Su Jiuyi paused at the entrance of the hall when she overheard the conversation, then stood outside and observed for a while.

Since she could rember, Zhao Shuya and Su Zhenxiong had always been on good terms. However, in recent years Su Zhenxiong’s business had grown, his social circle expanded, and he returned ho later and later, which led to more conflicts.

At first, Zhao Shuya was very understanding of Su Zhenxiong. Sotis she waited for him until one or two in the morning, then she would personally cook him a late-night snack and brew hangover soup.

But as ti went on, Zhao Shuya’s patience wore thin. While Su Zhenxiong was out socializing, she would invite friends over to play cards at ho. Inevitably, when a bunch of won gathered, gossip ensued, and Su Jiuyi beca their subject of gossip.

Su Zhenxiong wasn’t good to Su Jiuyi, but he couldn’t tolerate others speaking ill of his daughter. Because of this, conflicts arose with Zhao Shuya and over ti, escalated into tension.

That’s why Zhao Shuya always felt Su Jiuyi was the catalyst. If it weren’t for her, she and Su Zhenxiong wouldn’t have reached this point.

Su Manning stood next to Su Jiuyi, watching the two in the hall argue. She kept her brows furrowed and bit her lip, saying nothing.

Su Zhenxiong felt there was no need to continue the argunt, so he turned to leave. Perhaps due to his quick stride, he inadvertently bumped into Zhao Shuya nearby.

"Didn’t you see where you’re going!" Zhao Shuya had a fiery temper in her youth, subdued slightly after marriage, but recently her old nature resurfaced.

With nopause hitting, her fits of temper beca uncontrollable, and regardless of who ruled the Su Family, she shouted loudly.

"Look at yourself now, you’re a complete shrew." Su Zhenxiong glared at her with a stern face.

"Su Zhenxiong, who are you calling a shrew?" Zhao Shuya yelled back, charging at Su Zhenxiong to grapple with him.

"You’re getting ridiculous." Su Zhenxiong pushed her away, yelling angrily, "Zhao Shuya, stop this tantrum!"

"Are you even a man, Su Zhenxiong? Pushing a woman!" Zhao Shuya shouted, lunging at him again.

Standing a head taller than Zhao Shuya, she initially aid to grab his hair but found herself too short, so she grabbed his tie and started hitting his chest.

Seeing her lose control, Su Zhenxiong felt a surge of anger and raised his hand to slap Zhao Shuya.

And so, the two began to wrestle.

The hall was in chaos, with Su Manning hurriedly rushing in, trying to pull Su Zhenxiong and Zhao Shuya apart, but neither listened.

"Sister!"

In desperation, Su Manning had no choice but to seek help from Su Jiuyi. She was about to cry, and her teary eyes looked pitiful.

If it were any other ti, Su Jiuyi wouldn’t interfere in Su Zhenxiong and Zhao Shuya’s matters because to them, she was just an outsider.

As an outsider, she should only be a spectator; other responsibilities were beyond her jurisdiction and irrelevant to her.

But now, with Su Manning asking for help, she couldn’t bear to refuse, nor should she. Hesitating outside the hall for a few seconds, she stepped forward and walked into the hall toward them.
