Emiris’s mark was on his heart, which is why his Devastra wasn’t visible in plain sight.

Unlike most of his family mbers, his Devastra wasn’t artifact type, but grimoire type.

That was another of the many reasons he was despised in his family.

However, that had an advantage, or at least that’s what Epitheus had assured him.

Grimoire-type Devastra were more versatile when mastered.

Emiris had demonstrated that with his incredible mastery of his [vivacious flas of rebirth].

Still, even that power wasn’t enough to please his father, the current head of the family.

Emiris felt frustrated, he wanted revenge, he wanted to prove that even with that power he could be the strongest in the family.

And the only way for that to be so was by using an Asurastra.

The inverse side of his ability.

The keter in his veins began to turn into azoth as his Asurastra activated.

Everyone around him felt how reality was corrupted by the most blasphemous of elents.

Azoth.

All their instincts activated, as the blue and green flas changed to a red and purple color.

"What do you think of this? Isn’t this an art that surpasses the gods? A technique that defies their rules!" the man roared, submissive in madness.

Diana didn’t understand what the man ant at first, until she saw it, she saw how the bodies of her fallen comrades ca to life.

Their wounds were filled with ominous flas as the bodies moved again.

Their eyes were replaced by fires that burned intensely.

The woman swallowed hard, that wasn’t normal, but she couldn’t let it affect her, she had to set an example.

"Don’t be intimidated! Our team won’t fall to such vile tricks! In the na of the holy ministry, purge that evil!" the woman shouted.

Her voice seed to recompose the soldiers, who with determination charged at what had once been their comrades.

"Pfft, it’s useless, every wound they’re dealt heals instantly, there’s no way you can defeat those soldiers," the man affird calmly as he watched the spectacle.

The fire undead were now much stronger than before.

Their strength was asured, their rage intense, though they had lost their experience.

The flas their bodies expelled were imbued in their weapons having a more lethal effect.

Every wound induced with the flas beca like a zombie infection that tried to take over the affected person’s body.

"I won’t stay still doing nothing either," the woman affird with determination as she charged toward the man.

The power of fauns was being able to manipulate the plants around them, she took advantage of that power to create roots that grabbed Emiris and held him tightly.

"Fool, your stupidity will lead you to ruin, don’t you see that won’t do you any good?" the man asked.

His Devastra hadn’t gone out, and he still manipulated the green and blue flas.

They spread through the roots and accelerated the cells that composed them until destroying them.

"But I could buy ti!" the woman roared as she appeared at great speed beside the man.

The woman quickly moved the mace imbued with keter, hitting him in the ribs with enormous force.

Emiris was sent flying through multiple trees and bouncing repeatedly on the ground.

"Tch, I have to admit she’s strong," the man murmured to himself still on the ground as his wounds healed.

Since she was young, Diana had had very high physical qualities for a faun.

Her strength, endurance and speed were much higher than average, as was her amount of orgone.

Added to this was the large amount of training Diana did day by day, resulting in a woman with strength that even resembled that of high-ranking warriors in the army.

This was one of the reasons Diana had managed to be admitted as captain.

Another reason was her impeccable attitude and knowledge of laws.

Though the main reason was because she had saved a young noblewoman from so attackers.

Yes, even with such great qualities, what had allowed her to rise was really the fact of having gotten connections.

However, one thing didn’t negate the other.

She was strong.

Diana decided to hire only fairies for her team, and while that was frowned upon, it didn’t change that her squad was good.

Or so she thought.

In an instant, that man had not only finished off quite a few mbers of her group but had also desecrated their bodies.

Diana was angry, very angry, and the more furious she got, the stronger she beca.

Her veins stood out under her dark skin as her muscles tensed.

Before the man could get up, she had already arrived, and she hit him multiple tis on the ground with her mace.

"Die! Die! Die!" the woman roared as she struck the man violently.

She had run out of patience.

Behind her, the corpses of her dead companions were massacring her remaining companions.

As a leader, it wasn’t a comforting image.

How could she make it stop?

The woman could only think of one solution, kill the one who had activated the technique.

However, every damage she did was healed instantly.

"HAHAHAHA! You should see your face, you look like a wild beast!" the man mocked, covered in blue and green flas which gradually healed his wounds.

The woman gritted her teeth and between screams continued hitting the man.

She used more and more ka in her weapon, to strengthen the keter she used to strike, and thus make her attacks stronger and more lethal.

However, nothing worked, the wounds healed instantly, and at the sa ti, the woman didn’t realize that her orgone had weakened.

"Idiot! HAHAHAHA!" the man then mocked, as he shouted with joy.

That’s when the woman realized her mistake, but it was already too late.

Emiris’s entire body expelled the green and blue flas, from his entire body.

Diana couldn’t act in ti, the flas enveloped her in an instant.

Was that to be her end?
