William turned to Ronan, who was lying with a thick blanket on top of another thick cloth. He chuckled softly. Well, that was just Ronan, his friend, who had a cold attitude.

"What were you two talking about when Ronan said he missed ? I am deeply moved, and I think I would be very happy even if I die today."

Ronan groaned. He didn’t like Lazarus’s exaggeration. William moved his body, giving Lazarus a space to sit down with them. The man picked up the tray containing so snacks he had specially brought for himself.

"Seriously, I’m really curious right now because it’s very rare for that one human to say that he misses . I’ve always been cursed and cursed by him, so I want to rember this mont well," said Lazarus, making William burst out laughing.

"You just misheard. Don’t be too confident. If Ronan misses soone, it’s definitely not the three of us. Please rember that," William replied, making Lazarus frown.

"But I heard him say my na. If it’s not about , then what are you guys talking about?" asked Lazarus, who didn’t want to be left behind in the dark.

"You’re just hallucinating. We’re talking about Aie."

"Aie?" Lazarus turned to Kael and glared at him. "Kael, I am still mad. I couldn’t et Aie yesterday because of you," Lazarus added.

"I had told you many tis. It was Aie who didn’t want to et you," Kael replied calmly, trying to be patient with Lazarus’ attitude.

"Nonsense. How could Aie not want to et her own brother? Aie had already treated like an older brother."

William twitched at Lazarus’ sky-high confidence. So did with Ronan, who shook his head. He couldn’t stand Lazarus’ rambling. Ronan deeply regretted his words earlier. Now, his thoughts returned to Arielle. While staring at the blank wall in front of him, Ronan mumbled the sa words again.

"I miss you."

However, this ti, no one heard him because they were busy listening to Lazarus’ chatter.

There were many sky-high trees all around. The dense green leaves grazed each other in the night breeze, giving off the serene atmosphere. Arielle was feeling a déjà vu.

She looked at her surroundings carefully, feeling familiar with this place. It seed that she had been in this place before. Arielle looked up to see the full moon that looked so close.

Arielle stepped on a large tree root of tree. She walked and walked forward, then she arrived at a green field full of flowers. Her eyes blinked when she saw a huge wolf sleeping on the colorful flowers.

"Ronan?" Arielle asked inwardly.

The girl walked closer to make sure who the wolf was. She stood beside the wolf. It looked like Ronan’s wolf, but it wasn’t Ronan. The wolf had no scars on its face. For so reason, Arielle wanted to touch the wolf, but before she could touch it, the wolf opened its eyes.

"Cecil?" the wolf asked in the sa way Arielle and Ronan were communicating. The voice echoed inside her head.

Cecil? That na sounded familiar to her, but where had she heard it? Arielle wanted to ask, but she lost her voice. Whenever she tried to speak, no voice ca out of her throat.

The wolf’s eyelids fluttered, and Arielle could see the sa red eyes as Ronan’s.

"You’re not Cecil, but you have the sa scent as Cecil," it said.

"Arielle. My na is Arielle," Arielle replied. She finally found her voice again.

"Hm...." The wolf stood on its four legs and it circled around Arielle, as if it was observing her. It also sniffed Arielle a few tis before sitting back on the grass. The wolf was huge. It was probably bigger than Ronan’s wolf. Even when the wolf sat, it was still bigger than Arielle’s height.

"Who are you? You look the sa as soone I know," Arielle said.

"Who am I? I should be the one asking that. Who are you? Why did you enter this holy place? And why do you have the sa scent as Cecil?"

Arielle tilted her head. "I’m Arielle," she replied again. "I am... a princess from Nieverdell, and I currently live in Northendell because I will marry a man from Northendell."

"Nieverdell? Northendell? I’ve never heard of those nas."

"Eh, really? But Nieverdell and Northendell are big kingdoms. Like... uhm..." Arielle couldn’t find the right words to describe how big the Northern and Southern kingdoms were. "It is very, very big," Arielle replied while spreading her arms wide.

"Whatever. Then, how did you get here? Even the guards of this place can’t cross the barrier I’ve set up. Only Cecil and I can occupy this holy land."

Arielle was also confused. She looked at her surroundings once again. She couldn’t rember how she got here. The girl held her chin in deep thought. The harder she tried to rember what had happened, the farther the answer flew away. He rembered nothing, only her na and about Ronan...

"I’m sorry, but I don’t rember anything," Arielle replied honestly.

The wolf lowered his head and closed its eyes again to sleep.

"You’re wasting my ti. Go and leave this holy land. This is not your place. I can feel your body is not here. We are at different tis. It would be dangerous if you lingered here longer."

"Eh? But I don’t know how to go back."

"Go back to the sa route you used to get here."

Arielle turned towards the large root of trees that she had just walked through. The girl nodded, then stood up, leaving the huge black wolf. However, before Arielle left the place, she turned around, asking what was on her mind since she saw the wolf.

"Excuse , Lord Wolf, but who are you? You are very similar to soone I know, and who is Cecil that you ntioned earlier?" she asked.

The wolf in front of her was very similar to Ronan and if that wolf had a clue about Ronan and his wolf maybe the wolf could help her.
