Just as Shi Keke had read a few lines, the docunt was snatched away from her hands. She reflexively looked up, only to see Shi i crumple the docunt into a ball, and with a raise of his hand, it flew out of the window.
Shi Keke’s reaction was surprisingly calm; she didn’t even glance in the direction of the window.
Even though the discarded docunt was irreplaceable and of great importance, her emotions showed no fluctuation whatsoever.
No anger, no questioning, she maintained her original sitting position, quiet as if she didn’t exist.
Shi i cast a dispassionate glance at her and said nothing, turning around like nothing happened to sit back on the couch and continue gaming.
He turned up the volu of the speakers a bit, and soon the sound of gunshots could be heard. The noise wasn’t loud, not enough to disturb Wen Wan’s sleep.

The mouse beca unresponsive, and his character in the ga was killed with a single slash!
Shi i’s eyes narrowed instantly, and he turned to look at Shi Keke standing beside him with a dangerous tone, "Is this your revenge?"
Shi Keke ignored him, picked up the mouse, walked to the window, and threw it out.
After tossing the mouse, she glanced at Shi i, "Now we’re even."
Finished speaking, she walked out of the ward, intending to retrieve the discarded docunt.
Because the hospital’s elevator was malfunctioning today, she had to use the stairs. Just as she got down to the sixth floor, lightning split the sky, followed by a rumble of thunder.

Shi Keke cursed silently, and imdiately quickened her pace, rushing downstairs.

Following several peals of thunder, dark clouds, like a herd of wild horses charging and roaring, rolled across the night sky, gathering thicker and pressing lower, as if one could almost pull a piece of the sky down with their hands.
Having run to the ground floor in one go, Shi Keke leaned against the wall to catch her breath, then imdiately started running outside.
A streak of lightning suddenly flashed, slashing the whole sky like wielding nurous swords.
Along with the lightning ca a roll of thunder.
As soon as Shi Keke ran out of the ground floor, dense raindrops fell like thousands of threads, covering her body in droves...
She had no ti to seek shelter; her only thought was to retrieve the discarded docunt as quickly as possible.
She looked up to gauge the position of the ward window and estimated the distance before she began searching around.
Due to the heavy rain, a mist quickly rose in the air, and the ground was already covered with a thick layer of water.
The strong wind blew, lifting layers of water waves, all the while slapping the falling rain onto her body.
Her clothes, completely soaked.
