As I had grown considerably in levels, Eclipse's overall attack output had grown a lot too. But after using it continuously without a break ever since I got it, its durability was getting worse.
The weapon was bound to my soul, which ans it will never disappear permanently. Even if its durability hit rock bottom, it would still affect its performance.
'I need to learn to maintain my own weapon's durability. Plus, I need a spare weapon for ergencies.'
I didn't want to trust my weapons, especially Eclipse, in anyone else's hand to take care of. It would imdiately let out that I am the Legendary class. I wanted a spare weapon for the sa reason. I didn't want to risk revealing my class by using the extra cool-looking Eclipse.

I shook my head at her words and started walking towards my hut.
"I will practice alchemy now since I have gotten a bit stronger."
I replied to Jeze and finally entered my hunt.
"OH! Shura, you know alchemy? Isn't that the art of high sages?"
What? What was Jeze talking about?
"What do you an? Alchemy is alchemy. What do you an by the art of high sages?"
I felt like this was so kind of information that shouldn't be taken at face value.
"Don't you know? Alchemy is the art of the sages. The top generals of Abyss all got to their current position because they were naturally talented with alchemy. The Golem General Biluka is a person who can create human-sized golems with alchemy. And the amount of them is said to be in the dozens."

It was probably the latter. After reading through my own skills, it was pretty obvious that alchemy was much more than what ets the eye.
So the players who thought that an Alchemist was nothing more than a scarcely picked production class were all wrong. If what Jeze had said was through, an Alchemist can do many more things than what the players give credit.

I told a half-truth to Jeze, whose eyes were shining with curiosity.
"So, you are not a dagger wielder? But you know, all alchemists are said to be weak at the start. You are quite strong with your dagger already. You even know how to be invisible!"
Now, Jeze's earlier words made even more sense. If alchemists were considered weak at their earlier phases even here, then the players would soon discover the power of alchemy.
Without thinking too much into it, I drew a circle with a demonic monkey's rib bone. Then, I drew two more circles around it and drew dive stars that connected the outer layers of the circle but left the inner circle empty.

I picked the two blocks of tal, which weren't as heavy as they seed and used appraisal on them.

I pondered for a bit, then threw in a jawbone of the Abyss Piranha inside as I repeated the chant.
This ti, the incantations lit up again. All the items placed started hovering two feet above the ground as they let and moulded themselves together. Finally, after a bright flash of light, what remained was a beautiful black spear.
Its sharp and intricate spearhead looked as threatening as a piranha's mouth, its handle was made out of the dark iron with a line circling it from top to bottom. Although the spear was cold and threatening, at the sa ti, it had a bit of elegance to it.
