"To flee or to continue?"
On Amanda’s back, Tang Qi looked solemnly at the Wizard Giant standing within the sea of Flas connecting the earth and the sky, its re presence creating a horror-filled barrier.
"Doomsday Volcano," which should have been filled with monsters, now had only its presence.
Endless flas clashed with the grey-black Tide of Death.
In the minds of Tang Qi and Amanda arose the thought: "Entering that area, one would either be corrupted into a Death Creature or directly devoured by the Corpse Witch."
"But if we don’t solve it, we probably can’t enter Deborah Town."
After both of them scanned the entire sea of flas area with their eyesight, they confird this point.
The imagined path to "Deborah Town" did not exist.
In front of them, aside from the sea of flas, was only like a Divine statue, transford from a Legendary Wizard into a Corpse Witch.
It ca from the depths of Doomsday Volcano, like a Divine statue that had existed since ancient tis, holding a Magic Wand in one hand, an ancient Magic Book in the other, and wearing a crown of oak branches slightly drooping, almost truly just a statue.
But the grey, silent world that erged behind it, the unending Death Aura, the rotten Black Spots, the nurous monsters wailing and struggling within confird, no matter what State the "Corpse Witch" was in, it posed unimaginably dangerous.
Approaching might be no different from facing Death.
This thought just appeared in Tang Qi’s mind.
Suddenly at this mont, Amanda’s voice filled with surprise ca through.
Following her gaze, Tang Qi looked at the ancient book held by the rin-transford Corpse Witch.
According to Amanda, it was Grandpa rlin’s treasured book, recording his all intuitive realizations related to Magic, Life, and the World.
rlin’s Book!
Under normal thinking, it would definitely be a treasured Curio.
After all, the book contained the Knowledge of a Legendary Wizard, even a normal person gaining it, if they could understand even a little, would imdiately possess great Extraordinary Power.
But now, even rlin himself had transford into a Corpse Witch, a creature from the Age of Ignorance.
The so-called "rlin’s Book" would probably also be corrupted, morphing into an Evil artifact like "Hell’s Door Curtain," which could drive its user mad.
At this mont, Anomalies appeared on rlin’s Book.
Like a dream-like aurora, an unreal Radiance released from the book. Within the light, an old, struggling figure appeared, seeming to manifest but was overwheld by the unending grey-black Tide where grey-white arms erged and quickly suppressed the figure back.
A peculiar, silent "struggle" unfolded before their eyes.
"Is that...?"
Amanda exclaid, seemingly instantly guessing sothing, but more cautious and confused, she did not speak further.
Tang Qi, however, suddenly concentrated his gaze intently.
Boom!
A strong ghost light exploded at the base of his eyes.
Instantaneously, a special vision appeared.
[Curio: rlin’s Book.]
[State: Sealing.]
[Information Fragnt One: Contains the Extraordinary Books of Legendary Wizard rlin’s lifelong Knowledge, already corrupted by ’Death’, the knowledge within also suffering corruption, soon to transform into the ’Book of Undead’.]
[Information Fragnt Two: rlin himself has transford into an Ignorant Corpse Witch, but he still possesses a Residual Soul rged with rlin’s Book.]
[Information Fragnt Three: The Residual Soul will soon be corrupted by Death Pollution, then the transformation will be completed.]
As these Information Fragnts exploded, Tang Qi’s eyes first brightened, then as if thinking of sothing, his face showed a hint of hesitation.
Before these changes appeared, Tang Qi had already planned to leave.
After all, his strength compared to the "Corpse Witch" was still lacking a lot, even possessing Diana, and also having left three Sun rit, but how powerful could a Corpse Witch transford from a Legendary Wizard and who has devoured many Volcano monsters be?
This was known without thinking.
Yet the exploding fragnts in his mind brought the once heavily tilted "balance" back to equilibrium, even tilting towards the other end.
Should he take the risk?
Just as Tang Qi delved into thought, suddenly on the "rlin’s Book," the figure seemingly rlin’s Residual Soul fiercely struggled out half its body although twisted and vague, sowhat visible, was an amiable old man.
He brushed aside the arms from the grey-black Tide and abruptly looked towards Tang Qi and Amanda.
This look sent complex yet clear thoughts to both.
"I am rlin!"
"I have been waiting for you, you are the last hope."
"I need your help, this World needs your help."
...
Just as Tang Qi and Amanda were trying to digest these thoughts, suddenly the "rlin’s Residual Soul" began casting a spell, silently, he used his fingers instead of a Magic Wand, casting a splendid Magic towards them.
Suddenly, a bridge purely made of a rainbow erged flying from the "rlin’s Book" crossing the Sea of Death, Doomsday Volcano, completely defying the laws of Ti, appearing under their feet, then guiding them towards rlin’s Book.
Like a fleeting shadow, Tang Qi couldn’t even respond, about to step onto that huge Extraordinary Book.
But just as he touched the book, the rainbow bridge was subrged by a sudden appearance of grey-black Tide, corroded and broken, nurous pairs of grey-white arms stretched towards Amanda, transford into a giant wolf, seeing that both were about to be dragged into the Sea of Death.
