As for the players of the four continents, they had long prepared their iron defences. Out of the four of them, the Ninth Continent and the Invincible Continent had the best defences. The two of them had similar tactics, when the demonic beasts set foot on their lands, they would unleash their "God-summoning Scrolls".
With two "God-summoning Scrolls", it was already enough to completely eradicate the incoming demonic forces. However, since the Assembled Gods Continent did not have any of said scrolls, with their large amount of nations dispersed throughout their lands, their defences shattered against the demon army’s attacks.
Although the continents were already unified, the Assembled Gods Continent players had always not been supportive of Brother Windcloud Nine being the Emperor of the Continent. Hence, Brother Windcloud Nine was also not fond of them. Thus, he did not send aid to the nations on the Assembled Gods Continent.
As the Emperor of the Continent, as long as he ensured that at least two of the continents did not fall, he did not have to worry about being demoted.
The North Pole Continent was also attacked, but the demonic beasts still had not been able to break through the Starting Point City. Similarly, they were stopped by a single "God-summoning Scroll".

On the second day of the demon full-scale war, Li Yi did not stay at a major city. He went into the Foreignlands alone.
