Sending flowers over the World Channel was extrely expensive, it took three hundred thousand gold just to do it once. Tyrant Sword King the Fifth’s actions were no doubt another challenge towards Li Yi.
Tyrant Sword King the FIfth spamd flowers for the entire day, but Li Yi did not bother giving a response. In the end, even though he was not worried, there were other people who started worrying for him.
Specifically, Brother Windcloud Nine was worrying for him.

Unlike the previous quest requirent of just beating the boss, the Hearts of the Ancient Kings quest had a tedious and complicated progression process.
For example, when fighting the Frost Emperor, the player needed to eat its Great Frost attack head-on five tis without dying. In addition to that, players also had to kill it within 5 seconds of its Frost Aura activating. Only when both conditions are t could the player collect the heart for the quest.
In order to complete the "Hearts of the Ancient Kings" quest, players had to run all 25 dungeons at least once. Luckily, if the player was equipped with the "Hall of Fa Equipnt Set" and the "Emperor’s Sword", when they enter the dungeon, they would be sent directly to the final boss. This allowed them to skip through all the mobs and sub-bosses of the dungeons.
Just based on his OP equipnt attributes alone, Li Yi managed to finish up ten of the 5-man dungeons within a re five hours. However, when it ca ti to fight the "City in the Sky", due to the fact that the quest required Li Yi to have the Sky Emperor suck him into its stomach and to kill it as it was sucking him in, Li Yi had to retry more than a dozen tis. However, he had always just lacked that little bit of DPS, failing to beat the Sky Emperor whilst satisfying the conditions.
It was not a matter of his skills, it was purely an issue of DPS.
After trying once more, he still failed. In the end, Li Yi could only ask for help, calling Qian’er to co over.
With an OP DPS player like Qian’er supporting him, the mont Li Yi was sucked into Sky Emperor’s stomach, the two coordinated their ults and easily killed off Sky Emperor.
Now that he had settled the Sky Emperor, Li Yi breezed through all the remaining few 5-man dungeons within just a couple of tries each. By the end of the day, he had already completed all twenty small dungeons. Next, he had to tackle the five Party-level Dungeons.
That night, news of the Huashan Sect wreaking havoc at Shangri-La had left Li Yi completely shocked speechless.
In the Shangri-La in the ga, there were varying levels of mberships, and in turn, varying levels of services that could be enjoyed by the players. The lowest tier mbership was the Bronze mbership, whilst the highest was the Diamond mbership.
As for Scumbag Wang and his gang, they were not anything, not even the lowest tier "Bronze mbers". Hence, they could not even enter the lowest tier entertainnt centers. They could only sit outside and admire the scenery.
The whole commotion started because Scumbag Wang requested that Tyrant Sword King the Fifth gifted him and his gang "Diamond mberships". In the end, as expected, Tyrant Sword King the Fifth did not even bother responding to their request. On the contrary, he had ordered to have all the Huashan Sect mbers chased out of the premises.
This order of his had obviously pissed off Scumbag Wang.
Needless to say, Leader Scum was a prideful man. If this was any average Joe, when the host tells them they were not welco, they would get self-conscious and vacate the premises. However, Scumbag Wang was not like any average Joe.

The Shangri-La map was a safe zone. On this map, it only allowed players to spar and not PK. Tyrant Sword King the Fifth wanted to chase Scumbag Wang’s crew away, but if Scumbag Wang and friends did not want to leave, there was really nothing he could do on short notice.
Changing a map from a safe zone to a PK-ready map took ten days. Furthermore, it required a fee of 5,000,000 gold.

Li Yi secretly told Leader Scum that the Diamond mbers enjoyed way more perks than the Bronze mbers. The chicks sent to service them were not so random cute college girls, they were either a B-list and C-list celebrities or models from top beauty pageants. Any single one of them would have been leagues above Sister Huahua...

Then, various players who wanted to take advantage of that ’exploit’ also started to co to Shangri-La. They did not need to pay an entrance fee right now anyways. When anyone can co on, anyone can also wreak havoc. If they do not get their mberships, all they needed to do was to stay there.
Tyrant Sword King would definitely be able to deal with a couple of trolls, but now that there were tens of thousands of players were wreaking havoc at the sa ti, could he just stand back idly?
Of course he could not! Tyrant Sword King the Fifth was not a charity worker, there was no way he was going to continue doing a loss-making business.
After being bombarded with wave upon wave of trolls, Tyrant Sword King the Fifth steeled his resolve as he temporarily closed down the entire Shangri-La map. Then, he initiated "The Strongest Defense System" - sealing off the free entrance that was open to the masses.
With that, only the players who have registered as a mber could enter the Shangri-La map.
Scumbag Wang and company’s "Bronze mberships" were also revoked. In addition, when they were kicked off the map, Tyrant Sword King the Fifth had also gave them an additional service, sending them back to their continent free of charge.
After the whole Scumbag Wang incident concluded, although Tyrant Sword King the Fifth had suffered so losses, since the foundation of Shangri-La was already done, this small incident did not really harm its foundation. "Is this Shen Zhongming Detective Agency? How’s the investigation on Su Xiaong going?

烟花 actually ans Fireworks, but over here its apparently a flower based on the next line. It is most likely a play on the fact that 烟 ans smoke and 花 ans flower.
