Ti always silently slips away, this change is difficult to grasp, especially in this eternally dark underworld. It’s been almost a month since Lynch beca the Adviser Mage for the First Family.

During this ti, he has been searching for the whereabouts of the missing Angel. However, that little one seed to have vanished without a trace. The first thing Lynch does every day is to use Prophecy Magic, hoping to find any clues. But it seems as if a powerful force blocks all prophecy spells from working, and the information gathered about the little angel is aningless. From continuous divinations, Lynch is at least certain that the little angel is not dead and is still alive sowhere, lively and active.

Lynch also cald himself. If the kidnappers’ aim was to create a conflict between the Celestial and the First Family, then before the battle begins, the little angel remains a very useful bargaining chip. They will keep this chip alive and well.

Throughout this month, Lynch’s research on the arcane scrolls has also made significant progress. Initially, he thought he had exhausted the knowledge on the first "Arcane Secret Scroll," but after reading the second Chapter "Creation Law," new sections appeared on the first scroll, all supplental explanations about conjuration-based arcane magic. These new insights are very enlightening for a mage like him.

"Learning a new spell doesn’t really mark an improvent in a mage’s ability; discovering a new idea or concept does..." Lynch’s ntor, Caso, once told him this.

The known spells are rely the summarized experiences of predecessors, pointing so shortcuts to those who co after. In front of Lynch lies a brand-new path, and he is constructing a new magical system.

This system is neither like the Magic Net Spell nor akin to those of past Great Arcanists. Although he holds two summaries of the Great Arcanists’ spells, he doesn’t have a single Ancient Magic Scroll. What he’s using now are inventions from after the stabilization of the Magic Net by mages. This has led him to diligently study the Magic Origin while simultaneously researching the Magic Net Spell.

His biggest insight over the past few days is learning how to use the power of Magic Origin to directly influence spells, allowing mages to temporarily modify another spell by expending others when using various super magic skills (such as maximizing or extending), achieving the super magic effect without prior morization.

Today, as usual, he sat in his room at the inn, engrossed in studying the Arcane Secret Scroll in front of him, recording his insights as he read. Nimo and Deluo had gone again to the Duel Arena, under the guise of "studying the combat thods of underworld creatures," but in reality, Deluo wanted to showcase his skills in the arena, while Nimo just accompanied him, helping manage his belongings during the warrior fights.

Lynch naturally could guess Deluo’s actions, but since he returns unhard from the Duel Arena every day, and he himself gets a quiet research environnt, he lets them be.

After writing a few words, Lynch suddenly put the Arcane Secret Scroll back into his arms. He saw three Dark Elves hurriedly running upstairs, while the Stone-leg Boss who tried to stop them was knocked out directly.

There was a "dong dong dong" knocking on the door, but without waiting for Lynch to respond, the Dark Elves barged in.

"Adviser Sir, the esteed matron commands you to proceed imdiately to the family residence."

Lynch looked at the family insignia they wore — a lower warrior Badge: First Family, then nodded, picked up his Magic Wand, and flew directly from the window towards the First Family’s fortress.

Unlike his last visit, everything here had beco silent, even the lower ogres patrolling the entrance were gone. However, Lynch’s Eye of Insight clearly showed that behind the corners of the castle, in the shadows of walls, and behind those decorative statues, so Drow Warriors were hiding. Now the entire place was guarded layer upon layer by elite Dark Elves, prepared for any imminent conflict.

Lynch landed on the ground and slowly walked towards the main gate. In this situation, he wouldn’t dare continue flying around, for fear of being mistaken for an intruder and shot down with poisoned Dark Elf crossbow arrows, which would be terribly unfortunate.
