She triggered the curse and her body was really overwheld by the aftermath.

The door suddenly creaked open, and a whisper of movent sliced through the silence like a knife through wet silk.
Her glazed eyes lifted slowly toward the entrance, and widened in horror as this wasn’t the person she expected to see.

Black-clad strangers were flooding in like shadows with purpose, rifles in hand, faces masked, and their steps soundless.
It wasn’t just one stranger, and not two but a coordinated squad. Military precision in every movent.
They looked like phantoms conjured from a nightmare, silent and ard with death.
Her blood turned to ice and she could feel goosebumps all over her skin.

A gloved hand slamd over her mouth before the scream could leave her throat. Another figure grabbed her by the arms and yanked her upright with brutal force, the communicator clattering to the floor.
"Hold her steady," one of them barked in a low voice, his tone clipped and dangerous.
Bai Zhi struggled, weak and terrified, her feet barely scraping the floor as she was dragged toward the sitting area.
Her panic spiked, heart slamming against her ribs. She kicked once, her voice muffled, but the pressure on her arms only tightened.
Then, everything spiraled.
A sharp electronic chirp echoed through the hallway.
The hidden alarm was triggered. Motion sensors had picked up the disturbance. Sowhere in the compound, systems were coming alive. Lights flickered on automatically, one by one, hallways bathed in sterile white illumination. Silent red lights began blinking on the walls, ergency alerts active.
And Shen Xiao... heard it.
He imdiately jumped out of the bed and rushed out into the sitting area and there, he froze....
What he saw made his blood run cold.
The entire sitting area was full of n he didn’t know of and fully geared and ard, and his n? Were already subdued, unconscious on the floor and tied up... The entire place was now under these intruders he didn’t know of.

"Who are you? And what are you doing in my house?" He walked over trying to get any closer but they pointed their guns at him. He doesn’t know when he offended such n!
One of the intruders, a man with a scar running from the corner of his eye to his jaw, turned his head slowly at Shen Xiao’s voice, not startled, not even remotely intimidated. His lips curled in a half-smile, like the question amused him.
"This is good," he said, motioning for two of his n to flank Shen Xiao. "You are awake."
Shen Xiao’s eyes narrowed, calculating. He took in every detail, the positioning of the intruders, the earpieces, the military boots, the weapons that were clearly not civilian grade. Whoever they were, they didn’t co to negotiate.
They had to get whatever they ca for! But no matter what it’s, he hadn’t crossed their paths...
"I will ask again," Shen Xiao said slowly, coldly, stepping forward until one of the n cocked his gun at him, stopping him mid-step. "Who the hell are you?"
Scarface raised an eyebrow unfazed. "That depends, on what we want Shen Xiao! You don’t get to ask or have a say!"
The use of his full na made the hair on the back of Shen Xiao’s neck stand. He was sure of it now, this wasn’t a robbery. It wasn’t even a targeted assassination.

Behind the n, Bai Zhi whimpered, still gagged, her eyes red and wide with helpless fear. The fabric of her nightrobe had slipped off one shoulder, revealing her seductive milky white skin. Her whole body trembled like a leaf caught in a storm.

"Don’t touch her... Let her go," Shen Xiao growled, fists clenched, voice ice-cold. "She has nothing to do with all this. Let her go...."
Scarface chuckled. "Oh? But she’s such a delicate thing. And from what I hear... quite important to you. But he about we take her for a trip? Our n in the camp are almost dying of dry spell."

Jin Zhou didn’t hurry. He moved like a man who owned the ground under his boots, each step deliberate, shoulders squared in that quiet, unshakable authority that made even ard n unconsciously shift to make space for him.
Shen Xiao’s eyes snapped to the man who’d just entered, and for the first ti since the alarm went off, a flicker of true unease rippled across his face. From his aura, he didn’t seem to be an easy opponent.
