"Good friend, I look forward to our next eting."

"Well, goodbye then."

The farewell of the blue, large octopus ca naturally at the mont it took off its crown, revealing its true form, causing the boundless mystery, which had finally cald down, to boil once more.

Billions of universes and dinsions trembled, chaotic storms swept across the mystery, and all spirits had to open their eyes, looking up at the endless shadow above infinite dinsions, dragging the universe along. It existed for only a brief mont before it uttered a sound that only the "witness" could understand.

"...We are gods... we unite... we shatter... we separate."

In that vast and majestic voice, the divine kingdom, which had ascended above boundless mystery, began to fall.

Tang Qi and the Fool's Ship sank together, swaying inward into the mystery.

Before his eyes, billions of universes and dinsions revealed themselves without obstruction. One majestic "Monarch Octopus" after another appeared, drawn by great power towards various worlds. Before departing, all the big fellows waved their tentacles at Tang Qi.

Their eyes, filled with emotion, still stread tears of joy.

"Thank you, our good friend."

"Goodbye, wise and loving Sage, our only good friend."

"Please don't forget us, longing for our reunion."

"We'll prepare your favorite food, a Chaotic Monster's eyeball, right? It's a good ingredient, besides making dots, there's a 'stargazing' thod that's also particularly interesting."

"Good friend, goodbye."

...

When all the storms cald, Tang Qi stood on the Fool's Ship, sowhat lost, gazing at the boundless mystery that returned to nihility.

The Mysterious Monarch had fallen once more.

It split again into nurous individuals, and although those individuals bid farewell to Tang Qi, as they entered so universe or dinsion, the mories related to Tang Qi and that ritual spell would be erased, a setting from the Monarch itself.

If an uninford transcendent or Divine were to see this, they might think the Mysterious Monarch was too bored, courting death successfully.

But Tang Qi, at this mont, had so thoughts, so understanding.

"I still can't profoundly comprehend Its choice... but one thing is undeniable, It is enjoying Its choice, It is pleased with the path It chose."

"Moreover, I have not lost a good friend, just temporarily unable to et."

As this thought landed, Tang Qi's expression returned to normal.

Then, with a further thought, the Fool's Ship and Beckfast Chair simultaneously surged with ghost light, taking Tang Qi back to the Dream Kingdom.

Though the residual waves left by the Mysterious Monarch were enough to prevent other all spirits and Sovereigns from peering in, to be cautious, there was no need to expose the friendly relationship between himself and the Mysterious Monarch to the unknown all spirits.

The warning from Beckfast Chair still echoed in his ears; besides the "Fate Goddess," Tang Qi faced many adversaries.

As long as he still wants to ascend to "Dream Master," it is inevitable.

War will co sooner or later.

Underneath the dreamy giant tower, when Tang Qi sat again on Beckfast Chair, a familiar, sorrowful, and lancholic voice imdiately transmitted in his mind.

"Master... how can you abandon at a critical mont... sob sob."

Listening to the cries, Tang Qi recalled when the Divine Kingdom ascended above boundless mystery, Fak apparently wished to co up as well, but he was stuck in a gap and couldn't move, evidently unable to know the subsequent dialogue between Tang Qi and the Mysterious Monarch.

Fak's lant was probably because, being the sa curios belonging to Tang Qi, the Fool's Ship went up, and this "differential treatnt" made him sorrowful.

Just as Tang Qi was about to say sothing to comfort, after all, he couldn't decide.

However, Fak's cries quickly ceased, only his tone beca more lancholy and dejected.

"Sigh, forget it, Fak being discriminated against is surely dragged down by the terrible reputation of the old master... Beckfast, that shaless and vulgar God of Knowledge, I didn't expect even the great Mysterious Monarch had heard of it, and it angered the pitiful Fak as well, it's really tragic."

"Master... Fak needs comfort."

In Fak's despondency, Tang Qi's gaze fell on the back of his hand.

Previously unable to examine closely, now under careful gaze, he quickly realized what kind of gift the Mysterious Monarch had actually given him.

"Mysterious Crown: A gift from the ancient Sovereign 'Mysterious Monarch', recognizing you as a friend, acknowledging you possess the qualification to beco a 'Monarch', thus bestowing you the crown... containing a portion of the Mysterious Monarch's authority, possessing different levels of suppressive effects on All Spirits above boundless mystery."

"Good friend, may you never bow down like a Monarch—Mysterious Monarch."

When these pieces of information surfaced, the rules of the new "Fate Goddess's Ga" also reappeared:

"You have obtained the Mysterious Crown... A conflict has arisen between the Monarch Authority and the Authority of Destiny... An unknown disturbance has occurred... You will be summoned at a certain mont in the future, where you will receive an instruction to participate in an unknown event... You have three opportunities to refuse, the fourth being with unknown consequences, and you have partial interpretive rights over the instruction... The Fate Goddess has accepted the rewriting of the rules."

"Hmm?"

The previous information had already surprised Tang Qi enough, but the last statent left him utterly astonished.

Though he had only t the Fate Goddess once, their brief interaction had given him so understanding of the Goddess, whom Fak referred to as the "Destiny Bitch."

The Fate Goddess, an arrogant and capricious bitch.

And her strength, undoubtedly, surpasses that of common "Dominator Level" divines.

Yet, when it ca to the Mysterious Monarch rewriting the ga rules she set, she chose to accept it.

There is likely only one explanation for this: the strength of the Mysterious Monarch is enough to make her wary.

For Tang Qi, who had originally been in a passive and unfair ga, this mark gave him back so power, especially that phrase "partial interpretive rights over the instruction."

At first glance, Tang Qi determined that his ability to gain an advantage in this so-called ga in the future and possibly rescue Sally, might hinge on this rule.

For a wizard with the title of "God Deceiver," regaining interpretive rights offers the possibility of turning the tables.

Previously, the rules indeed had him as the one being fooled, powerless to resist.

Now, the situation is completely different.

As his thoughts flickered to this point, Tang Qi suddenly asked in his mind, "Fak, how much do you know about the Mysterious Monarch?"

Fak's emotions had not yet recovered, and the voice seed weak, very dispirited, and said dejectedly: "Master... Fak doesn't know much, after all, when that old fellow Beckfast ascended to godhood, the Monarch Octopus had already spread throughout the boundless mystery, multiple multiverses, and all major dinsions, all containing their presence."

"In fact, Fak only just learned that the Monarch Octopus is the Mysterious Monarch, which is a secret both surprising and unsurprising."

"...What Fak knows is that the Mysterious Monarch is one of the most ancient 'Sovereigns.' Regardless of being the Lord of Light, Molten Furnace Master, Master of Horror, and other Sovereigns, none have existed as long as He. As for whether He is older than the Rotten Father God, Light Mother God, Origin God Race, or other ancient gods, Fak does not know."

"But one thing is certain, the Mysterious Monarch is very powerful. The old master once speculated that this ancient existence has found a path out of the Sovereign position, though it's unknown if He succeeded."

"From the previous scenes, perhaps He failed?"

Fak wasn't wrong; what he knew indeed wasn't much, similar to what Tang Qi had previously known.

Considering Fak's last question, Tang Qi pondered a bit and muttered two words to himself, "Not necessarily."

At the sa ti, he earnestly and silently blessed that big octopus, perhaps that strange path, which Tang Qi couldn't understand for now, was the key for the Mysterious Monarch to break free from the "Sovereign Position" and ascend to supremacy.

With the blessing given, Tang Qi seed to recall sothing.

His gaze suddenly fell not far ahead onto that dreamily phosphorescent, swaying, artistically crafted fine wooden ship.

The Fool's Ship!

This was a curio Tang Qi had snatched from an Exotic Realm Evil God nad "Gafaro," and that Evil God was just one unimportant owner of it.

This wooden ship capable of sailing through the mysterious had always been regarded by Tang Qi as transportation.

From the information fragnts, it's known that this is a curio from the early Dark Era, forged by a philosopher. In the early Dark Era, many philosophers and prophets attempted to replicate the Fool's Ship, indicating that there is more than one Fool's Ship within the boundless mystery, although Tang Qi has only seen one, the one before him.

Tang Qi had always vaguely suspected that the "Fool's Ship" wasn't sothing simple, at least the original, the first Fool's Ship, had an extraordinary origin.

This was confird by Tang Qi from the Mysterious Monarch's attitude toward the Fool's Ship.

Following his gaze, the Beckfast Chair fully understood the master's next question: the secret of the Fool's Ship?

Unexpectedly, Fak hesitated and did not imdiately respond.

But soon, its suddenly serious voice echoed in Tang Qi's mind.

"...Master, bearing the na 'Beckfast Chair,' I shouldn't speak uncertain knowledge... But the Fool's Ship is an exception, and what Fak knows all cos from the old master's speculation. In fact, not just the old master, many divines among all spirits have strong curiosity about the Fool's Ship, and quite a few have collected it."

Fak's first recounting further piqued Tang Qi's curiosity, generating more questions.

Since many gods have the Fool's Ship, why is it that only I have been specially regarded by the "Mysterious Monarch"? In fact, when first eting the large blue octopus, that big guy seed to trust greatly because of the Fool's Ship, which led to the establishnt of good friendships afterward.

As Tang Qi dwelled on this, Fak's voice continued:

"The first Fool's Ship appeared in the early Dark Era. Its master was a compassionate, loving, and wise sage among humans, also the first great philosopher capable of communicating with many divines with his frail mortal body."

"It was the disciples and good friends of that philosopher who first began replicating the Fool's Ship... But the trend of replication quickly ended, as the first wave of human wise n undertook a mysterious adventure to help humanity survive the brutal 'darkest period.' Ultimately, they all disappeared, yet humans gained the spark and finally took root on the Source Star."

"The old master believed there are imnse secrets hidden within the Fool's Ship, and that the first prophets and sages of humanity might not be dead; they might still be alive..."
