"ISA!" She laughs and opens her arms to mom. They hug it out, as I tell mom the plan. She nods, taking Aunt Isa’s arm. They’re talking like it was yesterday they were here last. It wasn’t.
The next Alpha couple walks up. They are young, and I guess Alpha Fredrick gave his title to his son finally. He is a couple of years older than , but he had to wait until his strict father found him worthy. Guess that happened now.
"Alpha King, Luna Queen. It’s a pleasure to et you both. My na is Alpha George and this is my mate Luna Hannah of the Blue Lake pack." I shake their hands, with a smile.
"The pleasure is on us, Alpha George. Your father finally saw the light and gave you the title?" I ask, and the young man laughs.
"He is very smitten with my mate, and he can’t say no to her, so when she innocently asked about the titles he just gave them over." I raise an eyebrow at the Luna who is blushing.
"Impressive, Luna Hannah." She courtesies and thanks still blushing. Kiara asks her about how the pack has welcod them, and soon the shy Luna is chatting away with my mate. They excuse themselves to talk so more.
"Mindlink when more arrives, baby." Kiara says, kissing my cheek and taking Luna Hannah’s arm.
"Well I’ll be damned. That’s sure a special mate you’ve got, King Maze." Alpha George says, looking at his mate who is sitting on the grass laughing and talking with Kiara.
"What do you an?" I ask, leading him inside. Kiara will make the woman feel welco and part of the family in no ti, and she is more than capable of protecting her if need be.
"Well, Hannah is.."
"Wolfless. Go on." The Alpha looks at with wide eyes.
"You know? Father said he would give us the title, but he was certain we would be stripped when you discovered our dirty little secret." I look him over.
"She didn’t persuade him did she?" I ask, my voice kind and empathic. The Alpha shakes his head.
"He did it out of spite, so sure no one would accept her. The pack did. They actually adore her. He made sure to give us the titles so we would have to attend this eting, sure that your or your parents would strip us. He is an evil old man." I nod.
"No one is going to strip you of your titles. My mate will make sure Luna Hannah is welcod and accepted here. She seems great although a little shy." Alpha George releases a breath.
"Thank you so much, King Maze. I am forever in debt to you." I shake my head, mindliking Leon to show them to a room on the Alpha floor. I also tell him about Hannah, and that he is not to comnt on it. If anyone has questions they can ask .
We decided to wait on who is housed where until people co today. We know what is vacant, but I feel like these two need the extra protection and acceptance.
’Baby, more Alpha’s are coming now, and Luna Hannah is about to get her room with her mate.’ I mindlink Kiara, who walks in a minute later with a smiling Hannah.
"Oh, babe, you should hear the stories Hannah can tell. She is really well versed in our history. You have yourself a precious gift here, Alpha George, and I would hate to have to kill you because you didn’t treat her right. Understood?" Kiara says, lookin at first and then at George who chuckles.
"Understood, my Queen." Leon says.
I bring my Queen outside to greet the new incoming Alpha’s and that is what the rest of this day is about. Tonight we’ll have a BBQ out back and mingle before starting the etings tomorrow.
Most of the Alpha’s and Luna’s are very forthcoming and respectful to and Kiara, while a few ignore my Queen until she puts them into place. One of those Alpha’s is actually a Luna. Luna Kendra of Blue Mist. She tries to flirt with openly, and completely disregards Kiara, until my mate walks in front of with her arms crossed.
"Maybe you didn’t learn manners where you co from, Luna, but here you will show respect to and my mate. He is taken, and you are over the fucking line." Kiara says with a growl. The woman smirks.
"Afraid of a little competition, foxy?" She asks, again disregarding Kiara.
"From you? No?! You have nothing on with that flat chest, square ass and disgusting attitude. You were not the one he fucked into oblivion this morning, and your na was not the one he said when he ca again and again. I have no worries. But if you keep it up, Kendra, I will knock you into submission. Comprende?" The girl huffs.
"That Luna..."
"I am your Queen and you can call that or your Grace. Until I say it your na is Kendra and I declare no one is to call you anything else. You don’t deserve the Luna title, which is why I have just stripped it from you until you prove you can be a good leader, which I sincerely doubt." Kiara looks to the side where Joram is waiting. "Please show Kendra a cottage, Gamma Joarm. And watch your back with this one." The woman is sputtering, but she can’t do shit about it.
As they leave Kiara looks at the two remaining Alpha’s who heard the endtale of the conversations.
"And if any of you have any problems with as your Queen you can go the sa way as her. I am done being miss nice." Kiara states, crossing her arms. Both of them shake their heads, as does their Luna’s. Kiara sighs. "I am sorry you had to witness this. I am not usually a bitch like that.."
"My Queen, no need to apologize. We understand completely. My na is Alpha Joseph and this is my mate Luna Dara. We live in the sa region as Kendra. We know how she is." The other couple nods.
"Joseph and I are best friends. We both know how venomous she is. We have no problem with what you just did, your Grace." The other Alpha says, bowing and presenting himself and his mate.
That was all the arrivals and now the work really begins. I cannot wait to get started. We already have drama, but hey. That’s our lives, isn’t it. I take Kiara’s hand as Jon and Kristian show the last couples where they are staying for the duration of the eting.
