily on the floor. "I doubt your body is sturdier than the Spider Goddess statue."

Briza glanced at the statue now with a hole blasted through it, wary of the lightning’s power. But she quickly regained her composure and said to the mage, "Naturally, I’m not so rigid. My body is incredibly flexible. If you have the chance, you could try it..." Briza twisted her waist again and took two steps closer. "I’m standing here, let you have a good look. Of course, you can perform a closer inspection, strong male."

"No need." Lynch pointed at his eyes. "In my eyes, cover or disguise is of no use." He gestured at the few corpses on the ground. "Do you have a lot of ti to engage in this ’discussion’ about the softness of bodies with ?"

"Male! Are you not afraid of the Dark Elf guards outside coming in?" Briza said, "You’re strong, but not beyond my ability to handle. Plus, with my army, you have no chance of victory." The drow woman imdiately displayed the dignity and toughness of a matron.

"Oh! I think so too." Lynch chuckled. Such threats were already within his expectations. "I indeed cannot deal with so many dark-skinned assassins, but do you know how I got in?" He moved a bit towards Briza. "Your chances of capturing are very low. Unless, and only if you can subdue in an instant, can you ensure I keep my mouth shut and the information I just heard stays sealed forever."

He pointed to the Spider Goddess statue. "And one more thing, since you yourself want to destroy this statue, naturally you can’t let your subordinates know. They must have received the order ’under no circumstances can you enter this room.’ Feel free to gather your people." Lynch smiled, "This way, our conversation can be quickly concluded. I too enjoy leisure."

Matron Briza’s expression finally beca completely solemn, with no trace of a smile remaining. "Mage, what do you want? You could have attacked quietly from behind just now but didn’t. You must have your reasons! Tell , what do you want?"
